• Grace (1/5): Stay else where - The beds were broken, we asked for them to be fixed and they were cardboard up with no stability, lights broken, no heating for first night and coffee was off - like reallllly off

• Tarja (7/5): - Ihanan rauhallisella sijainnilla Kylpyhuoneesta tuli vain kylmää vettä ja neljästä päivästä kolmena netti ei toiminut luvatun wifin kautta ollenkaan. Poti mennä ulos jotta pääsi nettiin. Keittiövälineitä oli niukalti. Ikkunat oli suoraan kadulle joten verhoja ei voinut pitää auki lainkaan.

• Oliver (5/5): Für diesen Preis definitiv nicht gerechtfertigt. - Nur die Lage. Etwas außerhalb von London direkt an der Themse gelegen. Alles was man braucht gibt es in der näheren Umgebung und mit der Bahn kommt man bequem in die Londoner City. Die Matratzen waren völlig durchgelegen. Man spürte jede einzelne Feder im Rücken. Beide Toiletten mit komplett lockeren Toilettensitzen. Vom Vormieter beschädigter Spülknopf, der nicht repariert wurde. Die Vorhänge vor den Fenstern dreckig, die Wände dreckig. Im größerem Schlafzimmer ein Loch in der Wand, als wenn jemand dort hineingetreten hätte. Abgedrehter Rauchmelder auf dem Flur. Die Fenster lassen sich nur einen sehr kleinen Spalt nach außen öffnen, was ein durchlüften nicht möglich macht und auf Fußweghöhe auch ein offen stehen lassen des nachts nicht möglich macht. Insofern fehlt auch eine Klimaanlage.
• Hank (10/5): Great place to stay for a few days in London - Clean, spacious and everything we required was all there! Easy to get the keys and drop them off. Little courtyard out the back for smoking. Generally a lovely apartment! Highly recommend! Bus and train station a few minutes walk to Pontoon Dock Only thing is it's ground floor and the huge windows look right onto the street so we just kept the blinds closed but other than that, amazing!

• Charlie (8/5): Excellent location, extremely comfortable and spacious - Location was great, very clean, spacious. We were attending a conferene at EdExcel and the location was excellent for that. Loved the daily food vans that arrived in the evening, can very much recommend the pizza man! There was no dishwasher tablets and very limited crockery, wine glasses would have also been useful. Found the wifi inconsistent. Because the appartment is on the ground floor we had to keep the blinds closed.
• Naomi (8/5): Spacious and quiet - good location - change the mattresses and it would be perfect. - It was large and spacious and area very quiet and lovely on the waterfront. Our apartment did not look I’ve the river but it was fine. Mattress was very springy and uncomfortable and sheets had stains on them. I’m sure the sheets were clean but duvet and sheets both stained. Sheets with brown stains and duvet with pink stains. This staining would not stop me booking here again. If they changed the mattresses to new ones it would be 10/10.

Only nagitve thought I booked with a balcony which I always get for personal preference, cause on ground floor no balcony.. As I said my personal preference is a balcony. Only thing it didn't have was a balcony..sure on your site you did advertise with a balcony. Rest perfect..

Luckily was sleeping in it on own as had to sleep one side. Didn't sleep well that night. It was the bed in the largest bedroom. The other bed was good

• Channelle (10/5): it was okay, but the money is not worth it and you don’t get your money back straight after - I enjoyed the view, master bedroom and the area They made me and my sister stay awake until 22:30 knowing that we had been travelling due to a maintenance issue. We turned up an hour before with luggage and was told to wait outside. She didn’t show us where the bin was or how to work the oven or TV so had to constantly ask questions on face time to know.
