Guest Reviews
- Slavka (8/5): - Rychle jednáni , přátelsky přistup.
- Suleiman (10/5): - Communication was great with the host. Needed a place to stay and he was there for me in my time of need.
- Candice Ballard (2/5): - There wasn’t much to like about this place. It was reasonably spacious and the location was exactly where we needed it. The place is pretty poorly maintained and communication with management is quite poor. Multiple issues were raised with management who didn’t reply quickly, gave incorrect instructions or offered non solutions.
We had issues with:
- the wifi (found tossed under the bad)
- black mould in the stairwell
- broken furniture being stored in one of the bedrooms
- broken beds and mattresses
- damp laundry hanging in a hallway cupboard
- fire alarm missing
- fridge had left over food and freezer totally frozen over
- generally the flat wasn’t clean
- garbage bag in gutter outside window
- exhaust vent in bathroom doesn’t work
- all taps on house are broken in someway.
- broken couch
- unable to close all windows
- Josephine (1/5): - Nothing The house was dirty and one room the mattress was on the floor and the beddings had not been changed and had a smell. It was literally my worst stay and dreaded every time night time would reach to go to sleep.
- Ray (9/5): -
- Aanya (6/5): -
- Sam (5/5): Passable -
- Heather (10/5): Great place to rest in the evening after exploring all day. - Host was very accommodating and friendly. The property had everything we needed.
- Harpinder (2/5): Very poor - I can say only location I recently stayed at this apartment and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations at all. The facilities were far from what was advertised — poorly maintained, lacking basic amenities, and overall not comfortable. It’s clear that very little effort is put into upkeep or guest satisfaction. I was really disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent, hassle-free experience.
- Weisheit (5/5): Spacious but not very clean apartment inconveniently located. - This was an ok stay. The location of the apartment is not great; there is a bus stop outside the apartment but it’s not very close to an underground station. It was not very clean upon arrival and many cleaning supplies were left out in the bathroom (mop, bleach spray, etc.). Despite it being early spring the weather was very nice which made the apartment very hot inside. It was spacious and easily fit our family of 5 adults. Having a kitchen and laundry machine were nice amenities. The host was responsive and staff at the store next to the apartment were helpful.
- Holly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emily (8/5): Nice apartment in a super location for Kentish Town and the O2 Forum. - - The location of the apartment was perfect for us as we were visiting the O2 Forum - its also super close to the tube station.
- The apartment was a great size for 4 guests.
- Well equipped kitchen which would have been great had we stayed longer. - The beds were VERY soft and a bit uneven.
- We didn't find the spare bedding (for the sofa beds) until the day after (stuffed down the back of the sofas) - it meant we shared beds in the end but having our own space would have been great as that is what attracted us to the property! Making guests aware of where linen is would be helpful on the check in info.
- Not knowing where to collect the keys from until right at the last minute is not fun for the anxious traveller. Acknowledgement that messages have been received would be great.
- Beware the top hand rail on the stairs as its hanging off!
- Robert (9/5): Superb - Great place! Had everything we needed! X
- Steven (1/5): Very poor - Location was good Place was filthy, half eaten food and half empty drink bottles left all over the property. The beds had been slept in by someone else. Hand rail leading to top level was hanging off the wall. Asked owner to fix it. He did nothing. Water damage above where I slept and in stairwell. Rubbish left at the entry. Very steep staircase not disclosed. Hot water unavailable one day. Windows couldn’t be locked. TV channels required you to subscribe. Basically no access to TV. Wireless dreadfully slow. Worst experience in 50 years of travel.
- Karolis (7/5): Good -
- Patrick (8/5): Very good -
- Mariana (6/5): Pleasant -
- Gilde (8/5): Very good - The flat is spacious and well-maintained. There are a few shops around the area where you can grab food. The keys were ok to collect but I asked via email if it was possible to have an early check-in and the host didn't reply until I called them. The stairs on the way up are quite steep. The WiFi connection was not working properly
- Carla (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely stay again. - Clean, spacious, well located flat. Lovely host with great communication. Close proximity to buses and underground. Close to central London and access to loads of grocery, restaurants and services. Highly recommend.
