• Damjan (1/5): Disaster - Nothing at all. The location was in bad surrounding. Everything but Spain citizen nowhere. We were there for 9 days, No cleaning at all. All dust and garbage. Everything I do for them. I was asking at the and for a 1 hour more for my Baggage to stay in the room, they not allowed me, and sent me message where I can pay for that ( that was his place). All in one, one of the ugliest place I have ever been. Although Barcelona is still in my heart.

• Jernej (10/5): - Vse na dosegu roke. Trgovine zelo blizu, prav tako metro in avtobusne postaje. Odlično izhodišče za raziskovanje mesta. Razgled z balkona ampak tu se ne da pomagat. Tako pač je.

• Edina (10/5): Kellemes kis lakás. - Tiszta, jól felszerelt lakás. Két metróvonal is elérhető kb. 5-10 perc sétával. Rengeteg kis élelmiszerbolt, zöldséges található a közelben, és egy piac is, ahol minden kapható.

• Ferenc Zoltán (10/5): Modern, tágas, kényelmes lakás - Tágas, modern, tiszta lakás. Szép és kényelmes bútorok. Elektromos redőny. Nem volt bekapcsolva a bojler, ezért nem volt melegvíz az első estén. A bejutás körülményes volt, kulcs helyett applikációval nyílik az ajtó. A mobilinternetünk nem működött jól a lépcsőházban, így nehezen jutottunk be a lakásba.

• MARIA JOSE (1/5): - Nada La limpieza de baño,con sangre en pared. Ducha rota.Limpieza de cocina. No hay aparcamiento por ningún sitio, peligrosos barrios si te alejas un poco.Lo peor de todo te piden fianza de 300 euros para devolver en un plazo de 14 días. No vuelvo ni aunque me lo regalen!!

• Ania (10/5): super wyjazd z rodziną - Super miejsce, blisko do metra i autobusu. Obok dużo małych sklepików oraz Carrefour expres, na końcu ulicy super warzywniak ze świeżymi owocami warzywami. Czysto w mieszkaniu, wyposażenie na plus zwłaszcza paczuszki z kawa i herbata plus jednorazowe przybory do mycia naczyń. Bez problemu dostalismy się do mieszkania. Polecam i na pewno tam wrócę

