• Larrea (2/5): No recomendado mal muy mal - La ubicación Cuidado con el suplemento, es muy excesivo, tengo dos chihuahuas entre los dos tienen 5 kilos Por 4 noche me cobró 80 euros de suplemento por los perros! Una barbaridad, además fui con mi hijo y me ha dicho que se tenía que cobrar suplemento por otra persona suplemento por sábanas al final solo me cobró el de los perros pero mal muy mal, al llegar el sillón tenía una mancha era caca y le envié foto dice que era chocolate, eso significa que no se limpió y no era chocolate era caca! Las mantas con manchas y la funda de la cama sin nada olía a sudor mal, el baño el agua no va tuve que usar un cubo para tirar agua y evacue. Unos días de relax se han convertido en 4 días malos y pagando nada de utensilios

• Luc (3/5): - L'emplacement. Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour. Le propriétaire nous a envoyé les consignes d’arrivée à la toute dernière minute, alors que nous étions déjà en route, ce qui est particulièrement stressant. Le parking nous a été facturé 20 € en espèces, sans que ce tarif ne soit communiqué à l’avance, et à un prix supérieur à celui des parkings du centre-ville. De plus, nous avons reçu des messages pendant le séjour pour nous rappeler de payer, ce qui est assez désagréable. L’équipement de la cuisine est très insuffisant : quasiment pas de vaisselle, impossible de cuisiner correctement, et même pas de bols pour le petit-déjeuner. Enfin, le WC ne fonctionne pas correctement, et il semble que ce problème ait déjà été signalé dans d’autres avis depuis plusieurs mois sans avoir été résolu. En résumé, un manque de transparence et d’entretien qui ne justifie pas le prix demandé.

• Vanessa (10/5): - Estupendo apartamento con una ubicación ideal para llegar caminando a todos los lugares de interés en Córdoba: Barrios del Realejo y la Magdalena, así como Mezquita y Judería. Perfectamente equipado y con espacio suficiente para cuatro personas.

El ruido de la calle que se oye bastante. Si viajas con mascotas ten en cuenta que te cargan 20eu/día. En el anuncio dice "podrían aplicarse suplementos" que de hecho se aplican, pero no te informan el importe hasta el día de llegada, con lo que si no estás de acuerdo ya no puedes cancelar. Finalmente el suplemento me lo dejaron en 18eu/día. Si viajas con coche ten en cuenta que te cargan 20eu/día. En el anuncio dice "podrían aplicarse suplementos" que de hecho se aplican, pero no te informan el importe hasta el día de llegada. El parking obviamente es opcional. Hay aparcamiento cerca por 15 EU día. Si quieres usar el sofá cama como cama tienes que "avisarlo" ya que si no no dispondrás de ropa de cama. Por cierto al sofá le toca una limpieza o un renove, está muy usado y manchado. Podrían poner alguna toalla extra.

• CRISTINA (7/5): Ubicación perfecta en zona tranquila - La ubicación es maravillosa y la casa está muy bonita decorada. Además la cama es comodísima. Lo peor es el baño. La mampara de la ducha creo que debería cambiarse y el WC está mal instalado golpeando la pared al levantarte y la cisterna no funciona del todo bien.

• Veronica (7/5): A good base to explore Cordoba, but the lack of equipment in the kitchen was disappointing. - The location was very convenient and the apartment was a good size with comfortable furniture. A reason for taking an apartment is because of the pleasure of going to Spanish markets, getting lovely fresh fish, vegetables etc and cooking a tasty meal. However on arrival this proved impossible. For the two of us there was only one large plate, one mug, one cup, one bowl, no pans other that a non-stick frying pan but only metal utensils, no kettle for those that like tea and not coffee from the coffee machine, and a microwave with no extra containers to microwave in. There not being a dish washer and the weather being rather cold, the urge to dry things off was thwarted by an absence of any tea towel. Having complained to the host, a single pan, some utensils for the non-stick frying pan, one further bowl and two flannels (presumably as stand ins for a tea towel) were left in the apartment, so we managed, but it took the shine off what should have been one of the pleasures of our holiday.

