• Burns (10/5): Beautiful city, brilliant accommodation in a perfect location. - Very clean and no outside noise. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. Bed was amazing. Haven’t slept as well in a long time. Sun terrace was lovely to enjoy sitting in when we got back from a busy day. Was in a brilliant location and in walking distance to al the main sites. Nothing. Couldn’t fault it.

• Barbara (10/5): Amazing Seville accommodation - I really appreciated the facilities of the accommodation, everything I needed was available. Fernando in particular was very helpful when I had an issue and it was resolved within 30 minutes. The location is perfect with tapas bars and restaurants a few minute walk away but there was no noise at night. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay here again if I visit.

We were on the first floor so took the stairs but there is a lift. There is a terrace and washing facilities on higher floors for guest use. The apartment was clean, comfy, safe & secure. The wine left for us was a very welcome treat.

It was in a quiet backstreet but only a very short distance to the major roads. The bed was comfy. The only thing we were disappointed with was that there was no dining area, just a coffee table and two chairs.

All tourist attractions within 5-10 minutes stroll. Very clean with all amenities. A great little terrace on the rooftop, sadly we didn’t have time to enjoy it. I liked everything.

Apartment is in a quiet street but since it was Semana Santa we could hear the bands but this did not bother us at all. Communication with the host was very good and apartment was very clean. N/A
• Julia (10/5): Aurora Terrace apartment was a very comfortable, clean and decorated well. Highest rating 10! - The location in Seville was perfect. We could walk everywhere within 20 min or less. Our visit was during the end of Holy Week but the side street where the Apartment is located was quiet. The decor was well done and modern. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook simple meals. Nice roof top deck was a plus. Washing machine did not work properly.

• julia (8/5): Todo perfecto menos la fuente interior - La situación, que a pesar de ser súper céntrico y estar pegado a la zona de bares, está en una callecita súper silenciosa y se duerme muy bien, la decoración,la distribución del apartamento El ruido de una fuente del interior del edificio, que realmente no aporta nada, porque ni siquiera visualmente es atractiva y además está escondida, y en cambio el ruido retumba y llega al piso, y es francamente molesto

• Leona (10/5): - The location was brilliant, 5 minutes walk from the river and 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, Castle, bars, cafes, shops etc. We did not encounter any noise at all. The Apartment had a lift which was handy if had any heavy shopping or were tired after a full day out and about :-). The Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our short break. Yes the shower was high up however you did not have to hold it unless you did not want to get your hair wet. The shower was very large, water pressure perfect. Very happy with the bathroom facilities and the apartment. If we came back to Seville we would return here 100%. It was also a short taxi ride from the airport - 20 ish minutes. Great find, could not have wished for more. Nothing for us.

• Kenefic (10/5): - We really loved the apartment! Staff allowed us to check in early after an earlier than expected arrival. The apartment was very clean when we arrived and had all the kitchen utensils and cookware that we needed. Additionally, the location is fantastic, only a few minute walk from the cathedral, but far enough away where it was quiet at night. We visited in January. Other people have mentioned communication as a problem but that was not something we experienced. 10/10! Nothing!

Het ligt op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden, 5 min van de kathedraal. In een hele rustige straat. Communicatie was perfect, makkelijk bereikbaar. We kwamen al om 10 uur aan en konden het appartement al in, hoe fijn is dat. Dank hiervoor🙏🏻 Niks alleen maakt de afzuiging van de badkamer best wel veel geluid. Kleinigheidje 😊

• CLAUDIA (2/5): MUY INCÓMODA - Estaba bien ubicado y el apartamento está bien De los 5 días que estuvimos todos los días estuvimos tramos del día sin luz, sin poder cargar móviles, sin poder tener cosas en la nevera, sin poder ducharnos (ya que el termo es eléctrico), cosa que hizo la estancia muy incómoda y con limitaciones porque obviamente muchas cosas dependen de la electricidad. El tercer día al ver que el tema de la luz seguía, ENTONCES, nos trajeron una pequeña linterna. Nos dijeron que nos compensarían, pero nadie nos ha compensado absolutamente nada. No es su culpa, pero tampoco es culpa de las personas allí alojadas, que han pagado un dinero con determinadas prestaciones y en condiciones de habitabilidad, y obviamente estar sin luz lo hace incompatible. Así que aunque el apartamento está bien, la gestión frente a un problema de tal magnitud ha sido nefasta. La primera noche la respuesta fue: pues os vais a tomar algo o os acostáis a dormir. 0 empatía ante la situados, 0 compensación ante una estancia de lo más incómodo. Así que no lo recomendaría, porque si tenéis algún problema, soluciones o compensación en caso de no poder dar solución: NINGUNA.
• Brian (9/5): Nice place to stay. - The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Good location This apartment itself was hard to find (very short street). They could provide exact turn-by-turn directions to a guest (after the booking is made). The kitchen supplies were very limited. Perhaps they could added more quality coffee capsules and some cooking and/or salad oils (olive oil / a vegetable oil).

We did not receive entry details to the apartment until 30min after checkin. No communication to inform us that it would be 30mins late & we were waiting at the door in the hot Seville heat! There was also another couple who was waiting to get access.

• SAM2013 (9/5): Kurztrip nach Sevilla - Eine sehr gute,zentrale Lage und ein sehr schönes, durchdachtes Apartment. Dazu ein unkomplizierter Zugang mit Codes. Beeindruckend war, dass es trotz der Lage im Zentrum sehr ruhig in der Nacht war. Wir konnten wunderbar schlafen und waren so fit für den nächsten Tag. Anfangs gab es zeitliche Verzögerungen bei der Kontaktaufnahme. Diese waren aber noch im Toleranzbereich. Allgemein war der Kontakt relativ sachlich. Hier fände ich etwas mehr Herzblut schöner. Aber dennoch - die Unterkunft kann ich weiterempfehlen.
