• SallyLJ32 (3/5): Unpleasant Stay. - Good location. Comfortable beds. Lack of basic equipment (only 3 mugs and 3 forks, no washing up liquid, old, dirty sponge and no tea towel). Kitchen very dirty; had to wash everything before using (e.g. frying pan, bowls, griddle etc). Mouldy windows and other areas.

• Emma (7/5): Great stay, friendly neighbours and excellent location for the pool - Location to swimming pool Flat layout Shower Size Neighbours - very friendly Kitchen could do with new cutlery (lots of knives and spoons, but only three forks) and a clear out of cupboards. Pots and pans were a bit battered too.

Auch bei der Gastgeber bereit, uns einen early Checkin zu geben, so dass wir die Koffer schon mal hinterlegen konnten. Leider ist die Ausstattung ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und an vielen Stellen defekt wie zum Beispiel die Betten, an denen die Lattenroste gebrochen waren oder teilweise fehlten.

• Max (1/5): The photos are misleading and I would suggest people stay elsewhere - Was cheap compared to other places The photos are misleading as the property was more run down than they lead you to believe. The location isn’t the nicest. The bed sheets were dirty. I was asked to provide a £50 non smoking deposit the day of my arrival, despite it not being mentioned anywhere on the booking.

• Samantha (10/5): Would defiantly recommend the property and the host! - Would absolutely recommend. We booked this apartment very last minute due to alternative accommodation not being appropriate. We booked and within 30minutes had access to the property. The host was fantastic, very responsive and reliable, as well as informative. The accommodation itself was great, easy access to parking, clear instructions for entry, very spacious, clean and had great decor. Price was good too. N/A

• LINGXUAN (4/5): Disappointing - Location is good. 15min walk distance to underground. Quite The environment was just average, and the hygiene was poor — the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned, with lots of hair and dark debris on the floor. Even worse, I found a rolled-up pair of used socks inside the bedside table in the bedroom. After checking out, I tried to contact the host to request an invoice, but my messages were completely ignored. Overall, a very poor experience and I would not recommend this place.

Eventually contacted back by someone apparently covering for host who was demanding money be transferred to their account as deposit. There was a few hours of messages and eventually at close to 5 pm. The check in details were released. I had pre paid in full. Booking.com advisor was very supportive advising additional money transfer was not in keeping with T&C. Accommodation was basic. The expensive really negativeely impacted our trip.

• Alison (8/5): Good location and helpful owner - Excellent location - 12 minute walk to Stratford station (zone 2 on several Underground lines and DLR) and the Westfield shopping centre. Very helpful owner. Plenty of relatively cheap daily parking via permit arranged with owner (just under £7 a day). Good WiFi. Needed some repairs/updating, but for the price it was ok. Well equipped in many ways but lacked a few things: no tea towel to dry dishes, only one large and one small towel provided (for 2 people). Weren’t any instructions to work the TV. We tried for over an hour before eventually calling the owner, who was thankfully very helpful. It wasn’t obvious at all!

• Kirsty (8/5): Great location - The location of this place was excellent. We walked to Westfield shopping center and the underground to get directly to the O2 arena. The weather was nice but if it was raining we would have caught an Uber which would have been less than a 10 mins journey. The apartment had everything we needed even tea and coffee for the following day which was nice. It also had a dart board we enjoyed. When we arrived at the property we thought we had the wrong address as it was in the middle of a residential area and we found it was difficult to locate the apartment but after contacting the host we soon found out where we needed to go. The exterior is a little off putting but much nicer inside. The host was great. Very informative and kept in contact to advise how to use the heating / water and how to get to the arena. They were easy to contact and replied instantly. The host pre warned me the group before us had been smoking so when we arrived the windows were open and fans were on to air out the smoke. I couldn't smell it but the group I was with could. This didn't bother us at all but I think it would have bothered me if I was staying with my young children and the host did all they could to rectify the issue. The hot water on the shower was HOT I found the dial a bit stiff to adjust and none of us could seem to do it. But rather hot than cold. Also I would suggest a few extra dish cloths / tea towels. I had to wash the dishes with a dirty well used sponge. My fault for not bringing our own but I didn't think of it. The apartment had everything else such as washing up liquid and bin bags etc. I would absolutely stay here again if I visit the o2 arena. The location and value for money was excellent with great communication with the host.
• Helen (5/5): Disappointing - Great location We didn't get told how we could enter until we were actually stood outside the apartment. There was no heating or hot water due to a faulty boiler therefore we could not shower before going out for the evening. Had to allow maintenance guy in to fix the boiler while we were out. Paid for 5 beds but only 4 made up - we had to search for a set of bedding. Even after boiler fixed we could not use the shower in the morning because it was stuck in scalding hot setting. Leaky fitting by the toilet led to overflowing bucket in the bathroom - dangerous slippy floor! All these issues were reported to the owner but now 1 month later we are still waiting to hear back for an apology or compensation.We did not get the facilities that we contractually agreed to.

