• Alex (7/5): Parkplatz, Altstadt nähe, tolle Stadt - Die Lage ist super, man läuft ca 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Bad und Küche waren sehr sauber und es war alles da, was man benötigt. Salzburg ist eine tolle Stadt. Schloß Hellbrunn und der Zoo sind ca. 4 km entfernt. Wir sind am Alpkanal hingewandert. Der Alpkanal ist sehr schön und man kann dort gut baden. Es ist ein Parkplatz dabei, was super ist. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr dunkel und auch nicht so sauber. Am Kleiderschrank waren keine Schlüssel, was das Öffnen erschwert hat.

• Anonymous (9/5): It was amazing. The host was kind and helpful. - Great location in the middle of nature even though it was close to so many amenities. The stairs might not be convenient to people with heavy luggage.
• Jeff (4/5): Really poor accommodation in a decent location - Location was very good once we got our bearings. About a 20 minute walk to the old town, Table and chairs on the balcony were good to have, but we were very lucky with dry sunny conditions. We arrived at midnight, there was no lighting and some uneven steps to the apartment which were bordering on dangerous in the dark, an improvement would be some lights. Key collection was also difficult, as we felt directions to our apartment were unclear, perhaps some photos showing the door would help (we tried to access the wrong keypad for a while!). Once inside, the apartment was incredibly basic for the price, ill fitting doors letting in vehicle noise, threadbare towels, and although clean, bedding looked well used. Chairs to the dining table were old and unsteady. No decent method of cooking (see photo), no microwave etc. A weeks self catering would present a real challenge. The shower enclosure, again, very basic and lethal! A non-slip mat should be supplied. Finally, the WiFI was really poor, we didn't use the 1st night due to our late arrival, but trying to use it was useless, I contacted the host, who assured me they had fixed it, but we couldn't even get logged in. I would hope for some form of refund for this? Overall we were very disappointed in the actual apartment for the price of over 130 Euros a night, maybe worth 60.

• Clare (8/5): Beautiful and enjoyable - The location was superb was fabulous natural surroundings and views of the mountains. A little far from the centre.
• Denney (8/5): Friendly,responsive hosts. Spacious and clean-limited kitchen amenities. Long walk to bus. Weak Wifi - Very responsive hosts. Responded promptly to questions/requests. Brought us a fan, coffee filters, and new pillow upon request. Very friendly. We were able to check in an hour early. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Sitting area outside. Location is ok- nice area- but a lot of walking up and down hills and stairs. A bit of a walk to bus stations with luggage. We discovered on last day that bus 25 is much easier walk than bus 1:) Realizing this may have helped our rating of location as we arrived in the rain and had to climb a lot with our luggage. If you plan on preparing meals, there is only a cook top. No microwave, oven, toaster. There were no coffee filters when we arrived. (No coffee- which I realize is not listed, but an amenity I have found at most of my bookings.) Couldn't figure out how to run tv. No instructions for anything when we arrived. Bad Wifi connection!
