• Iuliia (9/5): Gut - Die Lage ist gut. Sehr große Wohnung. Gemütlich, atmosphärisch. Der Herd ist sehr alt und wird für mehr als 20 Minuten auf die gewünschte Temperatur erhitzt. Für uns war es wichtig, selbst zu kochen , dafür haben wir eine Wohnung und kein Hotel gemietet. Aber leider hat es in diesem Untakunft nicht funktioniert. Auch die Duschkabine ist sehr klein und hat eine Gießkanne, die nur von oben bewässert wird, das heißt, es ist nicht möglich, nur den Körper ohne Kopf zu waschen.

• Emilia (1/5): Not nice :( - Location was good. I had this apartment booked for 4 nights, but after 2 I decided to run away. The apartment was dirty. Old sock on the bedroom floor, sticky floor, hair everywhere. Kitchen non usable (you can make instant soup, nothing else). If the other old stove is not working the apartment should have a microwave or electric plug-in stove. The towels were a 100 year old - super thin and smelly. See through curtain in the windows didn’t allow me to lift the shutters, therefore I felt like I was in a basement all the time. The power sockets in the bedroom didn’t work, so I could charge my phone only in the kitchen. The overall energy of the place was not nice and welcoming. I didn’t feel good or safe there. Waste of money..

• Ros. (7/5): - Wir haben super gut geschlafen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und zweckmäßig in Berliner Altbau-Charme eingerichtet 😊 Es ist erstaunlich ruhig trotz der relativ belebten Straße Leider fehlt in der Wohnung eine Kaffeemaschine. Und wir hätten auch gerne einen Fernseher gehabt ... Aber der ist nicht wichtig! Dafür gibt es ja das Internet.
• Sonya (1/5): Eine Zumutung u - Wir haben das Appartement gebucht, weil uns die Lage gut gepasst hat. Außerdem war es sehr ruhig in der Nacht. Das Appartement ist in einem schlechten, beinahe unbewohnbaren Zustand. Es gab folgende Mängel: Das Bad war quasi im Rohbau mit abgeklopften Fliesen an der Wand und einem löchrigen Fußboden. Das Waschbecken ist viel zu klein und auf einem sperrmüllreifen, klapprigen Holztisch montiert ohne weitere Ablagefläche. Pro Person gab es 1 Handtuch für 4 Tage, das von uns angefordert werden musste. Die Küche war spärlich eingerichtet und ekelhaft verschmutzt. In der Schublade lagen von Mäusen zefressene Verpackungen und Mäusekot. Die vorhandenen Kaffeefilter wollten wir deshalb nicht benutzen. Beide Betten sind nur sehr schmal und das eine völlig durchgelegen. Im Wohnzimmer ist das Rolladenband herausgerissen. Es gibt blanke elektrische Leitungen. Die Stühle gehören auf den Sperrmüll . Alles in allem das schlechteste Appartement, das ich je gesehen habe und gesundheitlich sehr bedenklich. Dafür ist der Preis von über 400€ für 4 Nächte viel zu hoch.

• Kirill (10/5): - Хорошие апартаменты, в которых есть все нужное для проживания. В непосредственной близости есть несколько баров и кафе, а так же магазины с продуктами. В шаговой доступности станции метро двух веток.
• philippe (6/5): Never again - No breakfast. The locaties was in a not so clean area off berlin The kitchen was very poor,the stove worked poorly and almost nothing was provided to prepare dinner. There were also no radio and TV in the house. I contacten the landlord and his Antwerpen was very disappointing. He answord that everything was available to cook and that we live in 2024 and radio and TV are no longer used in these times. The shower was clogged and we solver thuis ourselves by onblocking the drain to prevent further flooding of the bathroom,it rally hadn't been done in years!
• Malwina (7/5): Dobra jakoś do ceny - Dwa oddzielne pokoje plus salon dużo przestrzeni, jakieś 20 min autem do ścisłego centrum. Bardzo mała łazienka, mieszkanie znajduje się na bardzo niskim parterze przez co przechodnie patrzą do środka mieszkania
