Kedves segítőkész tulajdonos,tisztaság,csend,nyugalom..Ami a másik nagy előnye hogy nagyon közel van a központhoz ennek ellenére semmi zaj nem szűrődött be a lakásba.Vannak éttermek,boltok a közelben..szerintem máskor is ide jövök ha Tiranában járok :) Semmi rosszat nem tudnék mondani rá.Először nem tudtam hogy találom meg a szállást mert elég zegzugos utcák ezek itt de a taxis segített és felhívta a tulajdonost.Amikor odaértem rájöttem hogy kinn is van egy nagy tábla a kapu mellett..ami a térképen még nem szerepelt :D

• daniel (10/5): Excellent Apartments and Location - My friends and I (8 in total) are incredibly happy with the apartments, the host and especially the location. The rooms are very functional and the terrace in front is covered in case of rain, so it was possible to relax outside while waiting for the rain to end. In addition, the location is 2 minutes by walk from a super market that works 24/7 and a nice place to eat breakfast with international type of food (croissants, sandwiches, smoothies etc). In addition, the apartments are located less then 15 min by walk to Major monuments, restaurants and nightlife clubs. We never had the need to take a cab, aside remote locations in nature. I would def return to the same place Nothing i can remember

• Juliette (7/5): Pratique pour une nuit - Pratique et bien situé L’accueil n’était pas très chaleureux mais nous sommes arrivés tardivement sans avoir eu la possibilité de les prévenir.. c’est une jeune fille qui nous a ouvert après qu’un monsieur qui gardait le parking à côté l’ait prévenu ! Nous l’avons certainement dérangé dans sa soirée… Coté très pratique nous avons pu garer la voiture dans la cour pour 5€ et la laisser jusqu’à notre départ(13h30) Attention le Check out est très tôt (9h) . En somme : escale pratique pour notre 1ere nuit en Albanie mais pas plus.

In un unico ambiente pulito, disinfettato e profumato vi sono: una cucina completa (anche forno), un armadio, un letto matrimoniale comodissimo, due comodini, tavolo, sedie, frigorifero ed una Smart Tv. Il bagno comodo e pulitissimo. In più mi hanno fatto usare la lavanderia esterna alla stanza. Wifi non dei migliori
• Sara González Labrada (7/5): Buena ubicación y limpio - Cocina bien equipada. La ubicación es perfecta, está en pleno centro y al mismo tiempo en una zona donde no hay ruidos y por la noche es tranquilo. Estaba limpio y las sábanas olían muy bien. Veíamos al propietario cada día como limpiaba la zona exterior y las basuras. Estaba bien cuidado y cerca habían 2 supermercados. El baño tenía un buen secador de pelo y la iluminación era muy buena. El check-in era autónomo. El check-out era a las 9 y nos dejaron salir un poco más tarde. Estuvimos 5 noches y solamente tuvimos agua caliente en la ducha 2 días, lo solucionamos calentando agua en las ollas de la cocina y usándola para ducharnos (posiblemente es algo habitual de la zona o de Albania en general, no lo sé). El precio de nuestra reserva en booking era diferente al que después nos pedían ellos en efectivo, aunque en la reserva especificaba que se pagaría con conversión del día del viaje de euro a lek, ellos redondeaban y salió 6€ más caro que nuestra reserva (seguía siendo un buen precio pero puede sorprender).

• Michal (9/5): great location and nice private apartments for a good price - The place has a good location very close to the city center, in theory easy check-in with the keys in code locked box (unfortunately when I arrived, the code provided didn't work and I needed help from staff) and the room was very nice and modern, seemed to be quite new or recently renovated. It had all the basic equipment I needed for my short stay, including shower gel and shampoos. There was a bit annoying chemical smell in the room, probably after some painting/renovation work, hopefully it will be gone soon. I also didn't like the shower, which didn't have any kind of separation between shower and rest of the bathroom, so the whole bathroom was wet and not very usable after taking shower. There were also some weird loud noises at night coming from outside, I am not sure what was it (but could be probably solved by closing the window)

• Сергій Сироткін (9/5): - Чудове місце розташування в 500 метрах від центральної площі міста. Тобто, в який би час Ви не приїхали, всі магазини поруч і все працює. Будинок новий, сучасний, прямо в будинку знаходиться декілька кафе. Балкон виходить на сторону, де не дуже пожвавлений трафік, отже, там не було дуже гучно. Апартаменти великі і в них є все необхідне, в тому числі смарт ТБ. З мінусів: парковка знаходиться прямо в підвальному приміщенні будинку і належить власникам, але за неї чомусь додатково потрібно заплатити 15 євро. Тобто, будьте готові, що до ціни оренди апартаментів потрібно додати ще 15 євро. В квартирі 2 кімнати і 2 входи, але фактично це одна кімната, яка розділена шафами і не до самої стелі. Отже, все, що буде відбуватись в одній кімнаті, Ви почуєте в іншій.

The location is perfect: close to the Skanderberg Square, at a quiet neighborhood and near supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We booked 3 apartments, including the double-bedroom one, but when we arrived, that one was not vaccant. Henri (the host), offered another one and the situation was settled.

• Wendy (3/5): Eaten alive by bed bugs! - It was in a great location! Comfy sofa. Regular user of booking.com but first time I've complained............ You got what you paid for really, which is fine! Bit shabby!! Photos didn't match the apartment we booked. The bathroom and kitchen needed a good scrub! The flush button was broken, if you didn't manhandled it the toilet would just keep flushing. The TV in the bedroom couldn't be used as the TV was placed so high on the wall you couldn't plug it in!!!! And we gave up on trying with the TV in the living room!! My husband and little girl thankfully slept on the sofa as my daughter didn't little her bed. I slept in the double bed. Every night the fitted sheet would come off, which was annoying!!! But every morning I would wake up with more and more bites. My husband, son and daughter were bite free!! The last 2 days of my holiday was awful. I'd never had bites before that caused so much discomfort and pain. I had bites all over my legs, feet, shoulders, bum, face and neck. On returning home to the UK I had them checked out by a Nurse at my GP's and was horrified to told they were BED BUG BITES 🤮 I was covered, some were infected too. I contacted the owner and was pretty much told that my complaint wasn't true as no one else had complained about it!!!! Which is totally irrelevant and there is always going to be a first 😂😂 There was no forthcoming apology or thanks for alerting him to the matter, just a denial!!! Very unprofessional.
