• Declan (8/5): Lovely break in clean, well furnished apartment. Close to beaches and promenade. Quite - Very well appointed property. Good furnishings. Good shower facilities. Washing machine. Magnificent sunset views from the balcony. Well located for the beaches of Adeje. On site pools.
• Paula (10/5): For us it was the perfect wee holiday, complex not too busy and no fighting for sun loungers , a very relaxed stay and w - The apartment was a real home from home , the sofas and beds were both super comfy , had a brilliant nights slee every night , it had everything we needed , sun lounger cushions for using on pool loungers ,even had beach towels to use ! The location was perfect , 5 minutes walk to beach , 5 minute walk to main st , restaurants and bars and 5 minute walk to bus stop for local bus and bus to Siam park / Siam mall . My daughter was delighted at all the channels on TV , Netflix etc .The Colonial was our favourite place to eat !

Tökéletesen berendezett, hangulatos, szép lakás a földszinten, egy zárt lakóparkban. Első napon hideg idő volt (Emília nevű vihar érkezett, 13 fokkal), örültünk a fűtési lehetőségnek.
• Colin (6/5): No bedding towel changed and no owner on hand - Complex was got pools v good no reception as such work going on noisy at times in a good position for bars and restaurants. No one there to meet us phone number they didn't answer could not get into complex no keys to open gate no reception only for a girl serving at pool bar she got in touch with owner got us keypad number from him in the two weeks no bedding or towels we're changed phoned the owner after week one he told us he'd come on Tuesday and change then never did no safe in app for the price we paid I would not recommend to anyone
• Elizabeth (8/5): The biggest problem was getting into security gates without a fob - I didn't like when I arrived there was no one to meet us.We never got into our apartment for 1 hou and 30 minutes when we arrived.I had to phone booking .com they got in touch with the owner.After that the owner phoned me key number to let ourselves into apartment.They didn't leave fob to get in and out security gates for getting into complex or for getting into pool area.I wasn't satisfied at all.

• Vernon (10/5): Stress free holiday, Olga on hand for any issues. Top marks - Very clean and modern, great to have a sunbed on the balcony. Washing machine was put to good use. Plenty of kitchen utensils for those that eat in. Towels a plenty and bed change. TV has all the usual channels. Olga and Alex were excellent hosts, the pick up from airport and drop off reduces the stress. Location of the safe. Could be at a reasonable height.

• Huiqi (8/5): Overall a great stay with a kind host and clean, well-equipped space - The host was incredibly kind. The service was excellent, and everything was very comfortable. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed. We had a great stay. The only minor point was that the blanket felt slightly damp — maybe because of the humidity or it hadn’t been freshly changed. Also, the hot water ran out rather quickly during my shower, which might not be ideal for guests who take longer showers. But overall, it was a lovely stay and we truly appreciated the hospitality.

This apartment has everything you would need and more, can’t be faulted. The pool area was very clean and relaxing, pool temperature refreshing and no rush to get loungers. Nothing, we have had a fabulous stay.

• Andy (10/5): LOVELY RELAXING HOLIDAY - We were met by Olga, and she showed us where everything was in the apartment. It had everything we wanted for a lovely relaxing, self-catering holiday. The living room/kitchen area was perfect. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of wardrobe space & drawers. The apartment was clean. We didn't use the pool area, but this was cleaned every morning. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk & the beach is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Everything was very secure & safe. We have booked again for next year.
• Kay (9/5): Excellent would deffinately stay again and reconmend to friends and family - The property had everything you would need and more and some little extra touches like water in the fridge a bottle of wine when we arrived. It was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable and lots of space/hangers in wardrobes. We arrived a bit earlier than planned and this was not an issue and owner very accommodating. Not any fault of the property or the owner but no sun on the balcony. Possibly due to time of year. Shower was lovely but got a bit cold if you were the third one in.

• Paula (1/5): Worst stay I’ve ever experienced. - Location 1)The agent that met us to give us access to the property was very rude as well as keeping us waiting on his arrival . He was very brisk and off hand. 2) there was the most awful stench in the bathroom and when I reported it to the agent on day 2 they took 4 days to get back to me which was the day I was leaving to head back to UK. 3) No tea towels which was ridiculous considering the high cost of the apartment 4) Cockroaches in the bathroom … hellish

• Rhea (10/5): Brilliant all round - Host was very friendly and helpful and I booked last minute due to a problem with my previous hotel, the owner got out of bed 10 mins after I booked and came and met me at the property, walked me and my daughter all the way through the complex to the door as it was late at night he was very helpful and the property it self is just immaculate everything is brand new and cleaned to a very high standard throughout
• Jade (10/5): Exceptional - Had a fantastic stay, check in was incrediblely easy. I was met by the very lovely Ogla who was waiting at the apartment for my arrival. The apartment is beautiful! Very clean, perfect condition and very nicely decorated. I will definitely return and stay again, thank you so much.
• Boardman (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was ideally situated.it had 2 pools 1 children's.the apartment was real clean and set up great iron hairdryer toaster hob oven.kettle teabags coffee sugar tv and in bedroom. Not one thing was bad everything was faultless
• Aleksandar (10/5): Great apartment, great views and location. - Location was great, 5 minutes from the beach near bus stops and shops, quite close to the centre. Apartment is renovated, so most of the things are new, it has a great view, and 3 swimming pools you can use, one is huge and filled with sea water really great. The double bed in the bedroom is very comfortable and new. Apartment has everything you need, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. The sofa bed isn't really comfortable, it's a bit old as well. And owners don't always respond to messages right away so you need to call them, or when we were leaving we didn't get any answer from them on our texts.
