• Nikki (5/5): Would be great if it weren’t for the smell upstairs - Location and layout were great. Communication with host was great. Lots of parking and extra blankets. Washer and dryer and fairly decent kitchen amenities. Good showers and lots of towels Clearly have rodent problems. The upper bedroom was unbearable due to the dead ‘rat?’ Smell so had to have all the windows open so noisier. No window coverings - up at the crack of dawn. Messaged the host and they acknowledged the issues and said they’d endeavour to fix it but no credit or refund so it won’t help us. I hate giving bad reviews especially since the host was so nice but it is what it is
• Warren (2/5): I would probably advise saying somewhere else for health reasons. - The house was nice, private and the location was good. The up stairs of the home had an overwhelming smell of cat urine. We think it was likely coming from the Hvac vents. It's was worse at certain times of the day and was absolutely terrible. We politely brought it up to the property manger Marina. She never got back to us at all. It's probably unhealthy to occupy the top floor of the home. It was also obvious they were trying to mask it as it smelled like massive amounts of cleaning products upstairs upon arrival.
• Acres (9/5): Great place to stay! - Odd smell in house. Also, lack of blinds in upstairs windows meant we were awake very early.

• Eugene (9/5): We ordered Instacart, enjoyed the amenities and made it an amazing mountain home retreat :) - Location was excellent and the view was beautiful. Very quiet. Clean and comfortable. Access was easy and we enjoyed the privacy of having the house to ourselves. We were not lacking as everything was provided, as mentioned on the information provided ahead of time. Although the private driveway was nice to have, it was a little tricky backing out without backing out onto the road. So at the bottom we did a 3 point turn to position the vechicle to safely drive onto the road :) Next time we would likely part in the other parking spot beside the house in the first driveway.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - This was a perfect house to rent. It has a wonderful location overlooking the river and mountains and provides a wonderfully secluded getaway. Everything is new and in excellent condition and the owners thought of all the small personal touches. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing, everything was great!
• Aum (10/5): For a few extra dollars, why get two hotel rooms when a spacious hous will do?! - The house was spacious and had an open living/dining/and kitchen. The two beds were comfortable and bathrooms decorated with simple elegance. It felt like a new build - if so- the design is top notch! This isn’t a big deal, just the smell of new carpet or paint or something.
