Ruidoso,hay obras de renovación de la iglesia por un lado y por el otro,de construcción de bloque de apartamentos Al llegar,me robaron mi mochila con mi ordenador, al estar esperando en la calle con todas mis cosas a que llegaran con las llaves, llegaron 1 h tarde. Para terminar esta experiencia de 3 noches, me quedé colgada en el ascensor, lo que me provocó llegar 1 hora tarde a mi formación Ha sido nefasto.
• Clodagh (3/5): Stay was marred by the jackhammering next door to the apartment. - Location excellent except for construction works beside the apartment The jack hammering during the day on the renovation of the church across the way. You could not open the windows or shutters because the noise from the construction works was excruciating. You couldn't use the balcony. The apartment was dark as the windows and shutters had to be kept closed to alleviate the construction noise. . Even at that one had to wear earplugs in the apartment. No fresh air was circulating at the windows couldn't be opened during the day. Apartment could do with an upgrade. Repairs needed to be carried out to the door frame, toilet seat was nor properly affixed to the toilet. Towels were clean but had the texture of sandpaper.

• Monica (1/5): Diffidate - L appartamento non è come presentato in foto....chiuso da settimane e aperto per noi tutto sporco....senza clima con 42 gradi fuori....scarafaggi e unghie sul divano ...davanti casa a 2 metri c'è il restauro della chiesa dunque polvere tutto il giorno e scavi delle 7.00 di mattino....praticamente una giornata a pulire e disinfettare e sopratutto preso ventilatore......buttato 800 euro....non ci andate Mobili con Assorbenti di altre persone ....sotto il letto e stato aspirato...calze ciabatte e altro di clienti precedenti...pulito serramenti e vetri per terra a volontà...
• Michela (9/5): Posizione ottima e appartamento spazioso - L'appartamento è molto carino, è spazioso ha la zona da giorno separata dalla camera. Dalla camera si accede al bagno che è un po' piccolino ma comprensivo anche di bidet. Il letto della camera è più grande di ciò che sembra dalle foto, il materasso un po' rigido ma abbiamo comunque riposato bene. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene. Gli utensili e erano pochi ma c'era un po' di tutto. Stanno ancora facendo lavori alla chiesa di fronte, per cui dalle 8 di mattina c'è rumore di trapani e martelli, ma questo non è una colpa dell'host che è stato comunque gentile e puntuale all'incontro per il check in. La posizione è fantastica. Portarsi dei tappi per le orecchie per dormire per non sentire i lavori alla chiesa di fronte.

• Lindsey (7/5): Great location, decent facilities - Lovely host who let us have a late check-out time, which was much appreciated. Great location right next to the Mercat Central and Silk Exchange. Well-equipped kitchen with small things like salt and vinegar. Right next to two building sites, which was noisy on weekdays. Bed was harder than we would normally have, and the bathroom could be more modern.
• Mags (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. The property is located in the historic heart of Valencia, 20 mins walk from the train station. - The location is perfect. The property was comfortable and clean. The host was very accommodating to all our needs and requests. Everything was perfect, I can’t find any faults with the property.
• Francoise (7/5): Good - Artyom was very gracious and responsive to our needs. Due to the church renovation next door, dust had seeped everywhere in the apartment. This should have been noted in the listing. More importantly, although the property is not located close to bars or restaurants, people (including occupants of the building) were congregating all night long outside the apartment building and having loud conversations. We had very little sleep most nights.
• Louise (9/5): Superb - The location of this property was a highlight, right next to Mercado Central and only a short walk from some amazing sights, restaurants and bars. We utilised the balconies on the property a lot as they got lots of sun through the day. It was helpful that there was also a washing machine to do small loads of laundry. It seemed as though the property was not cleaned very thoroughly, we had to sweep the floors when we arrived as there was lots of sand and dust.

• Igor (8/5): Overall it was a good stay. - Location. Being close to a Central Market it was easy to find. By just asking locals direction to the market. Aircon wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t a show stopper, but it would be good if it was addressed earlier.

• Shaun (10/5): Wonderful apartment. - The apartment is outstanding, everything you could ask for, well equipped, separate bedroom and separate bathroom, has a lift to the apartment, the security is excellent, felt very safe, its a large apartment with two sides and lots of windows with shutters small but brilliant balconies that go around the outside. and a good touch was grapes and wine gift. The noise, Bins being emptied by the rubbish lorry outside the apartment at one am, next to the skateboarders going up and down for another hour or so, when the skateboarders leave the nightclubbers are on there way home, singing and dancing , screaming and shouting, At eight in the morning the generator starts at the church a few yards away, for the builders drills, and the clanging of scaffolding that unfortunately frighten she very pretty wild screaming parrots, that start the dogs barking, there is also a problem with the smell of cleaning the portable toilets out that are for the workers , the view to one side is wasteland and the other the church that is covered up, we are only giving our honest opinions , the church is beautiful and is being repaired, if you are a late night partygoer and can sleep through the noise in the morning go for it.
• Ifera (9/5): In the Heart of Valencia old Town - What is there not to like. The place is massive and in the heart of the old town. You are at a walking distance to everything that is nice to visit and if you wish to go to the beach, there are plenty of buses or metro stops around. Bars and restaurants and fast food joint and supermarkets are also literally around, plus the Market which is a Must in Valencia. The flat itself has 2 balconies plenty of light and all the facilities one needs in a flat. I had to work and can say Wifii is working very well.
