• Patrick (10/5): A beautiful spacious apartment in a fantastic location. - The apartment was way beyond our expectations. It’s very spacious with lovely furniture and a comfy bed. The kitchen has everything you would need. The host Roberto was kind enough to meet us an hour earlier than the check-in time, and was super friendly and made the check in a breeze. The apartment is definitely worth the money and I will be staying here next time I visit Rome. The only bad part was having to leave

It was very quiet and within a walking distance to the city center. The owner was very helpful with everything we asked. We also forgot something in the apartment and he arranged to return it to us with courrier. Thank you Roberto!

• Marta (8/5): Pleasant stay but a bit noisy - The property is located within walking distance to Flaminio metro station and Piazza del Popolo. The (very nice) host welcomed us at the property and explained how everything works. The space is large and just how you see in the photos. We only stayed for 1 night. I think the host overcharged us 2 euros for the city tax. The walls/windows are letting a lot of noise through. The sofa seats are not stable/comfortable. The handheld steamer doesn't work and hot water drips out, it can burn your fingers.

• Rachael (10/5): Beautiful and great location, would stay again! - Great location. Loved staying outside the usual tourist trap. Easy to get to the metro and from there over to the colosseum and forum area, parks and sightseeing nearby, and you can walk along the river to Piazza Navona in approx 25 mins. Also walkable to Prati just over the bridge with lots of bars and restaurants. Walked back to the apartment quite late as a woman by myself, had no issues, but streets were very quiet. Small supermarket near Flamimo metro station was convenient. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants and snack bar between apartment and station. Appartment was exactly as shown, lovely space, good air conditioning, coffee machine, washing machine and clothes horse, towels. It was very cosy and the apartment management were very nice, responsive and accommodating. The small window to check in. That stressed me out a bit, making sure I was on time, but it worked out, I made it without issues. The street outside is a bit noisy with traffic at night, and you can feel the vibrations of the traffic or trains - something - at night. Recommend bringing earplugs. I wore them and didn’t have issues sleeping, but I think I would have without them, only because I am very sensitive to noise when I’m trying to get to sleep.