• Tracey (6/5): Great location, not the cleanest or best facilities - I liked the distance to go and see abba for my birthday trip It wasn't the cleanest.. there was a cracked mirror in one of the bedrooms, I couldn't find the play station that was mentioned and the kitchen was stained on the wall. There was also leaking water on the bathroom floor.. I'm not sure if that was from a mop and bucket. I couldn't work out how to put together the bed settee in the lounge and couldn't find duvet covers for the spare duvet which was kept in the wardrobe

• Kate (6/5): Fine - The guests who stayed in the bedrooms said the beds were comfortable. The flat was a decent size and an easy walk to the abba arena. We would not stay here again. The area immediately surrounding the flat is tired and littered with a broken sofa and rubbish. Inside the flat is ok, it smelt of cigarettes and many windows were open which meant it took a while to warm up. We were a group of five and two of us slept on the sofa bed (which was not comfortable.) We were not left instructions on where our bedding was and then after messaging the host realised we had to make it up ourselves. The flat was clean but on closer inspection could’ve been cleaner. There weren’t enough mugs, cutlery etc for us all. Overall it was fine but we would not stay there again.

• Cassandra (1/5): Do not stay in this apartment and if you do read all the policies very accurately - First of all I cannot say how the interior of the apartment was because due to being blackmailed by the host to give him £50 as a non smoking deposit (as I would not pay him bank transfer via WhatsApp ) i felt it wasn’t 100% safe and I should not be doing this. The host wasn’t there at 15.00 check in time and would not answer his phone or allow us the key code safe until we had paid the £50 direct to him. We stood out in the cold for over an hour waiting for him to get in contact with us and allow us in the property. We were 4 lonely females it was also getting dark and not knowing what to do !!! It’s in a residential area not the nicest tbh !!!! So in the end we had to book the holiday inn which is a 2 min walk from these apartments and to be honest a lot nicer !!! So we paid twice one for the apartment and then for holiday inn All I can say is don’t put yourself in that predicament especially if you are a group of females just book the holiday inn !!!! Breakfast was included, comfortable rooms and very polite attentive staff

Excellent communication from Proprietor, very helpful with all the questions I asked. £50.00 no smoking deposit taken and very promptly paid back when we left. No matter your length of stay the apartment was equipped with everything you would need. Very comfortable accommodation, if I was to return to that area would definately book this again 😊😊

• Victoria (5/5): It was ok....... - It was clean and the person who rented it out to us was very helpful with the heating and getting it set correctly. Not enough towels were provided. The apartment looked ok on the photos but was in fact worn and scruffy looking in places, especially in the kitchen. There was out of date food in the fridge. The shower didn't seem to have any settings apart from hot so we had to be extremely careful. We thought we were going to be met on site but were just given a key code to collect the keys from the lock box which is fine but wish had been told. The actual area it was in was scruffy and full of litter like no one cared about where they lived.

• Crishan (8/5): Very good, clean and comfy - When looking at the building from the outside you might be a little put off but when you open the door to the property it’s not what you’re expecting, very clean and modern inside, there was a ps5 and dart board to play on, nice and comfy place to stay The main heater would turn on and turn off automatically after 5 mins and it was really cold inside, after talking with the host we managed to turn it on fully
• Tracey (1/5): We did not stay , very Disappointed with the experience - Nothing Property was not cleaned, Bed linen had stains on ,also found a needle in the duvet , dust & hairs everywhere , owner said he would send someone around straight away to clean , 1&1/2 hrs later still waiting, rang owner up again no answer, Dicided we could not stay here , was very upsetting for us as we had planned this trip between the 3 of us for months . Decided to book in to a travellodge near by , rang the owner up again , he was disinterested . OK , no worries was his reply 🙄

• Jayne (1/5): We didn’t stay… as didn’t feel safe. - We were only inside for a few minutes before we returned the keys and left… The location was in a housing estate, where we felt very vulnerable and scared… hence deciding to leave immediately and find alternate accommodation.

