• Suliman (6/5): - De locatie was heel erg leuk maar de spa was erg vies en we hebben drie dagen gewacht op iemand die hem kwam schoonmaken, maar hij was niet zo schoon als we verwacht hadden. We hadden voor zes nachten betaald voor de spa, maar we hebben hem maar drie nachten gebruikt. We zouden ofwel het geld voor de drie dagen terugkrijgen, maar dat accepteren ze niet, ofwel alles schoon en klaar moeten hebben voordat de gast naar het hotel komt.

• Chloé (4/5): Logement peu cher pour Santorini, bien placé, literie confortable. Aucun jacuzzi: annonce mensongère - Logement grand et propre, lit confortable. Bien situé pour pouvoir prendre le bus public vers les autres villes ou en arrivant du ferry. Pyrgos est accessible à pieds et l'on peut agréablement au promener et manger, c'est en outre un peu moins touristique que les célèbres Fira et Oia ! L'annonce promet un accès à un spa/jacuzzi et il n'y en a aucun. A ce tarif ce n'est pas surprenant mais la description est donc mensongère, ce qui n'est pas correct. Il n'y a en outre aucun rideau sur la salle de douche dont la fenêtre donne sur une route assez passante et d'autres logements... Pas de rideau non plus sur la zone "kitchenette" (simple évier) ni de porte de démarcation... Donc pas de possibilité de faire l'obscurité pour la nuit. Enfin, impossible de faire fonctionner la climatisation ; mais ça, c'est peut être un défaut personnel et pas de l'équipement, je laisse le bénéfice du doute...

• virginie (6/5): On est vraiment pris pour des touristes !! Très cher pour la qualité de prestation - Décoration très jolie et chambre très spacieuse On est clairement au bord de la route, qui est hyper passante en été (camions y compris) donc c’est très bruyant, toute la journée et une bonne partie de la nuit ; environnement pas propre du tout (jardins pas entretenus, mobilier de jardins rouillé, mégots au sol). Nous n’avons vu personnes les clés étaient sur la Porte. Équipement minimal de quelques couverts et une machine à café … sans capsules bien entendu.
• Γέροντα (2/5): - Όταν φτάσαμε δεν υπήρχε κανείς να μας υποδεχτεί, το κλειδί ήταν απλώς πάνω στην πόρτα. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν καθαρό και είχε ζημιές από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες. Το WiFi δεν λειτουργούσε μέσα στο δωμάτιο, μόνο έξω στην αυλή. Επίσης, υπήρχαν συχνά προβλήματα με το ζεστό νερό. Συνολικά, η εμπειρία μας δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας σε σχέση με αυτά που διαφημίζονταν, καθώς οι φωτογραφίες δεν συμπίπτουν με την πραγματικότητα. Το τζακούζι δεν είχε καθαριστεί πριν την άφιξη μας, και καθαρίστηκε κατά την διαμονή μας.

• Pablo (1/5): Estafa - Del alojamiento nada Pagué 186,24 € por una habitación con jacuzzi privado, pero me dieron una habitación sin jacuzzi que era mucho inferior (anunciada por 80 €). La habitación que yo tenía reservada (sólo tienen una con jacuzzi) estaba ocupada por otro cliente, de hecho, cuando toqué a la puerta, el otro cliente me echó indicando que esa era su habitación.  El dueño del hotel, a las 20:00h me indicó que había habido un error y me ofreció 20€. Yo lo rechacé y le dije que quería la devolución total y se rió de mí.. No solo me estafó con la habitación, sinó que además fastidió mi 1r día de vacaciones.  Indicar que además, la habitación que me dió era decrépita: No pude ducharte porque las ventanas no tenían cortinas y la gente te veía desde la calle. Tampoco he podido dormir muchas horas porque, al no tener cortinas, entra todo el sol... Las sábanas estaban manchadas y toda la habitación estaba sin barrer (llena de pelos).

• Eddie (6/5): A good stay, but it needs some improvements - Location, Cyclade style, big terrace, parking, and the small jacuzzi (which we could only use the last two days of our stay because cleaning and maintenance are on Fridays and it needs 24h to process!). The property doesn't have the basics to host 2 guests. There were only 1 folk, 1 knife, 1 plate, 1 sunbed, etc which was inconvenient. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for all the days, so we had to purchase more ourselves. No hooks in the bathroom and no door between the bathroom and the kitchen, which ruins a bit the "romance" ;)
• Roberta (5/5): Non ci ritornerei - L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è la casa poiché molto bella e nuova, di recente ristrutturazione. Anche lo spazio fuori è ben fatto e curato. La struttura è isolata completamente dal resto del centro quindi per chi, come noi, ha bisogno di alloggiare per una notte per poi partire per altre isole e quindi è privo di auto o motorino, la sconsiglio. L'host non ha fornito alcuna indicazione per raggiungere la struttura se non dirmi "prendi il pullman". Peccato che non mi avesse detto che la tratta con il pullman è di due ore circa. Le finestre non hanno tende e quindi ti ritrovi a fare la doccia con le persone di fronte. Infine, appena entrati ci siamo resi conto che mancava la carta igienica. Ci sono voluti ben 40 minuti di conversazione per convincere l'host a portarcela. Quasi non credeva alle mie parole! Che motivo avrei avuto di mentire? Non si sa. Ad ogni modo credo che la struttura, se fosse gestita con più accoglienza potrebbe avere un punteggio molto più alto.

