• Oleksandra (8/5): Location is the best - Overall, I had a good stay at this apartment, and the location is definitely its strongest point. It’s just a 1-minute walk to the District and Hammersmith & City lines (Zone 2/3), 30 seconds to a local convenience store, and a bus stop right across the street. The entrance to the building is clean and feels safe. The bins are located inside the building and easy to access. There’s also an elevator, which is convenient since the apartment is on the second floor. Key pick-up and drop-off were straightforward, but keep in mind that the collection point is about an 8-minute walk from the apartment (although next to a DLR tube station). If possible, I’d recommend improving this part of the check-in process — walking that far with heavy luggage isn’t ideal. The bed was extremely comfortable — really excellent. Sheets and towels were clean and freshly washed. The kitchen is okay, it has most of the basics needed. There’s a toaster, cooker, oven, kettle, microwave, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, iron, and even some coffee and tea provided. I didn’t use the TV or heating, so I can’t comment on those. In the bathroom, there were shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel — I only used the shower gel, which was fine. It wasn’t hot during my stay, so I was comfortable with the windows open in the living room. However, there were no insect screens, so I was hesitant to open the bedroom window at all. I’m grateful for my stay, it was pleasant. I’d suggest paying closer attention to cleanliness. I noticed a spider web, a broken handle, and some dirty dishes. A few things could be improved: the wardrobe back panel was split, there was no light above the dressing table (which made it hard to use), and the corridor lamp prevents fully opening the bathroom door. Also, a small cotton towel in the kitchen would be helpful — there weren’t enough paper towels for drying hands.

The bed was nice to sleep in and the living room is also very nice! It constantly sounds like there is a window open, there is noise from outside. It didn't bother us that much.

• Sree (8/5): Great place to stay for a London visit - Well maintained apartment in a nice block of flats in a convenient location. Tube station and Sainsburys less than 10 min walk away. All the usual amenities in flat which was tidily maintained. Clean sheets and towels. Very accommodating host with excellent communication at all times. If I want to be picky, Traffic noise but did not really bother us too much.

One of the highlights of this apartment is its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of the London. I was just a short walk away from all the major attractions, restaurants, Railway stations and shops. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. I also have to mention the exceptional service provided by the host. They were incredibly responsive to any inquiries I had and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, this hidden gem is the perfect home away from home. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to the city.
• Alessandra (9/5): Superb - The owner was very kind and available for anything, they even provided me a fan because it was a hot day. The house was clean and equipped with everything you need, including towels and hair dryer. Good position, close to Sainsbury and tube. I would just suggest paying more attention to the sheets. Definitely they were clean but I found few little hair on top. It may happen that some hair remains even after washing the sheets.