• Andreas (1/5): - Die Lage ganz ok, aber für Selbstverpfleger weite Wege zu den Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden. Beim Einchecken hat alles gut geklappt, bis auf den Schlüssel, der nur mühsam die Tür öffnen konnte. Der Schlüssel zu dem Apartment war sehr abgenutzt und am nächsten Tag haben unsere Mitarbeiter die Tür nicht mehr geöffnet bekommen. Da man den Vermieter nicht erreichen konnte, waren unsere Mitarbeiter gezwungen sich eine andere Unterkunft zu mieten. Der Vermieter war 24 Std nicht erreichbar, auch am nächsten Tag nicht. Unsere Mitarbeiter haben am nächsten Tag auf der Straße 3 Std gewartet, bis Reinigungskraft mit einem anderen Schlüssel gekommen ist und sie endlich ihre Sachen aus dem Apartment rausnehmen konnten. Dadurch sind uns große Kosten entstanden, nicht nur dass wir eine andere Übernachtung zusätzlich buchen mussten, unsere Mitarbeiter konnten nicht den Auftrag ausfüllen für den sie nach Paris gereist sind. Sehr schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, aber auch Abnutzung nicht nur von dem Schlüssel, sondern der gesamte Inventar in schlechtem Zustand, alles "schmuddelig". Wir werden diesen Apartment nie wieder buchen. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung.
• Nataliia (10/5): - Квартира хорошая, со всей необходимой техникой: стиралка, посудомойка, холодильник , духовка, печка, кофеварка, микроволновка, тостер, фен, утюг, кондиционер. Все чисто и аккуратно. До метро 10-15 минут Купили сразу проездной на 20 дней за 20 евро, он подходит на все виды транспорта и катались вдоль и поперек по всей Барселоне. Рядом с домом продуктовые магазины. Можно быстренько докупить , если что-то забыл Далековато от центра. До моря 50 минут на автобусе. Можно и на метро, но там все равно на автобусе подъезжать. И как у многих были проблемы с замком при первом открытии. :) Но это я сама сглупила - зарегистрировалась ещё до вылета и потом на месте не могли зайти в программу. Но команда поддержки отличная - в субботу после обеда , но все на связи, все помогают. С нашим плохим английским и совсем без испанского мы справились. Команда поддержки супер!
• Katalin (10/5): A lakás nagyon szép, foglalásra ajánlom. A Habitat munkatársainak egy kicsit jobban kell figyelniük. - A lakás nagyon modern és tiszta, minden működött. Minden olyan mint a képeken. A környék nem kimondottan a turisták által látogatott hely, de több Metro vonal is 4-500 méteren belül volt, így nem okozott gondot a közlekedés A Habitat Apartments munkatársa elfelejtette közölni velünk a kapukódot amivel az utcáról bejuthattunk volna a társasházba. Ez nagyon bosszantó volt. Késő este kellett telefonon segítséget kérni. A lakásba a Nuki-val való bejutás már könnyebb volt. Mivel négyen voltunk ezért szerettünk volna még egy kódot a Nuki-hoz, hogy külön is tudjuk használni, de ezt megtagadták. A lakásajtóhoz való kódot adták meg 2 nappal érkezés előtt, a társasház kapujához nem kaptuk meg a kódot előre.
• Piotr (6/5): Duze mieszkanie z dobrym wyposażeniem, ale z duza ilością niedociągnięć - Przestronne mieszkanie, oddzielne sypialnie, dobrze wyposazona kuchnia, przyzwoity dostęp do internetu. Bliskość do dwóch głównych linii metra. No i cena niższa o ok 500 euro wzgledem innych ofert jednak częściowo rekompensuje niedociągnięcia. Takze dostepnosc supportu telefonicznego 24h/7 i dobre podejście do klienta nie pozostają tu bez wpływu na ocenę. Tutaj niestety długo by wymieniać. Zaczynając od średniej lokalizacji w ktorej jest dosc słabe zaplecze jezeli chodzi o zaopatrzenie i jakość sprzedawanych towarów. Sklepów w okolicy niby pełno, ale ich asortyment jest bardzo mocno ograniczony i na większe zakupy trzeba jechać metrem. Samo mieszkanie slabo zaopatrzone jezeli chodzi o podstawowe środki czystosci, na przyklad 9-dniowy pobyt 5-osobowej rodziny dostalismy wydział 2 worków na smieci i 4 tabletki do zmywarki. Niby mozna pojsc i kupic, ala fakt, ze najemca oszczedza na tak podstawowych artykulach pozostawia niesmak. Do tego ciepła woda w mieszkaniu ma bardzo niskie ciśnienie i jest co najwyżej letnia. Ściany i drzwi wejściowe slabo izoluja akustycznie i w nocy wielokrotnie bylo słychać balujacych turystów. Nad ranem natomiast wrzaski i krzyki na zewnątrz skutecznie uniemożliwiały dłuższe spanie. Na koniec, podczas naszego pobytu musieliśmy zgłaszać kilkukrotnie rozne zastrzeżenia. Zaczynając od braku kodu do wejścia na klatkę schodowa i konieczność dzwonienia o północy na support, poprzez problemy z klimatyzacja (brak jasnej instrukcji obsługi), kończąc na pralce ktora wywalala bezpiecznik różnicowy w skrzynce.

• opallos (9/5): Very nice apartment in a friendly neighborhood with good public transport - Well maintained and equipped, clean and tidy apartment in a friendly neighborhood. Metro stations only a few minures walk away, there are non-touristy bars and restaurants nearby Well, just emailing about the problem with the water pressure did not help, I had to raise my voice over the phone and to send a complaint letter to the managers to get the problem resolved. It took more than a day, but at the end it all turned out good.
• Renata (10/5): Destination - Holiday in Barcelona. - Access to the apartment feels like your own home, and they care about your privacy and comfort. Two days before my visit, I received a PIN for the building's door and instructions for the Nuki Smart Lock app. Communication via email or phone with the Habitat Apartments staff was also very fast, professional, friendly, and comfortable in every way. I would use their services again with a smile on my face. I could have spent more time verifying the location and cost of the apartment. L'Hospitalet de Llobregat is about 40 minutes from Barcelona by metro. A five-day metro ticket costs €42, while an Uber taxi costs €23 one way. Based on this experience, next time, I would choose an apartment in central Barcelona.