• Kirsty (6/5): Pleasant - Location, check in , size of apartment , good kitchen facilities Not very clean and a hairdryer that looked.like it was going to set on fire. The cleaning cloths.in the kitchen were really grubby. The towels and bedding didn't smell very fresh at all.

• Rebecca (5/5): Wouldn't want to stay again. - Location was great for ABBA Basically looked like someone's apartment you inhabited for the night. Dirty old sponge in the sink, people's toiletries in the bathroom, otherwise clean enough. Grounds around were filthy, watched someone open their window and just throw the rubbish out of it.

• Christopher (7/5): Almost perfect. - Perfect location for the ABBA Area. £7.90 for an Uber or a 15 minute walk away. We only stayed one night and the apartment was more than suitable for that. It was really well equipped with everything that you would need, Microwave, Geroge Forman, Shampoo and Shower Gell in the bathroom ect. The shower was excellent. Lovely and hot. I couldn't work out how to adjust the temperature, but that's probably down to me. The appartment is spacious and the combination lock box for the keys worked very well, and the beds and bedrooms were warm and very comfortable. There was some guys inhaling laughing gas outside in the street until the early hours playing loud music from their car, which did keep us a awake for a while. The sink is stained, and the bed pillows could do with being replaced as they're dirty. There's a few bits in the appartment that could do with a bit of TLC, but overall our stay was still very comfortable.

Bedding didn't smell fresh and was very creased. One hairdryer didn't work. Could do with a makeover and spruce general spruce up.

• Andrea (4/5): Only good point is how easy it is to walk to ABBA but not worth the money at all - Ideal situation for ABBA Voyage All basic facilities there The surroundings are basically the middle of a council estate and it was very difficult to find (even the taxi driver said “this can’t be it” before charging £51 from King’s Cross) It is very shabby and needs updating. There’s a very old damp smell everywhere. My mum was washing everything before use. None of the curtains match its pair - style or length. The media appliances hang dangerously off the walls with cables everywhere The entrance to the property is off putting, we felt very uneasy on arrival

• Simon (10/5): Nice place - Great base for what we were in London for. Apartment is decorated to a decent standard. Tvs in each of the rooms and good virgin media WiFi and tv, along with the ps5 and games kept the kids busy. Shower was amazing. Plenty of bedding and towels. Plenty of useful items to use, iron, hair dryer, kitchen equipment. Host was pleasant and responsive with any queries I had.

• Ahmad (9/5): It was very pleasant in a convenient location - It was nice and clean, very well furnished. Free Parking could be a challenge but there are options and it would be good if the buildings had lifts.

• David (8/5): Enjoyable stay - Great location for the area of Stratford, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and ABBA Arena. Property had good facilities and a very helpful host.
• Walter (8/5): Very good - Good location..only a few hundred meters from Stratford station and Stratford High Street DLR station is even closer. Parking is right outside the flat. It's free, on street, public parking, but it seemed there were always a few available bays to chose from. Communication with host was very good on WhatsApp... responded promptly.

• To (9/5): Superb - The location is good, just a 5-10 mins walk to Stratford Westfield and the train station. The apartment is clean and tidy. The free car park only have 8 spaces for resident's visitor which is on first come first serve basis. All the parking spaces has been taken when I arrived. It would be appreciated if parking permit could be provided.

• Lilly (10/5): Amazing - Amazing Airbnb, me and my friends couldn’t believe how nice and clean it was, had everything we needed. Really good size as well and a nice area as well as being in a great location! Ideal with the free parking outside too! The lads loved the PlayStation and the dart board, this was a great addition! Sofa bed was extremely comfortable, just like a big double bed! We couldn’t fault the Airbnb and the experience we had, we will 100% be staying again when we next go to London! Host was great, quick responses & very helpful! Would 10/10 recommend!
• Caitlan (10/5): Immaculate and clean 10/10 all round and very accommodating - Absolutely immaculate clean and organised throughout the property everything is well labelled and the space inside the property is lovely not far away at all from Stratford high street, would definitely recommend this to anyone and I would definitely book this place again in the future.
