• Seval (2/5): - The rooms in the pictures and the rooms that they are giving to you is completely different. Room had a heavy smell like mold. The kitchen is complete tricky, it's a small cabinet, there is no door and no privacy in the bathroom as well. Its all inside off cabinets. No windows. No day light. Avoid this place at all cost.

• Sacha (10/5): Très bon séjour - Mise à part l’adresse donner qui amène on sait pas où (environ 700m), l’appartHotel est très sympa la douche est vraiment sympa assez grande! Attention au lit, le notre avait le barreaux centrale presque cassé ! Mais n’a pas impacté les 2 nuits.
• Hector (6/5): - The Apartment was fine, however, bedroom was on the 2nd level with a little difficult stair, which we was not aware, the parking advertised need to be paid and the few parking space they have to my understanding is always full, fortunately, we both are disabled person and could park in one of them

• Liders (8/5): - No hace falta mentir para quedar bien. No vuelvas a mandar a los clientes a tomarse un café y decir que la web de Expedia se equivoca con los horarios de check in. No vuelvas a tratar a un cliente como si fuera tú muchacho, respeta al cliente, así sea latino como vos o asiático.
• Estefani (10/5): Ótima localização, quarto espaçoso e bem equipado - Ótima localização, bem próximo de uma estação de trem (menos de 5 minutos andando), mercados, lojas e farmácias. Nos sentimos seguros no bairro. Ótimo quarto. É bastante espaçoso, e conta com tudo que você precisa para ficar por poucos ou por muitos dias. Bem equipado. O microondas e o fogão ajuda quem prefere preparar os alimentos no hotel (até mesmo para economizar). Tem panelas, pratos, talheres, copos... não senti falta de nada. Conta também com mini frigobar (embora apenas com águas) Amenidades (shampoo/condicionador e sabonete) de ótima qualidade. Roupas de cama e toalhas excelentes. Funcionários extremamentes educados e solícitos. Entregam mapas e dão dicas da região. O wi-fi é de qualidade ok. Não é extremamente rápido, mas dá pra fazer coisas básicas. Bastante tomadas no quarto, e ao lado da cama. Não usamos o estacionamento, mas é pago a parte.

• minseo (10/5): 추천해요! - 귀국 후 정신이 없어 이제야 후기를 쓰네요~ 일주일 정도 머물렀는데 지내는 동안 매우 쾌적하게 지냈습니다 일단 메인 스트릿과는 거리가 있지만 역과 무척가까워서 다니는데 큰 불편이 없었고 조용해서 좋았어요 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오고 저희는 주방이 꼭 필요했는데 주방기구도 부족함없이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다 직원분들 무척 친절하시고 하우스키핑도 요청시 매일 깔끔하게 해주셨어요 매우 추천합니다~ ps. 제가 이른 비행기라 카운터 오픈 전 체크아웃을 했는데 일주일 지난 지금도 디파짓 취소가 안되어 있어서 아직 처리가안된건지 카드사에서 반영이 안된건지.. 확인이 안되네요 답변을 좀 부탁드려요!

L’accessibilité du logement en transport en commun est parfait avec le métro pour aller dans tous les lieux souhaités sans difficultés (parc Guëll, Sagrada Familia…) Hôtel propre, confortable et calme. Le plus serait un balcon ou terrasse. Dans l’ensemble nous sommes très content du logement.

• Lorraine (10/5): - The apartment was cozy and clean. We thought it had an elevator but 6 flights of stairs so up and down with no bell captain was a challenge. Our accommodations were through the parking garage and sometimes it took a minute for the lights to come on.
• Angelique (10/5): Séjour très agréable - L'appartement est très propre et agréable. Le personnel est très sympa. La chambre conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Le parking couvert et sécurisé et un + dans une ville comme Barcelone. L'accès au métro est tout proche de l'hôtel. Je recommande cet hôtel.

• Audrey (10/5): Parfait - L’hôte nous a très bien reçu malgré le fait qu’on ne parle pas espagnol il a su tout nous expliquer dans un anglais parfait. La chambre était propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Nous avions une petite cuisine afin de se préparer à manger. Tout était à notre disposition. Il y a aussi des plans ainsi que des brochures pour visiter le coin.

Está localizado a 200m do metro Badal e nas proximidades há vários comércios, mercados e restaurantes. Muito fácil de se locomover para os pontos turísticos, seja de onibus ou metro.

• Tom (6/5): - The room was acceptable, good size but rather charmless and dark. Access was through the parking garage and up a narrow staircase to the third floor--no elevator, which was not in the description; luckily for us it was not an issue but could be. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to Badal metro, which is a one stop to switch over to the L9 Sud line to get to the airport, so convenient for us on our final night in Spain. The neighborhood is also very non-descript, a bit rough around the edges but fine. I won't recommend the property, but as an option, it will do.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Exploring Barcelona - In a residential area. 8 mins walk to BABAL Metro station and 30 mins walk to Barcelona Sants Long Distance train station. FC Barcelona is 10 mins walk away and hop on hop off bus stops here. Supermarket Dia is next door. Room size is okay. Has microwave, fridge, kettle, cutlery , pots, and stovetop. Bed is comfortable. Clean.

