• Mazzancl (7/5): Suited our needs for an overnight stay - The host, Dawn was lovely, very accessible by mobile and was very accommodating with our request to arrive early. The property was spacious tastefully decorated and well equipped. The location was excellent for the venue we were visiting. The central heating didn't work. We contacted Dawn who had a go at fixing it, unfortunately, unsuccessfully. It looked like the thermostatic controller had lost its wireless contact with the boiler which was in the locked garage and therefore inaccessible to us. It was only an overnight stay so not a huge issue. Dawn apologised and we were told booking.com would be refunding 10% of the rent. That was a month ago and it hasn't happened yet.
• Jo'an (10/5): Overall lovely homely accommodation, looking forward to booking again. - The house was lovely, clean, spacious, and bright. I was very impressed with the decor. Dawn, the host, was very friendly; I met her when she brought over some fresh towels. Before our stay, I contacted her a couple of times. She was very prompt in responding and extremely helpful. She definitely made us feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to booking again. While the on-site parking was a great convenience, there is a tree that overhangs the driveway. Unfortunately, I had to wash my car again before our trip back to London due to the debris falling from the tree.

• Lynne (10/5): Perfect location short taxi ride to town. - Always a pleasure to stay here. Very spacious clean property ideal location. Hosts very accommodating. Ideal for our large party. Nothing.

• Adam (6/5): Great location but could do with a bit of TLC spent on it. - Plenty of space and a nice location. Off street parking is a bonus as well. Plenty of seating to sit with friends and chat. Very cold upon entry. The house hadn’t been occupied for sometime. Musty smell and a little mould in some bedrooms. Bed clothes smelt a bit musty as well. Many lightbulbs need replacing. Simple things need doing like supply a hand towel in the down stairs toilet. There was a hook but no towel? Towel rail in main bathroom never came on despite cranking the heating up. Shower leaked a little and the seal needs attention on its door. Just could do with a little tlc.

• Chloe (10/5): Best stay! - Dawn was amazing and so helpful, the boiler stopped working and she came straight round and sorted it all out and was very friendly, the house was stunning and perfect for a group of people There was nothing we didn’t like
• Alison (8/5): We had a great stay, it is a lovely family house with everything we needed. - Our host was very good at replying to messages and making sure we were comfortable. There was lots of space for everyone, the beds were very comfy, it was nice to have a dining room, great to be able to check out at 12pm. It was a bit chilly to start with but our host brought over an extra heater to fix that.