• María (7/5): Apartamento correcto pero experiencia empañada por la atención del propietario - El apartamento destaca principalmente por su ubicación céntrica, que sin duda es su mayor punto fuerte. Córdoba no es una ciudad grande y desde el alojamiento prácticamente todo queda a una distancia cómoda, lo que facilita mucho las visitas y los desplazamientos. A la llegada, el apartamento estaba limpio, lo cual es positivo; sin embargo, se echan en falta varios elementos básicos de menaje y algunos complementos importantes. Por ejemplo, no había toalla para salir de la ducha, los nórdicos estaban sin funda —algo poco higiénico— y la televisión de la habitación no funcionaba por ser antigua y necesitar TDT. No obstante, si hay un aspecto negativo que destaca por encima del resto es la falta de amabilidad e interés por parte del propietario, Pedro. Desde el primer contacto, la comunicación fue escueta y bastante seca, dando la sensación de que cualquier consulta le resultaba incómoda. A pesar de haber solicitado con antelación las instrucciones de llegada, estas no se facilitaron hasta media hora antes de la entrada, momento en el que se me indicó que debía cumplimentar un formulario con datos personales para poder recibirlas. Esto resultó especialmente incómodo, ya que tuve que hacerlo desde el móvil nada más salir de la estación de tren, con las maletas y un niño. Este trámite podría haberse realizado perfectamente con anterioridad. Más allá de las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento, no hubo ninguna indicación adicional: no se informó de dónde encontrar la ropa de cama del sofá ni de otros aspectos prácticos del alojamiento. Finalmente, al solicitar dejar las maletas el día de salida, se me indicó inicialmente que no era posible, algo comprensible si entran otros huéspedes, pero posteriormente se me ofreció esa opción a cambio de un suplemento. Aunque está en su derecho de cobrar por este servicio, es un detalle a tener en cuenta en la valoración general de la experiencia.

• VIRIDIANA VELAZQUEZ (1/5): Pésima experiencia, NO lo recomiendo - Nada, el apartamento estaba helado y solame te tiene dos calefactores que no son suficientes para las temperaturas de invierno de Córdoba. No había más que dos toallas en todo el apartamento y al salir nos topamos con un carterista robando a otro turista. Las calles son muy obscuras y solitarias para caminar por la noche. Repito es una heladera el apartamento y la calefacción no funciona adecuadamente para las temperaturas de invierno de Córdoba. Nosotras dejamos el apartamento la primera noche, no había forma de dormir en ese frío.

• Alfredo (8/5): Confortable - El apartamento es espacioso, cómodo y seguro. El dormitorio tiene una cama muy confortable y un amplio ropero con buenas cajoneras para guardar toda la ropa. La línea blanca de cocina y lavandería es completa y todo funciona. Se puede descansar muy bien ya que no se escuchan los ruidos de la calle. A cuatro cientos metros del apartamento de día hay mucha actividad comercial y de noche full vida nocturna. El apartamento tiene mucho potencial pero el hecho de no tener internet y WiFi reduce el comfort tal es así que el dormitorio tiene un tv que no funciona por falta de conexión. Al llegar tuvimos problemas en ubicar la puerta de ingreso ya que no tenía el número 7 y es el vecino que llegaba en ese momento nos indicó la entrada. Las comunicaciones con el propietario no fueron las ideales.

• Oleg (10/5): - El apartamento es excelente, tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de las vacaciones. Está situado en un lugar perfecto, cerca de los principales lugares de interés, cafeterías, tiendas y paradas de transporte. Todo estaba muy limpio y acogedor. El check-in fue muy fácil y la anfitriona fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible. Una opción perfecta para alojarse en Córdoba.
• José Andrés (6/5): - La ubicación. Le faltaban detalles como tener gel de baño (3 botes de champú, y uno gastado), papel higiénico solo había medio rollo (también empezado, y sin recambios). La televisión en el dormitorio estaba prácticamente de adorno, no funcionaba la antena. El váter estaba suelto (al sentarte, se mueve el depósito de agua y donde te apoyas), con un espacio de baño más bien reducido, y la cisterna tiraba poca agua. Hay plancha para la ropa, pero no había tabla para planchar... no sé, creo que los detalles básicos se deberían cuidar un poco más.

