• Tim (8/5): Relaxing - Location is fabulous. Right next to the beach. Surrounded by bars, cafés and restaurants. Easy stroll into the main part of Town. Perhaps could benefit from a little updating.

Satama lähellä ja kaupunkiin lyhyt kävelymatka. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Jos oli korjattavaa, huoltomies tuli heti ja korjasi. Kaikki toimi asiakkaan hyväksi. Henkilökunta kysyi oma-aloitteisesti onko kaikki ok, tarvitaanko jotain. Kaikki oli hyvin.

• Richard (9/5): - Vrzalo zařízení (okno, skříňky, rolety pri otevírání a taky postel i pristylka pri spaní), ale jsou to malé mouchy na jinak skvělém ubytování.

Místo nás okouzlilo hned na první pohled – nádherné výhledy na východ slunce byly opravdu nezapomenutelné a dodaly celému pobytu jedinečnou atmosféru. Vše bylo perfektně připravené, čisté a plně vybavené. Nic nám nechybělo, všechno bylo po ruce a promyšlené do detailu, což nám zajistilo maximální pohodlí po celou dobu pobytu. Celkově hodnotíme toto ubytování jako výjimečné a s jistotou můžeme říct, že se sem budeme chtít znovu vrátit. Moc děkujeme za krásný zážitek!

The air conditioner inside the living room and bedroom works perfect. The balcony is really nice. When we arrived into the airport, my wife got very sick and we had to go to the hospital quickly so I could not check-in on time but the owner was very nice and they found a way for me to get the keys around 11:30 PM. That was really nice of him/her. There is no air conditioner inside the toilet but that is ok.

• Nina (10/5): We truly enjoyed our time here and would be very happy to return on my next trip to Málaga. - We had a wonderful week-long stay at this apartment in Málaga. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the view over the panorama was truly beautiful — a perfect way to start and end each day. The location is very nice: convenient with quick access to the city center, yet still peaceful and pleasantly free of crowds. The hosting company was highly responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made the whole experience even better. The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi speed, but it didn’t affect my stay in any significant way.

• Maxi (10/5): Traumhafter Ausblick - Der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Die Lage war perfekt. Nicht weit zum Strand, kurze Strecke zur historischen Altstadt und mit Blick auf den Hafen. Supermarkt und Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke und auch Restaurants gibt es genug. Die Ausstattung war gut. Es war alles da, was man braucht.
• Henrik (8/5): - Fantastisk placering ved stranden med hyggelig strandpromenaden. Der er spisesteder, kaffebarer og dagligvarer samt legepladser tæt på. Der er gåafstand til Malaga centrum via flot park og havnepromenade. Lejligheden ligger ved en del af stranden hvor der IKKE er så trafikeret. Køkkenet var veludrustet. Badeværelset lugtede lidt af kloak. Der manglede en kost og lejligheden fremstod lidt slidt, men dog fuldt funktionsdygtig.

• Marvin (6/5): Appartement is matig. - Locatie was prima dicht bij het strand. Het bed was erg klein 140x 200 wij vonden dat echt verschrikkelijk terwijl wij allebei niet meer wegen dan 70 kilo per persoon. Het bed kraakte ook nog is enorm.De deken was ook erg warm met de airco aan die deels afgebroken was is het verschrikkelijk slapen. De slaapbank waar onze dochter op sliep was helemaal verschrikkelijk die stuiterde alle kanten op met een een dun matras. Verders mag er wel onderhoud gepleegd worden aan alles, alles zit los of gaat moeilijk open (deuren en ramen).

Men ser i ettertid at når vi valgte så gikk bestillingen over til en annen leilighet. Var i kontakt med dem og de forteller at booking.com bruker samme bilder til alle 4 leilighetene. Totalt feil leilighet for oss. Vi la oss inn på Hotel Miramar de 4 siste dagene og dette reddet ferien vår.

