• Lutz (10/5): Schöne drei Tage erlebt - Das Hotel liegt in absoluter ruhiger Lage. Wir haben dort wunderschöne Radtouren gemacht. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Weil es so schön war, fahren wir gleich nocheinmal hin. Der Zimmerblick ins Grüne hat uns auch begeistert, vorallem waren keine Autogeräusche zu hören.

Nearby does not have much restaurant and no dinner package offered by the hotel as well. It does not have aircond and fan, although it is still cool weather now, but with windows open might had some insects flying into the room.

• Daniela (8/5): Wir kommen wieder und werden dann eine Ferienwohnung buchen. - Schöne Lage, saubere Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Für E-Bikes sollten sie mehr Ladestationen zur Verfügung stellen.

• Evi (7/5): Hotel ist zu empfehlen. Sauber und neue schöne Zimmer. Nettes Personal. In der Hauptsaison sicher eine gute Wahl 😎 - Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer. Radwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Personal sehr freundlich. Fahrradgarage war eher nichts für uns. Nicht abschließbares Häuschen auf dem Parkplatz. Laden wäre möglich gewesen, aber die Fahrräder konnte man nirgends sichern 🫣 Frühstücksbuffet hat für uns gereicht. Sind aber auch nicht die großen Esser am Buffet. Lag aber wsl auch daran, dass wir fast die einzigen Gäste waren 🙉 für uns verständlich. Wir wurden aber gefragt, ob es an was fehlt.
• Jona B. (9/5): - Schöne Lage in direkter Nähe vom Brombachsee. Ich habe geschäftlich in Pleinfeld übernachtet, da die Hotels in Nürnberg auf Grund von einer Messe sehr übertreuert waren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Betten waren bequem. Tolle Lage für einen Spaziergang am Abend direkt am Brombachsee / im Wald.

• Stefan (5/5): Lebt von seiner Lage - Das Hotel lebt natürlich von seiner Lage. Da kann man nichts gegen sagen und wurde dementsprechend wohl dafür konzipiert am neu entstandenen Brombachsee die Gäste anzulocken. Das Personal, dass ich erlebt habe war höflich und ansprechbar. Check In verlief ohne Probleme. Das Einzelzimmer in Ordnung auf normalem Mittelklasse Niveau. Bad geräumig. Alle Auslegeware sauber Offenbar war mein Aufenthalt im Winter 2026 im Rahmen von Bau/Renovierungsarbeiten während oder nach eines Inhaberwechsels (so ganz liest man das aus der Homepage nicht heraus). Entsprechend wirkte alles etwas improvisiert bis provisorisch. So fehlt es an einer Küche, was den geneigten Gast etwas ratlos zurück lässt, denn viel gibt es im Umkreis, ohne Auto zu nutzen, nicht. Das Frühstück war in seiner Auswahl überschaubar, wie das kleine Kämmerlein in dem das „Buffet“ präsentiert wurde. Hier war der Kollege in der Frühschicht bemüht, aber konnte einigen Mangel halt auch nicht beheben. Das ist am Ende alles in Ordnung, aber das Preis Leistung Verhältnis leidet dann schon

Breakfast was horrible and the staff threw away my things while I was out in the morning the cleaning crew threw all my stuff away by mistake and then they didn’t even compensate me or like offer to give me a partial refund etc
