• Marcus (6/5): Not bad, but I think the host can do better. - On the last day the host let me stay until the next guest was due so I stayed until 9 PM. That took some pressure off. Host said that i would have to pay a 100 pound deposit if I wanted a key for my room's door, so I was unable to lock it during my stay, and he at one point knocked but then only waited about a second before opening the door, while I was making my way over to it. On the last day I booked one more day some hours before check out was due but he opened the door without knocking while I was asleep. The booking description lists a TV but there wasn't one. The host needs to work on his communication and listening. He was telling me over the phone where he had left the key to the front door for me; I asked him if it was inside the pot and then he angrily told me to "listen carefully" and then said what I had just said back to me, so ironically he seems to be the one who wasn't listening carefully, It all comes across to me as a rather disorganized operation.

• Henry (7/5): - Room was good I was finding it difficult to locate the house, but the person who directed me was very rude and not friendly, he told me there's nothing he can do if I can't find the place by myself.

• Rehan (1/5): Absolute Nightmare - I didn't like anything about it. It was horrible and beyond. The room was dirty. There were dirty stains on a chair, on curtains. They didn't even give me a code to enter the room. They didn't provide me a bigger Duvet. The duvet they gave me couldn't even cover one person.

• Prisess (1/5): Terrible - I wasn't given no breakfast the owner was very rude and l had to beg them for a fan which was not working properly. I didn't feel safe there. The worst place and will never go back there or recommend it to no one. The bed was very uncomfortable l didn't sleep well. Too hot and toilet was in very bad condition avoid this place at all cost not worth the pay.

• Anton (1/5): AVOID - Nothing This was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. The host was extremely rude and arrogant from the start, even telling me I had brought “too much luggage” and that I wasn’t allowed to. He called me at 6am, waking me up, accusing me of making noise in the house when I was asleep — it was unsettling and unnecessary. The house and room were in terrible condition: extremely dirty, no lock on the door, dirty bedsheets, and piles of the host’s personal belongings cluttering the space. It felt unwelcoming, unsafe, and unhygienic. I understand this place is cheap, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of basic cleanliness, respect, or security. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Eneste grund til vi tog det var fordi der var hurtig og nem transport til O2 arena. Alt. Vi ringede på dørklokken og ingen kom, ringede på den 2 gange. Ringede så til det telefonnummer der var blevet skrevet på booking.com. Ingen tog telefonen, prøvede igen 2 gange mere, hvor den fjerde gang kom igennem til nogen. De lød overrasket over at vi havde en reservation. Endelig kom en mand ud. Han virkede også som om han ikke vidste vi skulle komme. Han tjekkede ikke nogle steder, spurgte ikke efter vores navn eller id eller bekræftelse på bookingen. Vi blev bare ledt ind i huset, ind på et værelse og intet andet. Der blev ikke sagt noget og vi fik heller ikke nogen nøgle til værelset. Det betød altså vi ikke kunne låse værelset udefra. Der var en toiletlås på indersiden. Alle og enhver kunne komme ind og stjæle vores ting. Deres egne personlige genstande lå også inde på værelset. Absolut tag ikke dette sted

• Fileli (1/5): Bad - I do not advise anyone to go there. There is no cleanliness. I am allergic to dirty places. It was a very bad experience. This is the truth.

• Kalia (1/5): When I went to "check-in" I got the key to the front door. I did NOT return to stay the 1 night . - Absolutely nothing It was classed as a hotel. There was absolutely nothing that this was a hotel. It was a house, poorly maintained, not fresh look or smell about the place. The description included breakfast. there was no breakfast. Only when requested, I was told there would only be toast and tea. Not suitable to be registered or classified as a hotel. I wonder if it had an appropriate licence or even if the income (any income) if suitable declared for tax purposes.

Sadly we were shocked that such poor standard of accommodation was allowed to be on booking.com Surly and unhelpful landlord; stained bedding; lack of duvet cover; poorly furnished room with worn and threadbare furniture and ill-fitting carpet; noisy cooking and clattering in the adjacent kitchen; noisy tenants; no breakfast; we weren’t shown the washing facilities; Wouldn't recommend any stay at this property...

(My room was next to the kitchen) and it was horrible as people are shouting in the kitchen cooking food late at night. They didn't give me any keys, they didn't even give me water. Most worst hostel I've stayed in.
• Obinna (1/5): A complete nightmare—rude host, filthy room, lies, and a total scam. Avoid at all costs! - Nothing This place is a scam—avoid at all costs! My girlfriend and I booked for two adults, but the host lied, claimed it was for one person, and tried to charge extra. He then refused to let her bring her bags upstairs, saying it was “illegal for a woman to have belongings.” We had just spent the entire night on the streets because Heathrow Airport was shut down, desperate for a place to rest. Instead of showing any decency, the host was rude, dismissive, and completely inconsiderate. To make it worse, he falsely took a picture of my ID without consent, which is a serious violation of privacy. The room was disgusting—the bed was dirty, covered in stains from the previous guest, and completely unfit for anyone to sleep in. After all this, we did not stay, and the host lied to Booking.com, falsely claiming my girlfriend was pregnant. He also promised a refund if I contacted Booking.com but later refused, just to keep the money. He ignored all my messages and calls, only responding through Booking.com to twist the story. Do NOT book—this host is a scammer and should be removed! His bad reviews prove it. We are actively trying to receive a refund.

• Nathan (1/5): Listing is a scam! - Nothing, this hotel is a scam Arrived at the address listed on Booking.com, it turns out to be just somebody's house! Not even anything to do with this listing! Try phoning the property over and over, eventually he calls back and says that my name isnt down and that theyre all full, refuses to tell me where the hotel is, and that i should get a refund! This listing is a scam! Do not book your stay here!