• Alan (10/5): Great location, a bit tired, confusing check in. - Location was superb. Overlooking the beach, bars supermarkets and restaurants down below. Very near to Marina ( with restaurants). Near to the old town. Balcony was superb. Apartment a bit tired and needs a refresh Key collection needs to be improved. We had the address for the office to collect the keys and the address for the apartment as advertised. We got there an hour before closing the office and was told the advertised address for the apartment was not correct as its a generic one. Given keys and new address and off we went. All good but a bit of frustration regarding key collection. Late checking could be a problem as you have to go to the office to pick the keys up. Closes at 9pn so if later then its keybox at office. However what would happen if you didnt have the real address for the apartment? The process could have been smoother.

• Jill (8/5): Excellent ! - Great Location and lovely views ! Well equipped although the TV was antiquated if you needed it. Plenty of bars and restaurants and food stores . Lovely walk into the city too. Key collection very tricky due to the offices being on a very big and busy roundabout with nowhere to stop and park. The parking is a not a long distance away from property but extremely tight. Not suitable for a large vehicle.

• Kimberley (8/5): Enjoyable Stay - Communication with Caletta Homes was excellent before and during our stay. Remote check in into the property was straightforward. The location of the apartment was great, 5 minute walk to the Port and 15/20 minute walk to the centre. Lovely view of the beach and port from the balcony. The entrance to the apartment block has a strange damp smell. On an evening, it is very dark in the corridors so some better lighting would help.

I think that those things could be - Proximity to the water The office was far away, the HVAC didn’t seem to work properly and not having soap for the clothes washing machine with no dryer was disappointing. Also the hallway lights are on a timer so when you come home it’s dark at your door.

• Loredana (8/5): Great beach holiday! - Excellent location with the most stunning views of the beach. Close to restos, grocery stores and cafes and a 15 min walk from the city center. Highly recommend for beach lover vacation. Property had a musty/mouldy smell to it. Did not have and paper towels, tissues, salt, sugar or some of the basic amenities usually found in an air bnb. Would have been nice to have a small beach umbrella given we were right across the street from it. Does require a few additions to make it 100% and really make a stay 100%

The apartment was not clean at all, in 10 minutes walking barefoot in aparment my feet were terible. There were also two big cockroaches in the aparment.

• Lesley (6/5): Location great, everything else adequate. - The location The interior was quite tired and needed a refresh. The furniture was old fashioned. We could hear neighbours either side as there was no sound insulation. There was a hanging rail but no drawers or shelves in the bedroom so we had to live out of the suitcase which had to be kept in the living area as no room in the bedroom. There were lots of rules to follow, not the most welcoming place we have stayed.
• Desi (9/5): Superb - The view and the location are unbeatable! It is amazing to be able to wake up with the sunbeams above the Mediterranean sea! Bars, restaurants, grocery and bakery shops just at your door step and not even 10 minutes away from the center if the city. The appartment has seen better days, and can use a refreshing to become more up to date and maintenance easy. Bed has a good mattress, but it is moving all sides. It is not bad idea to have keys instead a lock code for opening the building and apartment doors.

• Ami (7/5): Lovely location, not worth the price point. - The property is in an excellent location near the beach, the old city center, a nice little grocery store, and boutiques. The property wasn’t well equipped with what we needed - no beach towels, no coffee, no laundry detergent, no hand soap, and not enough toilet paper - and we had to provide this for ourselves. We were expecting a hotel-like experience, and this was more similar to an Airbnb where you’re placed in someone’s apartment and there aren’t the niceties of having hotel staff to assist you. For how much we paid, we expected more.

• Pascal (3/5): Location is nice, too expensive for that size, behaviour of the host after I left not acceptable. - The location is good. I have paid more than 1.300€ for 4 nights and after I left they claimed 18,03€ for the replacement of a towel with was "covered in sand" as they have written to me. This behaviour of the hosts is not acceptable for me. I have not caused any damage. The towel has to be washed anyway. It doesn't need to be replaced just because there is sand on it.
• Laura (9/5): Superb - Had a great stay. Fab apartment with excellent view and ideal location. Annoyingly out of the owner’s control there were roadworks taking place nearby that were rather noisy throughout the day and one day they went all night.
