• Maria (8/5): incredible stay - Everything from before check in was excellent. The customer service and explanations to collect keys, answer questions was incredible. The apartment was very clean and exactly what we needed as a family of 4. The location is ifantastic, super central. Thebed is so comfortable! The pull out bed wasnt great, a little flimsy, but the kids slept well in it. The upstair roof top pool was great, with amazing views but they could do so much more up there to take advantage of the locatiom.

• Gustavo_costa (7/5): Apartamento muito limpo e bem localizado mas o sofá cama é uma tortura corporal. - Muito limpo e excelente localização. O sofá cama era extremamente descomfortável. O colchão era fino e sentiam-se todos os ferros da estrutura do sofá. Qualquer movimento fazia imenso barulho, ao fim de duas noites preferi dormir no chão que era mais confortável. Estar na zona do centro é óptimo, mas o isolamento acústico do edifício é fraco (mesmo as janelas tendo vidros duplos, o isolamento não está bem feito). Como é uma zona muito movimentada, ouve-se muito barulho do exterior durante toda a noite.

• Jean Frederic (5/5): Logement pas reposant - Emplacement central mais trop bruyant Beaucoup de bruit dans la rue la nuit et bruit de pompe toute la nuit dans l immeuble. Donc sommeil mauvais! Literie de mauvaise qualité. Eau chaude seulement pour 1 douche 5 minutes après il fallait attendre que l eau réchauffe… Seulement 3 tabourets alors que le logement est prévu pour 4. Pas de terrasse non plus. Nous ne le conseillons pas aux personnes qui souhaitent passer un week-end tranquille.

La decoración sobrecargada, y algunos muebles son muy grandes para el espacio disponible, dificultando el tránsito.

It was really quite a bad smell. Sometimes it abated but never fully went away. It is my only criticism of an otherwise excellent apartment.

• Erin (5/5): CAUTION - the apartment given to me was not the one I booked and not as nice - CAUTION - the apartment given to me was different than the one I booked. CAUTION - the apartment given to me was not the one I booked. When I shared with Rosa it felt like a downgrade from what I booked, she claimed it was a free upgrade and said that it was 2x as expensive as the apartment I booked. When I asked her to send me the link to the upgraded one so I could see pics and price, she stopped responding. I recognize this could be a one off based on how many good reviews but wanted to caution others. If they say they have a “surprise” for you, be firm in saying no thank you. I mistakenly didn’t ask what the surprise was, just assumed something like free chocolates as other hosts in Spain left that. Will formally report this to Booking when I get back home. I remember being especially surprised by the bathroom because I do not ever book curbless showers and overall the place didn’t look as nice as I remembered. Water would get everywhere in the bathroom, even cover the toilet in water. The kitchen had plastic chairs. But I thought maybe my memory is failing me since it had been some time since I booked it. I was under my reservations on booking site on my long train ride back to Madrid and the pics caught my eye. Reviewed all pics on the general listing and not one matched with the apartment they gave me. Very unfortunate lesson learned that I should have looked right when I checked in and felt something was off. Rosa tried to say it was an upgraded view but it just made the apartment very noisy overlooking the plaza as the plaza echoes a lot.

Even if we had 3rd person staying on the sofabed would still be enough space. Staff, Rosa, is very helpful from the start until we checked out. She gave few tips and suggestions for reliable taxi driver, which we used during our stay. Would definitly comeback for longer stay. Location is amazing, close to everything. The Plaza itself is just lovely and it is walking distance to everything. The apartment is perfect for a couple, very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Be sure to check out the sunset from the rooftop. As it is on a Plaza it can be a little noisy at night but nothing too bad.

Iets meer handdoeken zou fijn zijn, maar met de wasmachine in het appartement prima op te lossen door zelf even een wasje te draaien.

• Alexis (10/5): Great location. Spacious apartment with everything you need. - The apartment was spacious and have everything you need. The location is great near to the best spots in Granada. Rosa was always available on Whatsup if I had any questions.
• Esteban (10/5): - Todo. La ubicación es genial, cerca de todo para ir andando. Y el alojamiento confortable, limpio, muy bien equipado, buena presión de agua, pequeño pero super bien aprovechado y distribuido el espacio, el resto de huéspedes respetuosos, pudimos descansar bien. Mis hijos y yo nos sentimos como en casa. Por poner una peguilla, el sofá cama un poco incómodo. Todo estaba muy bien. Lo único el sofá cama, que era un poco incómodo.
• MAITE (10/5): - El alojamiento es tal como se ve en las fotos:genial!! Para visitar Granada andando, está en una situación privilegiada. La piscinita , un plus para refrescarse. Imperativo buscarse un parking en las inmediaciones ya que es tan céntrico que no se puede acceder.con el coche.

• Beaurd (9/5): Precioso apartamento en el centro de Granada. - Apartamento impecable, moderno y supercéntrico. La.plaza donde se situa es preciosa asi como las vistas a la catedral. La azotea unas vistas impresionantes de todo Granada y Sierra Nevada. La piscina es pequeña y tiene solo profundidad de un metro aprox, pero esta bien para refrescarse despues de un dia de turismo. Es impresncindeble reservar parking a parte, por que en esa zona es imposible aparcar en la calle. Hay dos muy cerca. Es un poco justo para tres personas

• Mark (8/5): Ontzettend schoon appartement aan een van de mooiste pleinen van Granada en schitterend uitzicht van het dakterras met z - Prachtige locatie op mooi plein en terras met uitzicht en zwembad op het dak en attent personeel. Slaapbank was erg oncomfortabel en te dun, en details met gebrekkig onderhoud zoals de afzuigkap die t niet deed, afwerking van badmeubel en kastdeuren

• Johannes (10/5): Fijn appartement op toplocatie - Mooi appartement op een toplocatie! Van alle gemakken voorzien en mooi ingericht. Ook fijn dat het in het centrum ligt. Ook het zwembad op het dak is top en 24 uur open. Personeel is via whatsapp snel bereikbaar, vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Het enige nadeel was dat het bed wat smal was en erg hard lag.

• Alan (10/5): Beauty on the Plaza - The location was excellent, the room was nice large with a nice balcony, the facilities were excellent, even had a washing machine/dryer Lovely little swimming pool on the roof terrace, What more could you ask for. There was nothing not to like.