- Prateek (6/5): Pleasant - The central location and connectivity. The place was clean. Bad internet/Poor WiFi
Some lights didn’t work
Steep stairs, making it tough for people with mobility issues and heavy luggage - Kitchen is on the 3rd floor/rooms are on the 2nd floor
Not sufficient toiletries
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alice (9/5): Very nice stay. - Perfect location, bus stop very closed, Camden market 20 minutes walk. A conveninet store and a beautiful bakery (bread by bike) very closed. It was great that we could have the keys from the convineint store and that we could also leave our luggage there on the last day before travelling back. The flat should have been available at 15 pm. The cleaning lady was there until 16pm. So that we had to wait. But it was ok because we could wait in the dining room while she finished the bedrooms.
Only one bath with the toilet in the bathroom.
- Ketal (10/5): Would definitely stay here again. Perfect location, and super comfortable and clean. - This property was amazing!! The apartment was very spacious and plenty of room for a family of 4 or 5. The pictures are exactly as described, but even better in person. Easy check-in. The only downside was the steps, so if you have heavy suitcases it can be a struggle to get to the 2nd floor which is where our apartment was. But totally worth the struggle once you see the space!!
- Winters (9/5): Superb -
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jin (8/5): Good stay, in nice location, cafes, restaurants, public transport and near Camden market. - I liked that I could pick up the keys from a convenient place, ie the shop owner next door. Aqib was also responsive in providing access details etc. Was surprised that the apartment was two flights of stairs up (no lifts), and within the apartment was another set of stairs to get to the living room and kitchen. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.
- Yue (8/5): Very good -
- Najwa (9/5): Superb -
- Eszter (9/5): Easy check-in, excellent location for Camden. - The property was clean and spacious. Exactly like on the pictures. Nothing fancy but comfortable - would definitely recommend and stay again for our next trip to London.
- Mars (8/5): Great place and great host -
- Fernanda (10/5): A lovely stay! - Nice, clean and well located apartment with very comfortable beds. Close to useful things like supermarkets,
pharmacies and bus stops.
The host was responsive and willing to help.
Our stay was perfect and it’d be lovely to return.
- Francisco (5/5): Overall was good, but could be better - The location was pretty good, with good acesses and a good selection of supermarkets nearby.
The host was very friendly. The accomodations could be better, mainly the beds which were a bit soft and we would sink into it.
There is a broken rail going up the stairs.
Some of the utensils were not cleaned from previous renters.
The windows from one of the bedrooms wouldn't close all the way, making all the noise from outside come through easily.
- Danielle (8/5): Very good -
- Lea (10/5): It was a really nice experience, comfortable and clean with great position and nice host. -
- Neil (6/5): Great apartment but needs attention to basic facilities and better communication. - Spacious apartment, modern furniture and fittings, good light. We loved that it was on 2 floors as it gave the space character. Comfortable. It could’ve been really lovely, but basic things like:
* no coffee mugs or wine glasses
* no bathroom mirror
* no plug in the bathroom sink
* no salt or pepper in the shakers, no oil to cook with and only half roll of toilet paper… cheap items that I don’t want to buy in advance if I’m staying for one night
* the handle on the bathroom door kept falling off
* no lightshades in several of the rooms
* the noise from the traffic on the front bedroom kept my friends awake in the night
* tube stations are about a 20+ min walk away
Also, the communication between myself and the agent for this property was really poor. I had to send several messages and calls before we had instructions to access the property, even after the check-in time, so that meant we were biding time in a restaurant before we had confirmation of access. Also, messaging about checking-out and where to leave the keys left us uncertain as to whether we’d done the right thing the person we were advised to hand the keys over to knew nothing about the arrangement and there was no response from my messages until the following day when we’d left.
- Feruz (10/5): We had a lovely stay! Aqib was an amazing host, will definitely be back. - Very local, easily accessible & many shops around
- Giles (9/5): Superb -
- Anouk (8/5): Very good -
- Sharon (8/5): Very good - Not enough pillows
Bed a bit too soft
Tiny cups
- Summar (10/5): Exceptional -
