- Michelle (7/5): My stay was good however I feel I was overcharged!! - The location is beautiful I did not like that I was charged $20 a day for parking my car in the hotel parking lot!. This should be included with the stay!
- Susan (10/5): Great hotel, great location - All the above NA
- LORRAINE (10/5): -
- Cameron (3/5): Poor won’t go back there and won’t recommend to anyone !! - The location was great The rooms were dirty , specifically the carpets . Seems like they have never been carpet cleaned in decades .
The pillows had bad smells , the rooms are outdated and the pool area tiles and floors are moulded and yellow never been properly cleaned in years . Ac switch in both rooms we paid for were faulty and outdated .

- Peggy (8/5): -

excellent walking area
central to restaurants Late night rowdy noises from rooms and outside - not controlled by hotel staff

- Susan (8/5): Met our expectations - Staff were very good. Hot water took too long to get to room. Poor lighting in room
- John (10/5): - The staff are superb! The location is fantastic for the views of the lake and town. The outside parking lot was kind of chaotic.
- BRIAN (10/5): Will return - Loved our room, mattresses, lake view & onsite bar & restaurant No sauna or jacuzzi
- Serena (7/5): -
- Susan (10/5): Short and sweet! - Location on the lake, cleanliness of facility, view from room, friendliness of staff N/A
- Carol (7/5): Good time with family. - View was amazing! What a lovely setting. Toilet was too short - an ancient looking toilet that my elderly sister could hardly get off of. Toilet tank ran in the night. When I lifted the tank lid to see if I could jiggle something to turn it off, discovered black mold inside the tank. Disgusting! Sink stopper would not stay up. Bathroom needs serious upgrade.
- Darb (7/5): - Location and overall resort were pleasant the rooms are a bit outdated. The lobby and the rest of the building look updated but rooms are quite dated. The pool area could also use an upgrade, dark and gloomy.
- RONAL (8/5): -

- Lynn (10/5): Totally worth it, lovely property, wonderful rooms. - Gorgeous location on Okanagan Lake, our room had an excellent view of the beach and lake I have no complaints. All facilities were great.
- Rim (8/5): -
- Olympia (8/5): Really great stay. Lovely view of the lake and beach. - Our room was located in the new west wing building which was really nice. Room was clean and the heated floors in the bathroom were lovely. Room service was avaliable 24/7 and it arrived quick and was really good. Pillows were a bit too hard. Our sleep wasnt as comfortable as we expected. Disappointed we had to walk from the west wing to the main building to use the pool.
- Cheryl (5/5): -
- Trudine (9/5): Excellent - Location , proximity to amenities, clean, quiet, elevators , pub/ restaurant within hotel, parking , drivin* distance to Natamata bench wineries
- Sebastian (7/5): -
- Lee (6/5): -
- Peter (9/5): The best Hotel in Penticton ! - Good-sized room, very comfortable beds, and the view is amazing. Location right in the centre of it all. Room service and the restaurant had a great choice of food and drinks. Staff are very helpful in reception and in the restaurant. The swimming pool is very old and in poor condition, for a very good hotel, not what we were expecting. Need update! We went once and didn't want to go a second time. Pool didn't match this Hotel's qualities.
- Heather (7/5): Lovely hotel, would return - Lovely hotel, does the job, super comfy beds (medium soft mattress if that helps) staff were great. Unfortunately the bar/club/pub on site (I don’t believe it’s technically part of the hotel but it is on site and the entrance is inside the hotel) is a bit much… the barking parrot was not really in keeping with the rest of the hotel, i understand its the only place locally open until late, it’s open until 2am and although I’m sure it’s a great time for the younger clientele, it wasn’t for me or my party… slightly hilariously my 84 year old grandad did pop in around midnight to “check it out” and got ID’d haha so as much as it wasn’t my bag, I was entertained by its presence…. Not a massive reflection of the hotel but a mild warning there’s a rowdy club on its doorstep. Might be helpful for others to be aware of. I wouldn’t say it put me off returning though.
- Dariusz (6/5): - Great location, nice view. The room was old and tired, Shower head it’s a joke, TV platform ancient.
The main problem was that we couldn’t sit on the balcony and enjoy the views,
as they have a Bar and restaurant downstairs and the smell of the deep fryers it’s overwhelming!
- Cassandra (8/5): Room with a view! Perfect location. Cleanliness can be better on the patio - The bed is pretty comfortable. Location is right next to Okanagan Lake which is very convenient and a nice view to wake up to. Nice shower and it was nice having two sinks. They provide makeup remover wipe which is great too. There is an eco deal as well if skipping housecleaning. They have a small little private beach with towels provided and a number of restaurants to pick from. Staff is very friendly. I love the lady who checked us into the hotel. She has great energy! The patio was dirty and not cleaned well. There are yellow sticky stains on the floor. The bed sheet had a blood stain on it. I would suggest not to reuse bed sheets with blood stains. Coffee machine was not properly cleaned as well. There are residues left over.
- De Lange (9/5): -
- Tammy (4/5): They are likely better options for your money - The location is excellent I don’t usually comment on staff as I realise it can be difficult, however the service was particularly bad. We arrived to a bed with a lot of sand. Told the front desk who do don’t seem to bothered and “forgot” to have it changed. Then our room service pizza took over an hour and still didn’t arrive. We had to cancel as we were leaving and the supervisor at front desk didn’t seem to believe us and was particularly unfriendly and uncaring. We had some very nice interactions with coffee shop and chambermaid staff.
Overall it’s an older property in a nice area, likely not well managed as its frontline staff don’t seem to care.
- debbra (10/5): - Location Ice machine on floor 6 was not working
- grace (5/5): - The location is great and the view is beautiful. The restaurants don't have enough capacity for their guests in high season. If you have small kids, restaurant options on site are very slim. Room service options are also limited.
- Mohammad Ramin (7/5): -
- Johnson (10/5): -
- Robin (8/5): -
- Werner (8/5): my goto when i stay in penticton - location and large balcony beach staff were late opening
- Pam (8/5): - Location was perfect, staff was friendly, loved the private beach, noise level was. Not great. Heard the bass from the restaurant music until 2 am, beds not super comfy Loud even with ear plugs,
- Daniel (8/5): -
- Eva (7/5): - Location, private Beach Cost: charge for parking - should be included in already high cost per room.
- Steven (7/5): -
- Robert (8/5): -
- Carol (7/5): -
- Denise (8/5): Would recommend - Great location. Nice, clean room!
- johnpaul (8/5): -
- Hamed (10/5): The hotel is in a great location, but it’s old. -
- Golnoush (7/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): Our stay was short and sweet, served all purposes and we enjoyed it! - Love the location, patio was awesome. Our bathroom floor and shower/tub were not cleaned properly and that made me wonder what else was not fully cleaned.
- Sean M Sookochoff (9/5): - I like the view once we moved to the 5th Floor from the 2nd Floor. We did not like the 2nd Floor because it was too loud from the Noise on the Ground Level.