• Szabo (10/5): Mindenkinek ajánlom nagyon kényelmes 4 fő részére! Tiszta jól felszerelt - A központtól kicsit távolabb nyugodt helyen van abszolút nem hangos, biztonságos környék A tömegközlekedés szempontjából kiváló elhelyezkedés.
• Bartosz (9/5): Wspaniały apartament - Rodzina 3 osoby dorosłe i 2 dzieci. Bardzo ładny apartament, dobrze wyposażony i czysty. W pobliżu 2 stacje metra- bardzo dobra komunikacja z centrum miasta. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo- jak w domu:) Dostępny ekspres do kawy i kapsułki- duży plus. W kuchni przydałaby się zwykła ściereczka kuchenna. Z minusów- w nocy pomimo położenia przy mało ruchliwej ulicy jest głośno (nawet do 3 rano).Słychać rozmowy, trzaskanie itp. Oczywiście nie jest to zależne od apartamentu.
• Olesya (10/5): Прекрасная квартира - Прекрасная квартира. Отличное расположение апартаментов. Рядом несколько линий метро. До метро минут 7 пешком. Рядом много продуктовых магазинов. Было очень чисто. Удобные кровати. Большая ванная. Фен, утюг. Мы заранее загрузили на телефон приложение для доступа в квартиру. У нас проблем с доступом не было. В квартире было все необходимое. Кофе машина и капсулы на несколько раз, капсула для стирки и капсула для посудомоечной машины. Отдельное спасибо за кухонную губку и средство для мытья посуды. ( Обычно эти вещи нужно покупать самим, что очень не удобно). Депозит вернули через неделю, проблем не было. Рекомендую эту квартиру, обязательно вернемся сюда еще!!! Если бы было маленькое кухонное полотенце, было бы удобно. Хотелось бы небольшое количество соли на кухне.
• Emma (7/5): Good - The apartment was clean, spacious and nicely furnished and had good transport links to the city centre via the metro. We had an issue with air conditioning during our stay but the staff were very apologetic and quick to address the issue.
• Daisy (9/5): An enjoyable 4 day stay with friends in a delightful apartment. Would stay here again. - Situated a short walk to 2 metro lines. Not the smartest area but felt safe. Lots of little bars, shops & restaurants nearby. Everything was as stated in the apartment, well equipped. We had a couple of technical issues (probably of our own doing) but all was dealt with promptly. Nothing really. It’s a built up city area so no views but that was ok.. the little terrace allowed you to enjoy a beer and chill.

• Aleksander (10/5): Comfortable apartment for 2+2 family. - Specious apartment with two separate bedrooms was perfect for our 2+2 family. All the required equipment was there both in the kitchen and the bathroom. The walls between the apartments are quite thin but the neithbors were not too noisy. There is no noise from the street. Very good location with shops, restaurants and metro stations nearby.

• Kateryna (10/5): Bright, clean, cozy, quiet - Easy to get in in the middle of the night due to the flight delay. About €30 with a taxi from airport. Direct metro to Sagrada Familia, walking distance to Camp Nou. Very quiet and calm during the night. A lot of all type of groceries and cafeterias in the area. Bright, modern, super clean, felt very safe both outside and inside of the building (despite some previous comments). Blackout curtains in the main bedroom would be good thing to have.
• Tadej (9/5): Superb - Very nice apartment, very clean, great location close to metro station. My family realy enjoyed in this place. Enough space for 4 people. Communication with the owner was excellent. You could not adjust the volume on the TV, which I have never experienced before. The TV was too loud, so we didn't watch it :) The entrance door to the apartment does not have any sound insulation, at night a lot of door slamming could be heard from the whole building.

• Andrei (3/5): Poor - The apartment is fine. When we arrived at 1AM, we couldn't unlock the door. It's done with the app, but batteries in the lock went down and we had to wait for a service man to come and unlock the door, that took about an hour. After check in we discovered that heating doesn't work and went to sleep with +15C temperature in the apartment. The service man arrived to fix it only 5PM next day, took about an hour and the problem was in the sensor on the window, which didn't work. As a result I got cold and needed to stay in bed instead of working. So very poor experience.
• Kostiantyn (8/5): Very good - The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also good: metro stations, close to Camp Nou stadium and not far from the Exhibition centre. They promised to do a check-in at 13:00, but in reality, this didn't happen. We needed to wait on the stairs for more than one hour with the baby. It was possible to check in only at 15:00. They have a smart lock on their apartments, which are programmed to be opened at a specified hour with no possibility to change it. Not user-friendly and client oriented flow at all for the check-in.
• Zaber (9/5): Awesome Location - Location was great and near to all the links into central Barcelona. The apartment was clean and the hosts were responsive. Everything was available in the apartment and there was plenty of space. There was parking available downstairs, but we were told there was no parking and we could not use the garage downstairs to park the car. If we were able to use this parking facility, it would have been a 10/10 review.
