- Francesca (5/5): Ottimo potenziale ma non curato. - L’appartamento è bello e grande, in posizione tranquilla e a poca distanza dal centro, ben arredato e dotato di ciò che serve. Il materasso della camera principale era comodo. È evidente la gestione trascurata: i tessili d’arredamento sono sporchi o molto usurati (copridivani, tende, federe cuscini). In bagno ho trovato un’asciugamani usata sul termoarredo, lo scarico del piatto doccia è lentissimo e si accumula l’acqua fino alle caviglie, oltre al fatto che il box doccia e le fughe delle mattonelle sono nere di muffa e sporcizia. È accettabile per non più di una notte.
- Roberto (7/5): - Posizione centrale, vicino a Santa Maria Novella e al centro di Firenze, vicino a supermercato, bar, negozi, stazione. Self check-in abbastanza facile. L'appartamento è grande e ha del potenziale, ma andrebbe rivista la pulizia (soprattutto la doccia e un copriletto macchiato). C'era una sedia rotta, lampadina della camera da letto non funzionante, divano letto "sfondato" in un lato. Con un po' più di manutenzione sarebbe super, ma per una notte è andata bene Pulizia da migliorare
