• Johanna (10/5): - Super nette Vermieterin. Sauberkeit wird dort groß geschrieben, jeden 3 Tag Reinigung der Ferienwohnung, neue Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Toller Außenbereich mit Pool, Liegestuhl, Sonnenschirme. Bei Fragen wurde immer weitergeholfen. Schön angelegter Garten auf diesen konnten wir von unserer Wohnung sehen. Unten im Garten nochmals Tisch und Bänke zum sitzen. Runderherum wunderschön und sehr zum Empfehlen.

• Sally (2/5): Did not stay due to terrible location! - The property itself was lovely. The location was awful. Situated in the middle of nowhere on baron land. You cannot pop out for a drink or to shops without driving. Would only suit those who want to do a big shop and stay in and cook everyday- not my idea of a holiday! Did not stay , even though there was no chance of a refund or any offered. The pool was rather intimate for strangers sharing.

• Asma (10/5): Great stay near Nea Moudania! - Excellent customer service and very friendly management! We had a bottle of local wine as gift and Vagia kindly was super helpful, responsive and offered to drive us around as we did not have a car. Vagia and her mum are very caring and understanding. The flat was fully equipped and the facilities excellent. This is definitely a great stay for someone who wants a quiet place to stay that has all the amenities you need. The photos on booking.com are accurate. I would advise coming by car if your plan is to visit Nea Moudania often, like us. The village is a 45-minute walk to Nea Moudania beach for a more lively atmosphere. However, there are blue flag beaches near the property, so you don’t need to go to Nea Moudania, if you just want some peace and quiet, away from the crowd. There are two larger villages, where you can find restaurants, beach clubs, bars etc.

The host - Vagia, very kind and welcoming lady, ready to help with everything needed. Recommending the place and will visit again in future when I have business trip in the area!

Επισκεφτήκαμε εγω και το αγόρι μου το κατάλυμα στην περιοχή στα Μουδανιά και πάθαμε την πλάκα μας ,εξαιρετικό καθαρό περιποιημένο και στην ποιο μικρή λεπτομέρεια . Τέλος η μαγευτική θέα στην πισίνα που δεν χορταίνεις να χαζεύεις με τον στολισμό και την φύση που σε μαγεύει.Το προσωπικό του καταλύματος ήταν ευγενική και πρόθυμο να σε βοηθήσουν σε ότι Χρειαστείς.Θα το ξανά εμπιστευτούμε σίγουρα ξανά Το μόνο που καλό θα ήταν να υπάρχει μέσα στο κατάλυμα αν θέλεις να μένεις για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα θα ήταν ένα Πλυντήριο ρούχων για μεγαλύτερη ευκολία. Αλλά και χωρίς αυτό είναι φανταστικά

The owners didn't clean the siphon of the bathroom from the previous guests and they accused us.In this way we went out with some bitter experience.The hotel its really closed to the sea,but to go to the centre or Nea Moudania it's far away by walking. The structure of the hotel and the swimming pool at all are beautiful,the apartment is equipped with everything that you need , include the kitchen space.

She made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived, even greeting us with a bottle of chilled wine, which was such a lovely touch. The house is beautiful and very thoughtfully designed. It’s comfortable, functional, and made our stay really pleasant. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to the area. Thank you again, Vagia, for your warm hospitality. It truly made our trip special! Just a couple of small suggestions for an even better experience: * The bathroom mat was shedding plastic pieces and didn’t feel very clean. * Some of the kitchen items didn’t seem to be thoroughly cleaned — having a dishwasher might help with that.

• Andrea (10/5): Exceptional - We had an incredible stay here, the apartment was perfect - extremely comfortable and well finished. The pool area was great and the space was very toddler friendly. We were given complementary wine and we were very well looked after during our stay. I would highly recommend Berries to anyone looking at this area.

Not only they provide you with all of the amenities that you need, but the place has a very luxurios feeling. The host was also amazing, extremely nice and helped us with any request. I really think this was one of the most pleasant stays that I have encountered. 10/10 and will definitely come back again!

And the kids stuff in the garden like the trampoline etc. Being advertised as a family friendly setting, I have to say the apartment wasn't very toddler friendly with tiles and stone materials everywhere. A playpen or cot would have been amazing, to leave the crawling toddler in to play safely.

• Laurentiu (10/5): Good choice - The location is new, the room is clean and all the furniture is new. They have one of the best internet based on my previous experiences in Greece. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Beaches are close, but having a car to reach restaurants or any other shops is mandatory. Overall it was a very good experience, I recommend it.