Las almohadas son piedras, faltaban repasadores, tuvimos que comprar un escurridos, los platos pequeños como de postre, tuvimos que salir a comprar toalla de mano, solo habia dos toallones de baño. Televisor del cuarto no funciona. Nos dejaron el calefon desconectado.

• Tiago (8/5): - Location - the apartment was really central Facilities - air conditioning, washing machine Towels: we were two people and the apartment only had one set of towels. Not related to the apartment: parking was really difficult in the city. There were some parking spaces in the building but we weren't lucky enough to get a place on the last day. Paying for parking in Córdoba is almost inevitable if you are at the center.
• Fernandez-sanz Llinares (6/5): - Ubicación Les escribí 5 días antes de mi llegada comentándoles que entraríamos a las 12.30 (ya que en el anuncio ponía el check-in era a partir de las 12). Ese mismo dia, les volví a escribir y me comentaron que no podía entrar hasta las 13.00. Al llegar al apartamento nos habían dejado solo dos toallas de mano, no había toalla ni para el cuerpo, ni en el baño. En el dormitorio no se podía estar de la calor que hacía, la cocina estaba muy poco equipada y al encender los dos fuegos y la campana se iba la luz.

I would also have appreciated receiving the instruction on how to get to the apartment in advance rather than few minutes before the check in. Instructions on how to get to the apartment should be more clear.

• Luisa (8/5): Sweet, small apartment with easy access to the historic sights and restaurants - Very sweet little apartment in a great location! Everything was clean and welcoming. Once we figured out how to communicate with Pedro via the Booking.com message tab, he was very courteous and responsive. The bed was comfortable (so nice to have a ceiling fan) and though the bathroom is small, it's well equipped and has a great shower. It was a real bonus to be able to do a small load of laundry in the washing machine as we'd been traveling for a while. There was a thoughtful laminated information sheet which was very helpful. Be sure to check out the Taberna de Gongora, which has a local vibe and traditional menu. It's just a minute away from the apartment. It would have been helpful if the details about check-in (including the photo of the front door where the street address is a little hard to see) had been sent at least 48 hours before check-in via text message or email rather than through the messaging tab on the Booking.com app which can be hard to find. Also, it may be helpful for visitors to know that some taxis are too big to drive onto the very narrow street where the apartment is located, though it's just a short walk to the apartment from the cross street. Finally, larger bedside tables would be nice. Bring earplugs as the apartment is at street level with pedestrians just outside your bedroom window.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Comfortable and close to the city centre - The apartment was central to the city so was easy to either self cater or go to the many restaurants only 2-5 minutes away. The apartment was clean and tidy and the bonus was an air conditioner. It was sufficient to our needs. I found the bathroom layout small and tight but the rest was a reasonable size. I think also there needs to be a little more explanation as to the apartment location.

Good to have kitchen facilities: fridge, microwave etc. Being British, we like to use a kettle, but we were able to heat water by other means. We would have appreciated wifi in the apartment, but we found this in local cafes and the tourist information centre.

A little off the beaten path - make sure smart phone is charged because I would have had to sleep on the street otherwise. That being said, centrally located. The apartment was clean, spacious, with a full l kitchen, updated bathroom, and living room. Again, centrally located, but in the backroads behind the city center. Would def stay again. No Wi-Fi.

• Chihying (10/5): Great stay at the heart of Cordoba old town - Central location. Very helpful staff who helped a lot for the arrival and parking. Spacious appartment consists of a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room. Very comfortalbe stay. Driving to the spot is tricky as it is at the heart of the old town where streets are usually very narrow, some with stone surfaces and many are not permitted to drive. On our arrival, google navigation did not work well but led us to where we cannot drive so we stuck. Thanks a lot Petro for guiding us out of this situation and giving good parking tips.
