The breakfasts were delicious and fresh. The server was attentive and nice. Our room was well cleaned and organized each day. It would have been more comfortable to have the top sheet underneath the blanket, not the other way around.

On a eu la chance de voir un Motmot (très jolie). Il faut avoir Waze pour le trouver. Il n'y a aucune indication sur la route principale qui informe que l'hôtel est dans un petit chemin.
- DANIELA (9/5): Super cute boutique hotel - highly recommend it - We had a wonderful stay as a couple at this beautiful boutique hotel in Monteverde. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. We arrived earlier than the official 3pm check-in time, and although our room was not yet ready, the team kindly gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and explore nearby while we waited. The hotel offers secure parking, which was very convenient, and they even provided us with a remote control for the electric gate so we could come and go easily outside office hours. Our room was exceptional — incredibly spacious, with a huge extra-large bed that was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was stunning, featuring a modern walk-in shower and thoughtful amenities including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and even body lotion. The décor throughout the room was stylish and contemporary. We also appreciated the fridge, safe, coffee machine, and the lovely private terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal for us: only a few minutes from town, yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. Since we had a car, it was also just a short 10-minute drive to the Cloud Forest. The staff went above and beyond during our stay, even helping us arrange a tour at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Pamela at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful, sharing lots of great local tips. We also visited her newly opened place, Cloudy Bubble, where we enjoyed a delicious cappuccino and cake. Breakfast was included ( delicious ) and they were extremely accommodating by allowing us to have it before the official hrs (7am) so we were able to visit the cloud forest as soon as they opened the gate for the visitors ! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautiful rooms, fantastic service, and a perfect base for exploring Monteverde. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The only thing I can think of is the absence of a pool

Read the text that you sign at check-in...for instance, I was truly entertained by suggestion that we should not wipe our shoes with bed sheets...however somebody had indeed done something to our bed sheets, those were neither very clean nor appropriate sizes. Electricity glitches. Had to carry laundry myself to neighbor’s house to wash.

- Tyler (9/5): If we come back, we will stay here again! - Nice secure place. We drove so it was nice to be in a gated lot. They are updating the rooms. Would have given it a 10 just knocked off a point as the bathroom vanity was very small. The staff was working hard to add more plantings on the property. It was well kept! Good water pressure. The beds were super comfortable. We had the two bedroom suite. Each bedroom and separate air-conditioning unit units. The kitchen and refrigerator size were ample for longer stays. One of the workers got us from our room to come see a sloth that was coming down out of the tree…Highlight of the trip for sure! They also recommended a local masseuse (massage by Wendy)that was very good. The second floor seating area had a great view of the forest and ocean. It was a great spot to watch the sunset! If i had to pick something too Small of a bathroom vanity everything else great

- Connie (10/5): Skønt sted - Nyere flotte lejligheder. Meget rene og fine. Der skulle bo et dovendyr i træet udenfor og personalet gjorde alt for at finde den til os. Desværre dukkede den ikke op. Personalet kom helt uopfordret med hjemmelavet brownie og frugtsaft en eftermiddag. Enorm god hjælp til at finde den bedste nighttour med mest value for pengene. Alt var fint.

Bardzo czysto, wspólny taras z widokiem i pyszne śniadania. Pomocna i miła obsługa - szczególnie dziękujemy Mayco. Tuż obok znajduje się restauracja Sensoria z dobrym jedzeniem - idealna na drinka przy zachodzie słońca.

- Cornish (8/5): Good value for money - Spotlessly clean. Huge room , well more of an apartment with two bedrooms kitchen, lounge area and bathroom. Seemed very new. Amazing space for the price. The location was not ideal for us. We were not able to have breakfast because we were leaving at 6.30 for our 7 o’clock guided tour but breakfast service started at 7. I think there should have been a discount for this as it was included in the price.

Minimal amenities, would be ideal to have laundry/gym/common areas such as a pool or sitting area, but certainly not a dealbreaker if you’re looking for a safe place to stay in Monteverde.

- Rocío (9/5): - La habitación tiene una decoración muy linda y cómoda, me sentí como en casa Que a la salida ya estábamos listos para dejar el alojamiento pero el chico del personal de salida de las 11 am tenia demasiada insistencia en que ya saliéramos, se que es su trabajo pero nos pareció molesta su insistencia como si nos fuéramos a pasar por unos minutos eso si fue muy incomodo!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location seems to be in an area that seems like an industrial area. It is a 5-minute drive from downtown. The breakfast selections can be better

- Kim (8/5): - The room was nicely decorated. There was an issue with the lights not working by the bed, the room is small and there is some leaks in the shower that needs some attention. There is construction to expand the hotel so it was a bit noisy.
- Wanjing (9/5): 很舒适的有树懒的lodge - 店家非常贴心的提供了刷鞋的用具。电视有Netflix。最最重要的是店员人极好，详细推荐了周边的餐馆，还告诉我们哪家店什么菜好吃。而且，他们院子里的树上有树懒，店员看到后跑来敲门告诉我们。这是我们这次旅行中与树懒最近距离的一次接触，比任何国家公园都直接。

- RAMAYO (10/5): Volveré¡¡¡¡ - Todo nos pareció excelente, superando ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Un departamentito con dos habitaciones y cocina comedor muy confortable. Baño un poco chico pero igualmente cómodo. Y una terraza común a todas las habitaciones pero que nadie utilizaba con vista al mar, distanto unos cuantos km de allí. El desayuno completo e impecablemente servido. Todo era muy cuidado. La ubicación un poco alejada del centro pero lugar muy cómodo. nada para mejorar
