Ao chegar a pousada fui recebida pela a Janaína com muita atenção e cuidado, nos apresentou a pousada e deu toda atenção e suporte durante a estadia. A pousada é maravilhosa não tive nenhum motivo para não gostar, quartos espaços, limpos e perfumados , roupas de cama macias e cheirosas, na área de lazer um espaço amplo e aconchegante, piscina grande e limpa, com certeza voltarei diversas vezes.

A limpeza externa deixou a desejar, a pisicina estava muito suja, fiquei 2 dias e nao pude usá-la. Café da manha bom, mas bem simples. Quarto bom, mas o banheiro é bem ruim. Janela suja, chuveiro ruim, saia pouca agua. E um dia faltou luz e queimou nosso chuveiro, solicitei conserto e nao foi feito. Ficamos as duas diarias com chuveiro (além de ruim) sem agua quente. Realmente o mais decepcionante é a conservação externa e o banheiro

Gutemberg (7/5): - As instalações eram belíssimas. O whatsapp da empresa oferecia um serviço, eu optei pelo serviço e fui informado de alterações nos valores. E após optar por não concordar com a alteração do valor, tendo em vista não ser o valor do catálogo, eles simplesmente excluíram o item do catálogo. Após dizer que não desejaria mais os serviços tendo em vista o ocorrido, tive o serviço prestado parcialmente. Reitero a opinião sobre as instalações, ótimas. Porém nem um pouco satisfeito quanto aos serviços/atendimento ofertados.

O café da manhã é muito bom, com boas opções e tudo bem preparado. A localização é ótima, facilitando o acesso aos principais pontos. A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa, o que fez toda a diferença na estadia. Recomendo!

Francisco Cleuton Monteiro De Sousa (10/5): Foi maravilhoso os dias em que passamos na pousada, ambiente limpo e bem localizado. Pra quem tem pets eles vão se diver - Quarto limpo, piscina ampla e área externa maravilhosa. O café da manhã podia ter mais opções, mas é bom.

Marilia (7/5): Decepcionante, quarto Chalé. - Infelizmente, tive uma experiência abaixo das expectativas. Reservei um quarto com hidromassagem, pagando mais caro justamente por esse diferencial. Confirmei se era com água quente e falaram que sim. Porém, ao usar, me deparei com uma grande decepção: a água era extremamente gelada e não aquecia. Por a hidromassagem ser dentro do quarto, o ar primeira vez estava ligado, desliguei e tentei novamente mas foi impossível utilizar. Ou seja, paguei por algo que não consegui aproveitar. Além disso, alguns outros pontos negativos: • Café da manhã muito simples, com poucas opções e bolos nada gostosos. • No quarto, havia cabelo preso no suporte de toalha e uma toalha manchada (ainda bem que levei a minha). • A cortina blackout estava rasgada, o que deixava entrar bastante claridade no quarto. Foram detalhes que, somados, prejudicaram bastante a estadia.

Jose Osmario (7/5): Ambiente agradável, mas falta certo conforto nos quartos. - A localização é boa. O ambiente da pousada é muito bom. Tem piscina e gramado, é lindo. Os funcionários são solícitos. Café da manhã tem poucas opções (Mas esse parece ser um problema da região). Fiquei no andar superior. A porta e janela do quarto são de madeiras natural e não veda bem, permitindo a entrada de vento o que faz barulho (tipo assovio). Também o vento balança muito a porta e fica um bate bate. Quem tem sono leve terá problemas. Eu coloquei a mala para segurar a porta e melhorou. Deu para dormir. Mas o assovio da janela ainda ficou. Faltou água no chuveiro no meio do banho por duas vezes em horários diferentes. Mas depois que liguei avisando, logo logo voltou. Quando o pessoal algoa o jardim, nao sobe água, foi o que entendi. Essa experiência é péssima.

Catherine (6/5): Good value hotel, not best location (lighting at night) and need to work on servicing rooms daily - Hotel itself was lovely big room and clean My room was not done the first few days and when I asked I was told rooms were not done daily only when you asked specifically. I thought this was weird. It also meant water in fridge was not replaced without asking. Have to walk some very dark roads at night which was a bit scary and they were also still doing work on the property that started at 7/8 am each day. Otherwise quiet.
