• Chatzinikolaou Rapti (10/5): - Ήταν σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία μέσα στα έλατα.ηταν εύκολο να πας καθώς ήταν πανω σε κεντρικό δρόμο ο οποίος ήταν ανοιχτός από χιόνια .είχε ανελκυστήρα επειδή το διαμέρισμα βρισκόταν μέσα σε ένα πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ ζεστό και πολύ καθαρό χωρίς μυρωδιές από τσιγάρα.το σπα του ξενοδοχείου πολύ καλό .όλα καθαρά και περιποιημένα το πρωινό πολύ πλούσιο και επαρκές πολύ καλός καφές και η ιδιοκτήτρια του διαμερίσματος πολύ εξυπηρετική και φιλόξενη φροντίζοντας όλα να είναι εντάξει. Την ευχαριστούμε. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δε μου άρεσε το μόνο που θα μπορούσαν να κάνουν οι άνθρωποι εκεί του ξενοδοχείου είναι όταν χιονίζει πολύ να ρίχνουν αλάτι στο πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου για να λιώνουν τα χιόνια.. γιατί όταν έχει ρίξει πολύ χιόνι είναι δύσκολο να παρκάρεις.
• Tomasz (9/5): The studio and location were beautiful, and we had a wonderful two days! - Beautiful studio with everything you need, a super comfortable bed, and spa included! The hotel restaurant was disappointing—breakfast for 2 at 30 Levs for such low-quality food. No one was supervising the pool, and with kids constantly jumping into the small pool and making a lot of noise, it was hard to really relax.

• Iamserdar (9/5): It was a pleasant experience. - Location was very convenient since we came to Pamporovo for skiing. It's very close to Malina lift, and the hotel provides daily shuttles on request for 5 BGN per person. There was no hair dryer in the room.

• Milka (10/5): Welcoming and comfortable - Located near Malina lift, all vibrant facilities are around for those who ski and not into skiing :)Visit the panorama tower Snejanka only 10 min by lift. The flat had all important for us things like opportunity to use the spa and pool, coffee machine, tea, welcoming bottle of wine,extremely comfortable bed,clean and warm place to stay. Your sleep will be tight,so peaceful and beutiful nature. Everyone was welcoming and the food of the restaurant was really nice and traditional. We are not into watching TV but there was a bad signal and not clear screen.
