Sarah (9/5): Beautiful, but be REALLY careful in the water. The undercurrent is strong - The pool and the restaurant It’s totally understandable, but the water was definitely a little dangerous. The undercurrent here is wicked. I’m a strong swimmer (raft guide in college), but would not let any children into the water here. Maybe 14 y/o or older with experience. It was beautiful though.

Nutting (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!! - Location Unresponsive staff. Repeated unresponsive text messages with staff. They cleaned room, yet Didn’t leave any clean towels. A coffee maker without any coffee. In Mexico, you need bottled water to drink. Not ONE bottle!! The I n room safe was locked and unavailable. Asked them to come & fix. No response. It took the uber driver 5 trips to locate property. Name of property is not the name of the facility. Photos and description were misrepresented.

Esperamos largo tiempo para que nos dejaran ingresar y existiera comunicación entre los encargados y la seguridad. Consultamos algunas cosas y tardaban horas en responder o hasta el otro día... Me parece que deberían estar más disponibles para poder guiar a los turistas.

Luciana (8/5): Very good - Good apartment, but in my case it didn't have a balcony or kitchen. You have to request them when you are about to make the reservation. Other than that, the room was great and comfortable, and they have a very good restaurant and also a pool and beach accommodation.
Rojelio (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome, the Cancun Plaza Condo Apartment has it all. We had a room on the 5th floor with a balcony, a beach and pool view. It has on-site restaurant located on the beach, convenient store, and laundry. The restaurant is incredible. We tried other local restaurants but they didn't compare. On our 2nd day here, we tried a pizza, amazing. 3rd day, ordered eggs & Ham and pancake combos, fantastic. The food just kept getting better. After the first day, i rated this place just 4 stars, which turned quickly to 5 stars. As this place continued to amaze me. The prices are right, not over priced. If your not staying here, ask security at front gate that you would access to restaurant.

Patterson (3/5): NOT GOOD. Bed mattress were very uncomfortable. NO WIFI outside your room BEWARE!! - The view was awesome. This is not a hotel, just a random person renting a condo. I never saw a real person, only over the phone. There is no wifi outside of your room unless you stand at the parking lot with the guard, which makes it difficult to reach the attendant on whatsapp. If you're at the pool I had to go up to the 3rd floor near my room to get any signal. Next, it has been 10 days and I still haven't received my deposit refund after being assured it would be processed at checkout. My bank confirms that no attempt has been made to refund my card. I had to get booking.com involved and file a claim for my refund. Next, the stove didn't work and we had purchased food to cook so we ended up trying to cook eggs in the microwave. My wife continually had something biting her skin in her bed, we check and didn't see any bugs.

Jayminibragato (9/5): Best seafront apartment in all of Playa del Carmen! - The view was incredible - well and truly on the seashore of Playa del Carmen, service of security staff and owner of the apartment are incredible (super helpful and responsive), 24/7 security, easy access to beach and pool, safe and free parking on site, we loved how big the shower was, the layout of the apartment was perfect and made sense, we enjoyed having two double beds in the same room, the inclusion of a mini fridge was amazing, it's compact but has everything, both beds were comfy, the location of the apartment is great, the complex has working lifts, exceptional value for money and we would definitely return. The pressure and lack of hot water for the shower, small insects all over the apartment due to humidity (especially in the bathroom area) meaning you can't display toiletries or rest your towel / clothes, terrace door leaked under rainstorm, the steep and narrow staircase at the foot of the apartment made carrying luggage up and down the room tricky, no internet signal and no WiFi in apartment rooms. The view was so incredible that we could look past these small details...

Cristian (4/5): The view is not worth it, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - the nicest about this place is the view to the water but definitely the pictures looks better than reality, the place is very small and old. I didn’t like it that you have no host, there’s no one to help you out with any inquiries, the place was hard to find bcs map show one place but is in another, I had no wifi for days, I texted in what’s app and to the host, they never answered, wifi is essential for me as I work online, so I didn’t appreciate that, they didn’t told me there were going to be a cleaning service and my watch got stolen, I reached out, again there was no answer, it was a show by honestly! , nice view but not worth it. terrible experience!

Csubi (6/5): No WIFI at the pool area. No staff present, only slow e-mail contact. There is nobody to talk with. - Big room, nice balcony (after some hassle), big refrigerator. - WIFI only in the room, but no access at the pool area. Why don't they ensure it, as advertised? - With the given address, the old local taxi driver couldn't find the hotel, he asked 2 people to find it finally. Why don't they deploy an information table near the road? - Very expensive pool-bar, but ok, the prices are the same all around. - Only few shady places, and no umbrellas at the pool. Wake up early, and book your shady place, if you want it. - Only internet contact with the hotel, there is no phone number to talk with anybody! Although there is an office there, but they are not the employees of the hotel, and like to play the stupid. - I booked and paid balcony room, but of course, I got a simple room without balcony. After a long hassle, I got a balcony room (I repeat, they at the office know nothing, just playing the idiot). but I had to wait until 5 p.m. to make it ready. After 24 ours of travelling, it was aggravating! - the security box was closed, 3 days, and many e-mail exchange while they fixed it.
