Cynthia (8/5): We would definitely stay again! Thank you for the warm welcome Helton and family 👋🏼 - Quality finishes to accommodation. Spacious and luxurious. Beautiful outlook plus an outdoor bath! Just needs a bit of a tidy outside. Just a few cobwebs but nothing major. Mostly fantastic.
Margot (10/5): Amazing design and breathtaking view in a remote location for some « me time » - Amazing design, super confortable furniture and breathtaking view over the fields and the ocean. Perfect orientation of the West Suite to enjoy the sunset. The staff is very reactive and attentive to details to ensure a perfect stay. Location is great to explore but you need and car and anticipate grocery shopping (fully equipped kitchen in the suite) Need to close the blinds not to be woken up but the car lights from the road close by
Zara (10/5): Elegant and luxurious surrounded by beautiful land - This place was divine! I wished we could have stayed longer. From the quality of the furnishings, to the embroidered robes, to the beautiful sweeping views, this stay was one of the best of our trip. I highly recommend booking this stay. We were visited by wallabies, goats and a lot of different birds. The outdoor bath was delightful. It is quite a distance from town however we had a car and didn’t find this a problem. Loved every aspect of this stay

Beck (9/5): Delightful. Cosy. Lux. Best girlie weekend! - All the lux decor and finishes. The comfy bed. The under floor heating was the greatest! The beautiful long countryside view. The giant screen for watching a movie. The scrumptious warm freshly baked bread delivered each morning. The friendly and helpful hosts. Was hoping to be further away from the road… although with all our girlie chit chat - it wasn’t a biggy. We had food to heat up but a microwave was not present in the kitchen. Grateful for the stove and oven! The kitchen’s cutlery drawer was broken/stuck so had to keep opening other drawers below, to pull that top one out. I injured my fingers, twice. The info book mentioned Tassie + Aussie treats to sample (in the basket on the trolly). Sounded exciting until we discovered the basket was empty. Just as well we are foodies and brought plenty of our own lux snacks + delish meals!
Kylah (10/5): It was perfect I would recommend and stay again - I really enjoyed the warmth of the indoor fire and floor heating it was so cosy. Easy access to Netflix to watch a movie. Beautiful design of the house and my favourite part was the outdoor bath and the fresh bread in the morning :). We said hi to there sheep they were so friendly

The host of this accomodation lied to us on the phone! - - We were not happy with the condition of this appartment and the owner acted very understanding on the phone and promised us that we would get a full refund. Based on this promise we booked another accommodation and canceled this booking. But now he is refusing to pay back our money and says that he is in the right because of the cancellation policy. I understand how the cancellation policy works (and the risk behind it) but my problem is: we wouldn’t have booked another accommodation and would have stayed in this apartment, if he wouldn’t have promised us a full refund! Now we had to pay two apartments and this apartment was quite expensive. For this kind of money I expect a better state of the apartment and a more professional behavior of the management. I am on booking.com for many years and I never had such a bad experience with the owner of an accommodation. I usually write positive reviews (you can also check my reviews on google maps), so I think it is save to say that I am not exaggerating. For more details, why we were not happy with this apartment, you can read below: A/C couldn’t cool down the house within one hour (it was super hot - unbearable for staying inside longer than one minute). They asked us to check in later, but even so the apartment was not properly cleaned, there were big spiderwebs above the a/c and lot of bird feces in the entrance area. The management told us it’s because this apartment is in the nature and that they can’t do anything about it, but we were in a few other locations in the nature of Tasmania and all of them could manage to keep their outdoor areas clean. Also everything looked quite worn down, there were stains on the leather seats, on the floor, on the bathtub and kitchen appliances. Bathroom window is s next to gravel road so your neighbors will see you naked while you shower and a busy road with a lot of cars driving by is clearly visible as well.

Jane (7/5): - Lovely rural location. Big accomodation Breakfast (as sold on booking.com and reviews and in welcome book) was not provided. When email sent to owner as requested to query this it was not acknowledged. Should have been described as welcome package (fine for 2 days not 5) Accommodation was bit form over function. Looked beautiful but for example only 1 pillow each per person, drawers that were difficult to close, no information instructions on appliances. Couldn't work out how to use the fire or the stove electric rings. No microwave!!!! Not suitable for more than 2 night stay as the owners did not leave a hoover / brush and pan or arrange for anyone to clean the accommodation on a 5 night stay.

Emma (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to everything but still felt like you were miles away which was relaxing. With little light in the area it was great for star gazing and we got lucky enough to see the Aurora. Amazing facilities, so many great personal touches that made the stay comfortable. This included fresh baked bread each morning which was delicious! Absolutely loved it and would stay again in the future! Will recommend to colleagues as well as I work in the travel industry. Super friendly and helpful hosts answer every question quickly and solve any problem you throw their way. cute sheep to great you every time you enter the driveway. fully smart home is a great touch. could have laundry facilities for a longer stay, however hosts directed us to a great public laundry close by. loved having a view while showering, but felt a bit exposed to the cars driving past.
