- Sheetal (8/5): Overall a great stay with good communication and friendly hosts. - It was easy to check in as the keys were in the lockbox, clear instructions except timing to leave trash behind was not mentioned. The check in time of 5 pm is weird but they agreed to our check in of 3.30 pm. Ground floor apartment was a plus specially when you have heavy luggage. Building also has a lift. Microwave was absent which was mentioned in the listing as being present but upon asking a brand new microwave was delivered. Dishwasher is not there. Would have been a plus But the fans were a big plus during the summer when it’s hot. The washer and dryer were not separate which didn’t dry clothes fully and had to dry them on the stand provided.
The neighbours are not the friendliest, gave us tough time last couple of days. The location is really good, bus stops right outside and tube station 5-7 mins walk taking you straight into Kings Cross. Loads of grocery shops like Sainsbury/ Tesco/ Waitrose 5-10 mins away. A local grocery store just a couple of minutes away. Communication was smooth.
On the whole quite a comfortable stay. Will be back and can recommend. Thank you. No dishwasher. No separate dryer. Later check in time unless booked direct with them. The unfriendly neighbours.

The host was very welcoming and responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London

- Dina (8/5): The location, the views, the locals were great experience. - Location is great for someone who wants to enjoy peace, the mountain views, interaction with locals, and avoid the hustle and bustle of the city vibe. It was difficult to enjoy the fresh air and view from the room or from the balcony due to the way the roller blinds open upward. It exposes the beds and if it goes higher the entire room to the car park and the streets. The door towards the balcony was the only opening for fresh air, unless you’re OK for the public to see everything inside your accommodation.

Mattress was smaller than bed frame. No top sheet on the bed. No supplies at all for cooking. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and oil, herbs for cooking.

- Robert (9/5): Convenient location for a short stay in London - Great location to Highbury Islington station. The centre of town has a gear vibe and many restaurants and pubs. It was very quiet. Could have done with some extra kitchen equipment.
- SDH (9/5): Great location in a residential area, perfect for a week or more stay - The property is well located to Highbury Islington Station and bus stops to a number of destinations are very close by. The kitchen is well kitted out with all the necessary appliances. With windows both sides of the apartment it allows you to have the options with regards to having the windows open. Although close to the road and train lines with the double glazing it was not an issue. There are loads of pubs (and we did visit a few) and excellent restaurants. Overall we had a very enjoyable 10 day stay
- Tomasz (8/5): Very good - It’s a comfy place for 3 people. Overall good with some mixed feelings. Parts of the flat are new and well maintained (beds, chais, paint on walls) however some are very old and would require replacement and renovation (doors, kitchen furniture). It was clean in areas often used but there was lots of dust in areas rarely used (eg kitchen cupboards and shelves)

- John (10/5): A perfect week in Highbury and Islington - Perfect layout for a single person, a couple , a couple plus a young child . The property is very close to the Highbury and Islington train station, a number of bus stops, a Sainsbury’s, great cafes and pubs including the Marquess. Beautiful quiet location.
The property was very clean , great linen with extra in the cupboard, iron and ironing board, supersized TV . Nothing not to like

There are a few issues that I believe should be addressed. - I had a pleasant stay at this property—the apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The property management team was also very responsive, which I really appreciated. However, there are a few issues that I believe should be addressed. The communal corridor was quite messy, with bins left around, which made the entrance feel unkempt. More importantly, the lock on the flat’s door didn’t feel very secure—it did lock, but the small gap made it feel less sturdy. Additionally, the door wasn’t well insulated, so a lot of noise from outside carried through, which impacted the overall sense of privacy and comfort.
