- Filipp (10/5): The stay far exceeded expectations — comfortable and well-equipped - One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in China — definitely in my top 5. The room exceeded all expectations despite being compact. It had everything I needed: a kitchen, fridge, stove, ironing board, balcony, and washing machine. Everything worked perfectly, and the room was clean and fresh — no cigarette smell, which is unfortunately quite common in many Chinese hotels. The breakfast was perfectly fine for a European — enough to get you going for a couple of days. The staff doesn’t speak English, but they really do their best to help and are very friendly. Also a huge bonus — free airport pick-up and drop-off, which was smooth and on time. Honestly, I was very impressed — though it’s a 4-star hotel, it felt way above that in comfort and care. The only minor downside was that the shower area isn’t separated, so water tends to flow across the entire bathroom floor. It’s understandable, given the compact space, but it can be a bit inconvenient. Also, for some reason, the TV turned on by itself a couple of times — probably a technical glitch, but nothing serious. Other than that, everything was excellent — no real complaints at all.

- Michal (7/5): Very nice staff, but the area is very loud - The staff were very nice and helpful, we even got some money lent to us for a taxi when it turned out that we needed to pay an extra fee in cash upon arrival. They helped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the shower very nice. It is a very loud area, from an early morning up to late at night - even being on the 20th floor did not help. It also doesn't help that the bedroom cannot be completely darkened due to a small window in the kitchen not having any curtains. There were no pots or pans in the kitchen and the kitchen itself was pretty greasy all over. Most of the staff doesn't speak a word of English, which is a disadvantage for foreigners.

Barely any options available, the coffee had a hair in it. Food tasted like nothing. Hotel is also located in a very busy and rather chaotic area, lots of street noises that I could hear from my room even though I was on the 19th floor.

Speed if communication once communication was established (getting connected took about 10 min). Directions to airport pickup point were initially incomplete and unclear: i was told to go to M4, but the only options in the airport were P1, P2 or P3. But we got there in the end by means of several messages back and forth. This is nothing to do with the hotel, but i was shocked that gmail is not available in China! So i could not access emails. Nordvpn didn’t solve the issue.
