• Robert (9/5): Great Location Convenient for Broadstairs Beach and Town Centre - Great location a short walk to Victoria Park/Beach and Town Centre. Spacious 2 Bedroom Basement Apartment with sufficient natural light during daytime. Well equipped kitchen and decent bathroom with good over the bath shower. No free parking outside property so we had to use the pay and display car park on the square while unloading our luggage and then move our vehicle to West Cliff Avenue to find a space where we left our vehicle for the duration of our stay. We were fortunate to find a space a short walk from the property which may not be as easy during busy summer months given the demand for free parking close to the beach.

Complimentary toiletries plus basics like tea and coffee Exactly as advertised, lived up to expectations Thank you No ordinary TV channels I.e. just to watch news you had to use apps. Not a major problem though, just slightly annoying.

• Daniella (7/5): Great location - The location is fantastic. You can see the sea from the building's front door and it's very close to the amazing ice cream parlour Morelli's and lots of shops and restaurants. The property is clean and spacious overall, though the second bedroom is small and would be tight if used for 2 adults. It's perfectly fine, we were happy there. The representative managing the letting of the flat is friendly and responsive on emails. Heating was good and we were nice and warm (visited end Oct). It's a basement flat and some rooms were quite dark. There is also a requirement to keep the dehumidifier on all the time which woke my kids up at night as it keeps turning off and on. A flight of steep stairs down to the property (inside) so something to bear in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy cases. The plumbing was also somewhat noisy and inconsistent when filling the bath but fine for showers and plenty of hot water.
• Peter (10/5): Comfortable, cosy and a great location. - Excellent location, very close to the bars, restraunts, cafes, shops and a stones throw from the beach. Quiet and peaceful location. The apartment was well stocked and furnished.

• Tracy (10/5): Lovely holiday apartment - Comfortable & cosy. Well equipped,all needs were thought of. Property very clean. Great location The only small thing was main bedroom did smell slightly musty but property provided dehumidifier and we kept window open when we were in the property. This didn't affect our stay & we would stay here again
