- Nelson Calderari (10/5): Satisfeito - Acomodação muito boa , limpeza, ar condicionado, banheiro limpo e novo Alimentação é ao lado no posto de combustível. A noite o hotel fica complicado , depende do posto novamente. E de lanchonete em frente.
- Erasmo (5/5): - A estrutura geral é ótima, principalmente por ser um lugar amplo, com quadras de beach tennis e vôlei, área para churrasco e tudo mais. Tudo bem cuidado e novo, com várias cadeiras e bancos. Gramado bem cuidado e bastante vegetação. Chuveiro muito bom. Toalhas bacanas. O que mais me incomodou foi que não tinha recepção. Ao chegar fiquei perdido, andei pela propriedade e ninguém veio me receber, precisei ir no posto de combustível anexo ao hotel para perguntar onde era a recepção. Com isso a ATENDENTE DO POSTO me entregou a chave e não falou mais nada, não me falou como funcionava a portaria, uma vez que não tinha ninguém, não me explicou sobre o café da manhã, o qual fiquei sabendo por acaso no outro dia que era servido no posto também, o que achei estranho e decepcionante. Fui surpreendido negativamente com essa recepção e comodidade para o hóspede.