• Furrydandy (10/5): Good choice for a longer stay in Barcelona - Lovely loft apartment in the Badal/Sants part of Barcelona , metro station really close and convenient situated in a lively neighbourhood with shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff ! Be aware that some rooms/apartments are situated in a part of the building where no elevator is available ! Room 307 was on the 3rd floor. .. I got informed ahead of time about this. The apartment I had was need , clean and efficient , with a mini kitchenette, fridge, airco and comfortable bed. Can recommend !

Area everything you need and busy most of the time - with food outlets all around the area. Metro 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes into the centre of town whislt only 20 minutes to the airport
• mjY1564OK (2/5): Truly shocking, rude and arrogant!! - If we could give this place 0 we would. Having notified the owner about a flight change (to a later flight) they kindly told us that we would receive our room access code so we could get in (check in the following morning)..... The code arrived and we got to the accommodation at 00:15. The code did not match the room number given, and when we tried we woke up another resident who was in that room (she quite rightly was very very annoyed). We messaged the property 4 times and called the "emergency number"..... Neither answered. Therefore we had to sit downstairs (very hot as air con was off) on a hard chair for 7 hours (after leaving home at 10:30am the previous day), with no water, food or toilet. At 07:10 someone arrived at reception...... NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION, NOTHING..... Just the words "oh dear" as he walked past us!! They gave us the incorrect room number but couldn't even be bothered to apologise for the complete farce. If even 1 person replied to the messages or picked up the emergency phone, then it could have been sorted in 2 minutes. We got into the room at 07:30, had a quick nap and shower..... Then checked out! Short break away completely ruined, and well out of pocket (££)
• WEVE (10/5): Great & charming stay ! - We had an excellent 4-day stay in DV Barcelona. Very well-equipped rooms and loft. All very clean and good isolation. Great and comfortable beds. The indoor parking is a great advantage. Metro nearby (150m) very clean, practical, and safe. Due to an unfortunate incident of car crime (rear tire punctured while standing in line, but luckily, I was able to escape further consequences), we were unable to fully enjoy our stay, but a lot was made up for by the staff of the house. Charming, sweet, and very helpful staff they managed to help us, and everything went perfectly.
• Xploretravelvega (10/5): Great stay - Stayed for 8days, and nothing I can complaint about our stay but to praise and give Thanks to all the friendly reception especially to Mary who give us tips how to explore Barcelona, and always have smile on her face every time she will saw us, and to the housekeeping who always clean our room, cleanliness is spotless, The room is spacious, bed is very comfy, with air conditioning, mini kitchen wherein you can cook, huge bath tub, mini fridge, flat screen tv..and at night very quiet...and location wise its walking distance to the metro, and down the apartment tons of bars and restaurants to choose..We had a great stay! Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
• joryan111 (10/5): Fabulous apartments in a great location! - My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and were warmly welcomed by the manager who took us out for a coffee and offered us advice and tips on where to go and how to get about town. She was absolutely lovely and allowed us to check-in early. The apartments are ideally located close to the metro and it takes no more than 20 mins to get into the city centre. Camp Nou is a short walk away which was brill and definitely worth a visit. The accommodation itself is spotless, the beds are comfortable, the shower is powerful and hot, and the staff are all friendly and greet you with a smile. We loved the location and found a great pizza restaurant which was only a 10 mins walk away and half the price of similar eateries on Las Ramblas. I have no hesitation in recommending Apartamentos DV and would definitely book again! 10/10 👌🏻🇪🇸
• deehell (8/5): Quiet location, about 20 minutes walk from Pl.Espana, and en-route to airport - We stayed here for 2 nights when my partner ran in the fabulous Barcelona marathon. Very clean, well-equipped rooms, with AC, small kitchenette, comfortable beds and a kettle. It's on the metro line from the airport and about 20 minutes walk to Pl.Espana. We walk everywhere and walked down to the beach at Barceloneta, over to Passeig de Gracia, and the Ramblas. Or you can take the metro, within 5 minutes walk. Staff were friendly and relaxed about checkout and luggage storage. And yeah, the neighbourhood isn't the most attractive part of Barcelona but it's very catalan, people are friendly, it's not dangerous and there are good supermarkets, bakers and sushi bars within 5 minutes walk.
• 31beckyg (8/5): Really nice - Stayed here for a short week break and it was really clean, on a good street for walking right into the centre, next to the metro, and lovely staff who spoke English. Felt very safe, comfortable and it has air conditioning and was very quiet and peaceful.
• Giorgosatsalos (10/5): Nice and cosy - we stayed there for five nights and in my opinion it was a good choice. the location is not something special actual not the best place in barcelona but the apartmenta were close to metro station. In walking distance you can have good breakfast and go to supermarket. The apartment was clean,quite and cosy. the kitchen was good equiped but there is no oven. cons small fridge and no door between shower and main bedroom.
