The room was not clean upon arrival, There was also no available parking at night which made things extremely inconvenient. Check-in was delayed far beyond the expected time, 5:00 pm leaving me waiting much longer than acceptable. To make matters worse, check-out was scheduled very early, giving little time to rest or enjoy the stay. Oslo no smart TV so my kids couldn’t see Netflix. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor organization, and inconvenience made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Tuvimos un problema de salud durante los días que estuvimos allí y nos atendieron y ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. Pedimos a domicilio en distintas ocasiones y en todo momento pudimos contar con su ayuda para poder recibir los pedidos La habitación era amplia y cómoda y estaba limpia Nada
Ma. Fernanda (8/5): - El lugar es agradable y el personal atento. Las paredes son muy delgadas y se escucha a las personas hablar, entrar y salir en la noche. El colchón resultó sumamente duro e incómodo al dormir.

Rivera (5/5): - El silencio del area En relación de precios pagas por una habitación premium o suite, pero no vez la diferencia con una standard, ni mejores vistas, ni extras ni beneficios. Fotos que muestran lujo y comodidad, pero la realidad es otra. El aire en realidad no enfriaba mucho, y la Terraza estaba sucia cuando llegamos.

Esmeralda (10/5): Viaje en familia - La disposición ya que por temas de movilidad llegamos a la media noche y nos recibieron muy bien, super limpio todo, sin ruido por lo cual pudimos dormir cómodamente y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Queda cerca de la estación del metro, lo que facilita la movilidad. Volveremos ya que falta mucho por conocer. N/A todo estuvo muy bien.

Jose (10/5): Agradable estancia - I had a lovely stay at Aguacatala Hotel Boutique in Medellín. The hotel is cozy, clean, and located in a quiet, convenient area with good access to public transportation. The staff was kind and attentive, making me feel very welcome. A great choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay in the city. Todo bien
Julian (10/5): Amazing Oasis of Peace - The property is beautiful, better than expected. It is a real oasis to relax and enjoy the beauty of living in the countryside of Colombia. The service is OUTSTANDING, all the employees are amazing, especially Jackie, the kitchen and service lady, she went out her ways to help us, she is a great asset to this wonderful place. I loved everything.

Beverly (9/5): Great value - They were lovely to help with food delivery since arrived late. The breakfast was not particularly healthy however I was able to find a little protein with some eggs. Kitchen area is warm and no access to AC so slightly uncomfortable. Fans might be helpful. Staff was mostly quite helpful. Shower pressure was amazing. Beds average and adequate but no bedside tables between them so slightly less than ideal comfort level.

Pramod (8/5): Nice place to stay, staff very good and helpful, home made traditional breakfast and good value. - Small boutique hotel offering very good room and quality products, comfortable and cozy. They dont have elevators so getting heavy luggage by stairs is a challenge. Location is in a residential area hence no shops or good restaurants nearby. Metro connectivity or main road also bit away but not walking distance. the isolated location

I wasn't able to work from my room and also the Internet in the shared area in the hotel was very slow and failed a lot.
