HARUYO (8/5): 民泊にしては広くて、東京のビジネスホテルは、狭くて高いので、お得感はかなりありました。 - とても広くて開放的でした。駅から歩いて10分ほど。近くにコンビニやご飯屋さんもありました。テレビが日本語選択できなくて、自分のアカウントでログインしたら日本語表記になりました。ネトフリは見れません。お風呂が詰まりやすかったかな？鍵が最初開かなくて焦りましたが、スタッフの方がちゃんと教えてくださいました。アメニティはシャンプー、トリートメント、ボディーソープ、固形ソープ、歯ブラシがあります。パジャマ無し。

Guest (5/5): キッチン、浴室乾燥は良かったが、 - 掃除が行き届いておらず、、髪の毛などが目立って落ちていた。タオルが宿泊日数分なかった。クローゼットによくわからない紙袋に入ったものがあったりした。エレベーターが無いことをわかりやすく記載してほしかった。荷物運ぶのが大変すぎた。

Hacina (6/5): Pleasant - Excellent location as Sangen-Jaya is prime hip location after Shibuya . Clean, comfortable, furnished, calm at nice. It was way too cold in the flat. Windows let air flow. Even with the heating on, it's never really an even atmosphere. And you have to stop the heating that is through conditioning when you sleep as it's noisy and it gets dry so it's all very cold.

Akira (1/5): Location - Location. Since the building is made of reinforced concrete, noise from other rooms wasn’t much of a concern. The bathroom doubles as a dryer, making it convenient to dry all the laundry at once. Utterly unhygienic and the manager’s response was insincere. The 5.9 rating on Booking.com makes complete sense. The hygiene standards were simply unacceptable. The bed sheets were wrinkled, and the kettle had been left uncleaned with water still inside. Something resembling white mold was attached to it(as shown in the attached photo), so I asked the manager to replace it. However, I was told to buy a cleaning solution and clean it myself. They said they would cover the cost of the cleaning solution up to $3.50. The plastic plate was also left dirty with stains on it(as shown in the attached photo). The shower water wasn’t draining properly, so I checked the drain and found it clogged with debris (I took photos but decided against posting them). I stayed for two weeks, but there was only a partially used toilet paper roll provided at check-in. When I requested a refill, the manager refused, stating that they don’t provide replacements. There were three sets of towels available, but all of them smelled like rags after a single use, leaving my body with a foul odor. I washed them twice, but once they got damp, the rag-like smell returned. I asked for new towels, but this request was also denied. In the end, I had to buy my own towels. Having to buy bath towels and towels during a business trip is very troublesome. It adds unnecessary baggage. Overall, the stay was an unpleasant experience., and the manager provided no support whatsoever. Upon closer inspection, I noticed the property had a rating of 5.9 on Booking.com, and now I completely understand why.