• Fabio (1/5): Da dimenticare - Niente. Esperienza di una notte da dimenticare. Appartamento sporco e con puzza di umidità. Non siamo riusciti a dormire tutta la notte a causa di un rumore intermittente di gocciolamento di acqua interno ai muri. Le lenzuola erano sporche, polvere ovunque. L'acqua della doccia era fredda, pochissima carta igienica, e nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo, nessun bollitore. Nessuna password per il Wi-Fi. Assenza totale dell'ospite.
• Lauren (6/5): Very modern apartments - The apartments are very modern and well decorated and everything was very clean. The host was very friendly and responsiveness to our messages and check in was really easy. Just an FY, the apartments are in the middle of nowhere, which we expected before going but just to reinforce for future guests. There isn't much around so if you are thinking of staying you would need a way of getting around. We booked two apartments one for 2 people and one for 3 people. The apartment for 2 people had no bathroom door and no curtain for the bathroom window which is not ideal when sharing with friends! The apartment for 3 people claimed to have a sofa bed but this was actually a sofa made from stone with cushions on top. Despite booking for 3 guests we had no pillows or sheet to make up the 'sofa bed' and had to reach out to the host for these, in addition to any extra towel. It would also be good to have the wifi password written down somewhere so people don't have to contact the host for it.

• hyunsuk (1/5): Bad - The room was not cleaned when I checked in. They allowed my early check-in request, but when I arrived the room was not ready. AC was not working properly. There was no bathroom door which was super uncomfortable to use a bathroom in an open space although I was with my family. No curtains in the bathroom so people across the street also can watch us showering. No cleaning or replacing clean towels for 5days while I am staying.

Fortunatamente dovevamo stare solo una notte di passaggio. Sconsigliatissimo.

Fick först info att hotellet skulle ordna transfer från flygplatsen till hotellet men fick ett meddelande sen efter att vi letat efter vår transfer att vi kunde själva bara ta en taxi. Hade även frågat om transfer till färjan nästa dag men det slutade med att vi ordnade detta själva.Fanns inget lösenord till wifi det fick man skriva och fråga efter.

• eva (9/5): - Perfect for a nights stay before catching the ferry! Super close to the port. We were able to order food delivery late at night after a late flight. The owner was very helpful and responsive! Not much around the property but we didn’t mind as only stayed the night. The road outside was very loud late into the early hours of the morning.
• eva (1/5): soldi buttati - la doccia molto grande al mio arrivo concordato con la struttura in aereoporto per le 23 circa, non si è presentato nessuno a prenderci, arrivati in struttura non c'era il posto letto per mio figlio di 12 anni, il divano era in muratura, mancavano anche le lenzuola, i cuscini e le coperte per il terzo ospite. contattato l' host per avere spiegazioni mi ha detto che l' orario del check in era ormai passato e che quindi ci saremmo dovuti arrangiare. in bagno, la doccia era di fronte ad una finestra senza neppure una tenda o vetro satinato, anche la finestra di fronte al letto senza oscurante e con luce dell' altra struttura adiacente accesa tutta la notte, il water sospeso era letteralmente divelto dal muro e stava cadendo verso il basso. la mattina dopo abbiamo atteso l' host per avere un confronto ma non si è fatto vedere, mi ha chiesto se fossimo in camera a mattinata inoltrata.. ma noi avevamo già deciso di lasciare la struttura e abbiamo salvato la nostra vacanza! peccato.. la struttura sarebbe anche nuova, ma le finiture sono pessime e il servizio scadente . molto sconsigliato. no indicazioni per utilizzo wifi ne TV.

La habitación correspondiente a la piscina es más pequeña que la que sale en la foto. Tiene básicamente una cama y un baño. Pero muy bonito y suficiente. No tenía cocina, le faltaba tabla de planchar, escoba, un microondas, aunque tenía nevera le faltaban cosas básicas para una estancia de tantos días. Un cambio de toallas quizás.

Location of the place isn't ideal, nothing really to do in the area. Room was,pretty plain and not that great overall. Not worth the money in my opinion.

• Dave (7/5): Ok - but needs some work - Great view from the upper level unit 4 of the Caldera. The suite was spacious and had a great feel to it. Refering to unit 4, while the facility was good, there are little things that can be improved. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels, there was no shelf in the shower for soap and shampoo. There is no door to the bathroom The kitchen area is sparse, no cooking facility, just a coffee maker. The wifi in unit 4 is bad, we had to go outside on the terrace to get good signal. The worst thing was the shower did not drain well so as you showered water started collecting and then it took an hour to drain.

