• Hervé (9/5): je veux retourner a Rome - L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une rue calme avec des services a proximité (restaurant, supermarché). L'appartement est conforme a la description et la terrasse agréable. La table du salon bouge, il manque un couteau pour peler les légumes mais c'est un détail

• Helena (7/5): - A facilidade do check in e check out tudo online. A localização também muito boa perto do coliseu. Nao disponibilizarem café pelo menos para os dias que estaríamos lá. Não ter cortinas blackout na zona da sala entrava bastante claridade à noite.

• Teo (10/5): - I loved everything, especially the location in very nice quiet street, yet very close to coloseum and supermarket so I prepare my breakfast at home every day. The apartment is inside the residence area, I love the Italian vibe when you enter the building and have small atrium. Absolutely nothing to report, if I come back I would definitely go for the same place. The hospitality was amazing, very flexible and hosts were going extra mile if I needed anything.
• Vito (6/5): Ottima posizione ma pulizia scarsa - Ottima posizione. Vicinissimo al colosseo Camera molto umida; molta polvere e alcune ragnatele sulle travi in legno. Arrivati in casa i termosifoni erano spenti e la casa freddissima (probabilmente qualche problema che la responsabile ha messo a posto il giorno dopo). Data la posizione non penso batta mai il sole in casa quindi la consiglierei per soggiorni in estate ma non in inverno anche se la pulizia lascia davvero a desiderare

• Morven (7/5): - Excellent location right beside the colosseum. Area was nice. The bed was comfy. Needed a deep clean to get rid of dust. Bathroom had poor ventilation and was mouldy. Only one toilet per person for a weeks stay.

• Raquel (10/5): Todo muy recomendable - Lo mejor era la ubicación el departamento estaba limpio y muy cómodo Solo recomendamos que a la hora del ingreso automático figure el código de apertura para obtener la llave de ingreso al departamento que como no lo enviaron a tiempo amablemente Alejandra nos atendió aunque era tarde y nos lo facilitó
• Helen (8/5): Super locatie, levendige buurt - Locatie is top! Appartement is basic maar voldoet prima. Dakterras is heerlijk en groot. In de nabije omgeving diverse restaurantjes en terrasjes. Een supermarkt en een bakker op een paar minuten lopen. In het appartement rustig, Korte afstand naar busstation. Host is vriendelijk en reageert snel. Schoonmaak laat te wensen over. Er is maar minimaal serviesgoed, zoals maar 4 bekers. De trap naar de 1e verdieping is smal en vooral voor lange mensen lastig begaanbaar.

• Yariv (10/5): - La localisation et les différents espaces dans l'appartement. La literie est bien confortable ce qui nous à permis de bien récupérer la nuit après nos visites. La lumière du jour dans le salon. Peut être ajouter des rideaux opaques? Un petit plus serait d'avoir de l'huile d'olive et du vinaigres nous permettant d'assaisonner nos salades sans avoir à acheter de grandes bouteilles

• Konstantinos (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Alex is a wonderful person with immediate response in all of our requests! For our standards there is issue with the cleaning level of the apartment.
• Rita (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is much more than an apartment. It is basically a small (comfortable enough for 4 people) hidden duplex house in the heart of Rome. In a very quiet courtyard, on a quiet street, but only a few minutes walk from the Colosseum, public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. It was superb to walk past the Colosseum every morning and every evening. Super respondive host, lovely welcome, the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a weekly stay (even a waching machine and tumble dryer). -

• Margaret (10/5): Ireland - Great location for colosseum as it at end of street, very small kitchen just 2 hobs no grill or oven, but it is manageable and all dishes are provided, spacious private terrace from bedroom upstairs would be great benefit in warmer weather, bathroom we found shower pressure bit low for our liken but all facilates worked well, stairs bit narrow be aware of banging head or shoulders off ceiling where railings allows you to see down stairs, personally i would build that up so not a danger, very quiet and safe apartment block with 2 coded gates to go through before reaching apartment, extremely reasonable priced pizzeria/restuarant around the corner, plus beside it as turn up next street is a little shop for essentials ( bread butter milk etc). Buses 2 mins away take left at colosseum will bring you to trevi fountian nd short walk from there to spanish steps though good weather you could walk from colosseum to trevi in 20 mins but ruins along the walk so with stopping to look times goes so quick. Alex the host can be contacted if need too ask anything about getting around or taxi's to from airport, i was extremely grateful of offer to stay in apartment much later than exit time as we had evening flight and wanted do more sight seen so at no additional charge this was bonus as didnt have find somewhere for luggage and we could have sandwich and tea before left for airport. I would have no problem reccommending this apartment to anyone looking for reasonable price and location property to stay. Shower pressure to low, no oven or grill but all are just personal choice.

Bathroom bit worn off and very damp. Had to keep the window open (was ok as it was still warm outside). Towels smelled bad - probably because of the moist.

• Ah (8/5): Great apartment next to the colosseum and restaurants, sadly not very clean - Excellent location; very good communication with the person administrating the property; nice apartment, which feels somewhat like a house (ground floor entrance, two floors, terrace). Plenty of restaurants and two supermarkets around. The apartment could use some cleaning. The toilet was clearly not clean and we could smell it from the bedroom. PLENTY of mosquitoes. We got an electric shock when touched the microwave (apparently the administrator was aware of this though the previous guest and didn't tell us in advance). Thankfully nothing serious happened and the administrator sent someone to fix the problem.

• Marc (10/5): Exceptional - This is a perfectly placed apartment a stone throw away from the coliseum it was clean well spaced and benefits from the Air conditioning. We felt safe and secure as there is 2 electric gated doors to get threw before you reach the apartment. Alex is a great host is we ever return to this beautiful country we would be staying here if its available

• Gary (8/5): I would go here again! - First, the neighborhood is ideal - quiet, central, and with plenty of facilities. The apartment was quite roomy and ideal for our visit, for example we had a nice upstairs terrace, and the kitchen had everything we needed for morning coffee and simple meals. Also, since the apartment doesn't face the street, it was very quiet.