- Rex (9/5): OVERALL WOULD STAY AGAIN AND RECCOMEND THE HOTEL TO MY FRIENDS - LOCATION RIGHT ON THE BEACH AS WELL AS THE RESTAURNT ON THE LAKE (JUST 50 METRES FROM THE HOTEL). FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALKED INTO THE FOYER YOU COULD TELL YOU WERE AT A TRUE 4 STAR HOTEL. PARKING WAS $20 PER NIGHT APPARENTLY BECAUSE I BOOKED THE HOTEL VIA BOOKING.COM. IF I HAD BOOKED DIRECT THE PARKING WOULD HAVE BEEN FREE. REALLY!
- Jennifer (10/5): -
- Nicole (5/5): - Location was great The hotel needs to be updated
The rooms have thin walls and horrible carpet
The bathrooms do not have fans
- Hormazd Jal (10/5): -
- Hiromi (10/5): Best location - They renovated an old building. Pet friendly hotel !! The best location.
- Deborah (10/5): It was very good! - Water front and restaurants. The indoor pool and hot tub was unappealing & muggy with dirty towels left.
- Mathew (10/5): -
- Lana (7/5): Will come again. - Location Loud live music
- Jeffry (10/5): -
- Chris (9/5): -
- Trudine (9/5): Great welcoming Penticton resort . - Newly renovated reception areas , Location , amenities , bars, staff , proximity to other venues like Japanese gardens , seaside walkway, different wineries , and restaurants outside of Penticton lakeside resort
- Anusheel (3/5): -
- Mike (6/5): Nice stay but not great value. - Location was Great, that is why we chose to stay there. The Barking Parrot pub was nice and the staff of the pub were great. The price. For that price I expected so much more. And then they charge 21 dollars a day for parking on top of it. The shower was made for someone 5 feet tall.
- Neil (6/5): - Location, parking and easy check in service Rooms in main building dated. Breakfast not of good quality
- Lindsey (10/5): -
- Donald (8/5): -
- Mark (8/5): -
- Peter (9/5): lovely place for anniversary trip. - Very modern and clean room, great location, easy access to town, restaurants, and shops.Beautiful view from the balcony.
Next to a lake. Comfortable beds and pleasant bed sheets. At a big party on the lake, it was very noisy.