• Joyce (8/5): - The location was perfect for our plan since we wanted to start our vacation at the winery nearby. The sunset every night was wonderful, away from the crazy crowds at Oia. The apartment is closed to markets, cafes, restaurants, and gas stations, basically everything you'd need. You can walk to some of them but we had a car since we wanted to drive around the island. The apartment is spacious - the beds were comfortable, and the interior and exterior were nicely decorated. The whole complex is not finished yet as we saw some stones and construction materials and whatnot. It's already beautiful right now, so what more when the owner is finished. We will definitely stay again. We booked it for good value compared to other accommodations in the area. The owner and cleaner are friendly and helped us be more comfortable during our stay. Thank you. The noise outside from the road could get loud, but with some earplugs and the AC running, I was able to sleep comfortably.

No reception and late communication initiated by host. Not knowing which room was our. Key in door was only way to open door so real risk of locking ourself out. Loudness from traffic and feeling somewhat exposed to leave windows open at night and security perhaps.

• Stella (4/5): Deludente e mancanza assoluta di personale e comunicazione. - Potenzialmente potrebbe essere un buon posto. Bel panorama dal terrazzo in stanza piano superiore, le altre sono a livello strada. Comodo per chi deve accedere al porto ma affitta la macchina! Mancanza assoluta di accoglienza sia di personale , completamente assente e di comunicazione all’arrivo di come entrare in camera. Abbiamo dovuto noi chiamare dopo aver atteso in mezzo alla strada per capire quale fosse la nostra camera e come entrarci. Non potevano scriverci una spiegazione dettagliata? Mancava il lenzuolo di sopra nel letto e abbiamo dormito con asciugamani addosso. La posizione buona per chi deve andare al porto ma devi avere la macchina.
• Amina (6/5): We misten contact met de verhuurder - De accomodatie zelf was een fijne plek. We hadden een comfortabel bed, een mini-keuken en een badkamer met regendouche. Ook de jacuzzi was leuk bij deze plek, alhoewel je naar de straat keek. De plek was op 15 minuten stappen van het stadje Pyrgos, echt een gezellig stadje. Ten eerste was het contact met de gastheer niet goed. Wij kwamen toe en hadden geen incheckinstructies. Hij was er zelf ook niet om ons te ontvangen. Na sturen op booking en bellen naar het nummer kregen we toch antwoord en konden we binnen. Ook binnen waren nergens instructies. Een boekje met instructies, verwelkoming, belangrijke informatie zoals de Wi-Fi ontbrak en was fijn geweest om te hebben. Ook daarvoor moesten we via Whatsapp sturen. Vervolgens was het op de straat heel luidruchtig. We konden moeilijk slapen en werden 's nachts enkele keren wakker door auto's met veel te luide muziek.

A kettle and some instant coffee would be helpful. Also a bottle of mineral water in the fridge. And, most of all, a door between the kitchen and the bathroom! • Benjamin (7/5): Confortable mais compliqué avec un bébé sans voiture - La terrasse et l'espace intérieur est vraiment bien, très agréable, frais, propre et joli. Sans voiture de location, c'est un peu galère de prendre le bus, il y a 10/15 min de marche. Avec un enfant, c'est assez dangereux et stressant car il n'y a aucun trottoir nulle part et les voitures déboulent à tout allure. Je vous conseille d'aller à Santorin en hiver plutôt.

• Hugo (4/5): Décevant, pas de fermeture de la porte d’entrée ( porte cassée) propreté à revoir !! - Notre arrivé s’est fait avec les clefs sur la porte, cette même porte d’entré qui ne pouvait pas se fermer ..!! Nous avons passé le séjour dans la chambre car pas de possibilité de fermé la porte d’entrée, nous avons donc passé la nuit avec un porte qui s’ouvrait souvent avec le vent donc très mal dormi ! Pas de rideaux non plus … Également la propreté du logement laisse à désirer, il y avait du sable dans le salon et à côté du lit, le toilette n’était pas propre et le sol de la salle de bain non plu !!

Si arriva a piedi a Pyrgos dove è possibile accedere a tutti i servizi. E' possibile anche usufruire della piscina della struttura accanto pagando 10 euro a testa (danno lettini, asciugamani, acqua e una bevuta ciascuno) E' necessario avere uno scooter perchè rimane lontana un po' da tutto. Il bagno non ha una porta. Noi eravamo in tre ma c'erano le lenzuola solo per il letto matrimoniale.
• Lydia (10/5): - its really close to the ferry port only 10 minutes so was really handy if your going island hoping
• Diana (9/5): Para ir a solo dormir está bien costo beneficio - Es acogedor y amplio. Tiene cocina pequeña un buen sofá, un buen baño queda en el medio de la nada. No hay mucho por hacer alrededor
• Niovi (5/5): - Close to the port Literally in the middle of no where. Impossible to get food or water as there are no stores nearby and there are no footpaths to walk anywhere. Usually wouldn’t be a problem, but you are on a 2 lane freeway and walking anywhere would be extremely dangerous.
• Linnea (8/5): Jättetrevligt bemötande, superfint rum (saknade dock dörr till toa, även om designen var magisk). - Välstädat och jättefint rum och veranda. Hade varit toppen om där var en liten vattenflaska, när man kommer sent. Boendet var nämligen långt från affärer.
