The only small minus is the 'smart system' to control the closing/opening of the curtains, lights and heating/air-conditioning: it's complicated to operate if you're not used to it. My advice: get rid of it and put back the old fashion switches.

• Leonardo (9/5): Superb - This property is brand new and design. So the house is very modern and with automatic settings for light and other furniture of the flat. Very interesting and beautiful area in front of the forest. It was said for 3 bedroom but there were just 1 big bedroom and then a sofa. Big and beautiful sofa but fortunately we just stayed one night otherwise it would have been uncomfortable. Everything else very good.

The staff are very good, especially the Hostess. She was there every time we asked something.. I would HIGHLY recommend this place .

I would definitely stay again. - First of all the apartment is stunning, beautifully decorated, well equipped and very modern, we were welcomed with a cute display which was really thoughtful. The location is very central within walkable distance to the city centre and also has quite a good choice of stores and restaurants around. Communication was really effective and questions we had were answered or resolved promptly. There is ample parking for the building if you need that and the cleaning lady is available to clean as required. The apartment also had good entertainment and sound systems throughout the house. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Tirana. I think this would be a 10 if the building had a gym and a pool.

Cleaning services were available every day and the result was perfect every time. The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful modern buildings of Tirana offering stunning view of the great Park of Tirana. The location is perfect for people that want to explore the city and for people that might be using it for business purposes.

The location was central enough and perfect for us too. The views from the apartment are beautiful and so calming. We had also reserved our free parking spot in advance of our arrival which was great as we didn’t need to worry about parking. The customer service from the host was outstanding, she went above and beyond to help us with directions and recommendations. I was extremely impressed by everything! I will definitely stay here again during my next visit.
• Rubin (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location if you want to visit the city centre. After staying at Vatër Apartments last year i booked again but this time in their new location. And of course they didn't disappoint. State of the art smart home with every feature one might need when visiting Tirana city. Beautiful new building. The rooms were arranged to perfection. Great host as usual. Didn't even have to wait for the keys this time as everything is done through access codes. Looking forward to my next visit.
