• PAPAIOANNOU (10/5): - Όμορφος, προσεγμένος και καθαρός χώρος, με όλες τις απαραίτητες παροχές και εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν άψογη και έκανε τη διαμονή ακόμα πιο εύκολη. Πολύ καλή επιλογή. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά!

Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, ήσυχη αλλά ταυτόχρονα πολύ βολική για μετακινήσεις και εξερεύνηση. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Συνολικά, μια εμπειρία που ξεπερνά τις προσδοκίες και σίγουρα θα την ξαναεπέλεγα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

• manos (7/5): Simple clean and cosy town apartment - Nice apartment centrally located and good value The bathroom was nice and there is a cosy living room to work and chill Although there was a big kitchen there were hardly any pans to make some simple meal or breakfast. And no microwave to warm up take away. The bed felt a bit basic and rather cold in the winter.

• Μιχαλης (1/5): ΑΘΛΙΑ - απιστευτος γριφος για να βρεις [με οδηγιες απο video]που ειναι το καταλλυμα μεσα στα Δαιδαλωδη στενα της παλιας πολης και να πρεπει να συνενοηθεις με εναν αγενεστατο και ηλιθιο τυπο τηλεφωνικα για να βρεις κλειδια και κ.τ.λ. ...το ανακαινισμενο υποτιθετε κτηριο ειναι ενα παμπαλαιο καταλυμα ισως και 150χρονων με πλακακια πορτες και ειδη υγιεινης 60-70χρονων ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ προσοχη μην πεσετε στην παγιδα των φοτο που ανεβαζουν
• Natasha (9/5): A very comfortable stay all round, thank you :) - Great location, beautiful rooms and very clean. Check in was simple and easy and the hosts are very friendly, responsive and helpful. Even though I am familiar with the area, the youtube videos to help locate their alleyway is a very helpful touch. The weather was starting to get cool so it just would have been nice to have a warmer layer on the bed, but that's all really. Everything was great

• KONSTANTINOS (10/5): Άριστη και θα το ξανα επέλεγα. - Το δωμάτιο, αν και δεν διέθετε κάποια θέα, ήταν άριστο από πλευράς οργάνωσης, ανέσεων και αισθητικής. Διέθετε μια σύγχρονη και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα όπου μπορούσες να φτιάξεις από καφέ μέχρι και ένα πλήρες γεύμα και για το καλωσόρισμα υπήρχαν καφέδες και νερά στο ψυγείο. Το μπάνιο σύγχρονο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και ο χώρος του καθιστικού πολύ ωραίος και άνετος, με συνέπεια να καθίσαμε πολύ περισσότερο χρόνο στο δωμάτιο από ότι αρχικά είχαμε σχεδιάσει!!! Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη άριστη και άμεση. Ίσως η μη ύπαρξη θέας.
• Dr Ilias (10/5): Just EXCEPTIONAL - I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment in Syros. From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, spotless, and perfectly organised. The place is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you could possibly need — from a fully functional kitchen to a great mattress and a perfectly clean bathroom. The location is ideal: quiet enough to relax, yet very close to the centre, the port, and some of the island’s best cafés and restaurants. It was the perfect base to explore Syros. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available for anything I needed and offering great recommendations about the island. Check-in and check-out were smooth and communication was excellent throughout my stay. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Syros — whether for holidays or business. I will definitely choose it again on my next trip!

• CHRISTINA (9/5): Ευχάριστη - Ήρεμο τοπίο, καθαριότητα και η τιμή ανταποκρίνεται σε αυτό που προσφέρει το κατάλυμα. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικος. Δεν δυσκολευτηκαμε να βρούμε το κατάλυμα.

• IOANNA (10/5): Ήσυχη γειτονιά σε κεντρικό σημείο σε ένα πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα - Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο και εύκολα προσβάσιμη. Επίσης ήταν πολύ ήσυχη η γειτονιά. Η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη και η επικοινωνία με το προσωπικό πολύ καλή!! Σίγουρα θα το επισκεπτόμασταν ξανά.

• ΕΛΕΥΘΕΡΙΑ (1/5): Απαράδεκτη - Δυστυχώς τίποτα δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κανέναν Πολύ βρωμικο καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες!! Εσωτερική σκάλα που ουσιαστικά ήταν εξωτερική με ποκυ απότομα σκαλιά χωρίς να υπάρχει ενημέρωση.

• Arous (10/5): A stay that needs to be booked again. - The property had everything I needed and thought of. It was amazing, very comfortable with a great view and close to everywhere. Nothing to mention.
• Aristotelis (3/5): Deceiving and disappointing - In a central location next to the city center and to the port. Most cafeterias, bars and restaurants are easily approachable on foot. Let's start by clarifying that we stayed at 21A, and not 21B which is the apartment which appears on most photos of the property ( the one with the two rooms, balcony with view to the sea and big kitchen). The 21A is an apartment in the basement of the property with only view 4 walls and nothing more. It looks like more an old warehouse which has been converted to an apartment by the owner just to get a few more bucks (but we paid more than a few bucks). To be honest we were very disappointed from that as we expected to stay in a good and well maintained apartment with good facilities and utilities in general, including, view to the sea + two bedrooms with double beds!!! The cleaning stuff provided only a bedsheets set for one bed and not two, there was too little soap in the bathroom which was enough only for the first day so we had to buy our own soap. The towel hanger in the bathroom was standing in the wall till the moment we put a towel for our hands, then it fell down. As it is depicted in some of the attached pictures parts-paint of the wall were ripped off. In addition some of the provided towels were dirty there were specifically dome gray marks on them like they haven't washed? In conclusion, the owner deceives the viewers to book the apartment by providing on purpose images of the more "deluxe/premium" apartment (21B) of the second floor and not from the basement apartment 21A which does not seem to anything alike the images. Furthermore in our opinion the apartment, given the provided facilities and amenities is overpriced (110€/day) and totally not worth the money. Maybe for 60-70€/day we can discuss it but surely not for 110€/day.
• Emmanouil (10/5): The perfect vacation place that we needed. - The location of the property was just perfect, close to everything. The view was mesmerizing and really helped us enjoy our vacation. Nothing negative to mention honestly.
• Leto (9/5): Value for money! - The location was perfect. The room was really clean and there were NO cockroaches ! Astonishing fact as there were a lot in the streets. Fully equipped Kitchen. We did not use it but you can properly cook a meal. The owner allowed us early checkin without charge.

• Marcin (7/5): Quite cheap but not worth of the price - The apartment is located almost in the centre of Ermupoli. The host is nice. It is just an apartment in a basement. There is some mold, especially in the bathroom. Watch carefully photos from the advertisement, because in case of this apartment you will have a view for a wall. The photos are described, but I don't like this kind of marketing. It is easy to find better place to stay in this price.

• Thanos (10/5): Excellent choice for a stay in Ermoupolis Syros - Excellent location right in the heart of Ermoupolis. Very clean room. The host is very kind and helpful. The property makes you feel like you're at home. It has lots amenietes and facilities. From body lotion, soap, shampoo and coffee until blowdryer, iron for ironing and washing machine. Some small facilities such as bathroom hangers or clothes dryer are made from worn out plastic. So, there is a danger of breaking the facility because the worn out plastic brakes into pieces by itself.

Some of the days we did not even want to leave the hotel because the hospitality as well as its areas were so nice that we just wanted to spend more and more days there! Overall a great 10 out of 10 which you should visit either if you are someone who loves going around or someone who likes to relax! Don’t miss it!
