• Lauren (6/5): - The door handle to the bedroom was broken, the shower head couldn’t be attached so had to always be hand held, there was no shower curtain, and the couch and toilet door was very dirty.

• Andreas (2/5): Enttäuschend - Das Apartment war dreckig, von unzumutbaren Matratzen/Decken/Sofa. Geschirr und Toaster ebenfalls dreckig und man möchte diese gar nicht benutzen. Beim Check-in war die Wohnung noch nicht einmal gereinigt worden, wodurch wir die Wohnung nochmal extra verlassen mussten.auf mehr möchte ich an dieser Stelle nicht eingehen, aber es ist nich weiter zu empfehlen.

• Doc (8/5): Great location, few minutes walk from train station. - Well equipped with oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine. Lacked the clothes rack for drying laundry that was supposed to be available. Tile in front of kitchen sink is cracked and slightly loose so better to have that fixed.

• Marija (8/5): - The location is excellent, with a very pleasant neighborhood. The subway is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of stores, restaurants, and bars nearby. The large bed is extremely comfortable. The owner was kind enough to allow an earlier check-in and to check in with me to make sure I had arrived and settled in comfortably. The apartment was generally fine, but a few practical things could be improved. There was no mop available, which was inconvenient given the snowy weather and wet floors. A couple of appliances were not working properly (coffee machine and TV), and the shower drain was slightly clogged. The main issue, however, was communication. I contacted the owner several times regarding the possibility of a later check-out and received no response at all. Even a simple “no” would have been fine, I just needed a reply in order to plan accordingly. Because of the lack of response, we were unsure how to interpret the situation, and the cleaning lady arrived at 11:00 sharp while we were still packing, expecting some clarification.

Á chegada não tínhamos informação como aceder a o apartamento nem do código para abrir a box que continha a chave. Por ser tarde obrigou-nos a passar a noite num hotel. Contactámos o proprietário que gentilmente fez tudo para nos ajudar e lamentou profundamente o sucedido. Só mais tarde tivemos acesso ao código.

• Guest (10/5): Cozy and Comfortable - The apartment was great! It was warm and cozy and all the beds were very very comfortable. The building was quiet and close to the metro. The TV worked great and my friends and I watched a movie together in bed. Great place to stay in Vienna!

• Doris (4/5): Wien ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, die es wirklich lohnt zu besuchen. - Die Lage, die ich mir ja auch ausgesucht hatte, war für uns perfekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso eine Tiefgarage (24,50 Euro/Tag). Besonders die Nähe zum Prater, damit war unser täglicher Abendbesuch ein schöner Abschluss. Leider gibt es da so einiges, angefangen von der minimalistisch ausgestatteten Küche. Die Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche (schlecht gewaschen mit undefinierbaren Flecken), die Couch total fleckig. Es fehlten Stühle, die wurden zum Glück auf Nachfrage am zweiten Tag nachgeliefert, sodass wir gemeinsam am Tisch sitzen konnten. Noch so Kleinigkeiten, die ich nicht aufzählen möchte, insgesamt nicht anheimelt.

• Daniela (5/5): Nie polecam - Dobra lokalizacja - blisko Prater, obok stacji metra, sklepu spożywczego Zameldowanie od 15:00 - wszystko, by było ok, gdyby nie fakt, że w skrytce nie było kluczy do apartamentu a z właścicielem / zarządcą nie dało się skontaktować (szabat i automatyczna odpowiedz). Po godzinie przyjechał jakiś jegomość i wrzucił klucz do skrytki - na to mozna jeszcze przymknąć oko (każdemu może się zdarzyć zapomnieć …. Ok). Ale brak kontaktu z właścicielem - tego nie jestem w stanie zrozumieć. Aczkolwiek największym problemem jest fakt, że aparatament jest po prostu brudny. Plamy na podłodze, brudne sztućce, czyjeś śmieci w wiadrze na mop pod zlewem, słabo działający odpływ w kabinie prysznicowej. Nie mogę polecić.

Poca cura nella pulizia e nelle dotazioni della camera. Biancheria letto sopratutto .
• Marko (3/5): - -Location Unfortunately, our stay at this apartment was far below expectations. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon arrival, it was immediately obvious that the place had not been thoroughly cleaned. The couch was stained with old, deeply set marks, and the nightstand next to the bed had visible traces of mouthwash or toothpaste – a clear sign that surfaces had not been properly wiped. The bed was particularly disappointing – the sheets were dirty, with someone else's hair and traces of mascara, strongly suggesting they hadn’t been changed after the previous guests. There were cobwebs on the walls and a thick layer of dust on the shelves and furniture. The coffee machine wasn’t working, and underneath it were old, dried coffee stains that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. While the location is good and the apartment has potential, the hygiene and maintenance standards were simply unacceptable. A deep cleaning and a more professional approach to guest readiness are urgently needed.
• Kati (8/5): Very good - Excellent location The smaller room had a bed which made very loud creaking noise and had no curtains so the room lit up in the night whenever the staircase light was used by someone.
• Pradeep (6/5): Pleasant - The size of the apartment was large and very good. The place was not cleaned properly. Some of the pans were also unwashed. Out of 3 burners, only 1 was working. One of the dining chairs was broken. The blankets were dirty. It's an old building.

• Maria (1/5): Bad - The only positive aspect was the excellent location. Considering I was traveling with my child, it was very important for me to be close to the metro. The apartment itself was fine, but the unbearable noise from the radiator was a huge issue. The constant whistling and tapping made it impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. I tried contacting the owner, and they responded by saying they would send someone to fix it, but this solution didn’t work for us. The repairman was supposed to come when we weren’t at home, and we were on a short trip, so we didn’t want to waste half the day dealing with technical issues regarding the heating. I was ready to accept the discomfort and even requested a later check-out since our flight was rescheduled, but the owner refused. Moreover, when we checked in, no one informed us that the key box was broken, and we had to search for the keys in another place. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay but rather a stressful experience, especially if you’re traveling with a small child. If you value peace and quiet, this place is not for you, as silence can only be achieved by turning off the heating completely, which leaves the apartment very cold.

• Gross (2/5): Cheap for a reason. - There was a kitchen and fridge we can cook in. There is no ac, they had the water heater to the coldest setting, the bedding didn’t seem clean, the tv was very small. The hallway to get to the hotel seemed very unsafe and the elevator dropped 6-8 inches when it stopped on floors. There was a brothel across the street.

• Eliana (4/5): The apartment needs some renovation and a new cleaning person before it can be rented again. - - The apartment is conveniently located a few minutes away from the U2, and 10 minutes away from the U1. - The neighbourhood is very nice and calm. - The apartment is well insulated, which means that no sounds can be heard from outside. - It has shut out blinders. - The description says that upper floors accessible by elevator. It is not. There are a few steps before the elevator, and then the elevator only works going up. This means that to go down using the elevator, you need to go to the ground floor and then go up to the apartment. As a mum with a child in a stroller, this was highly inconvenient and the description needs to be updated urgently, before someone with movement impairments books the apartment. The owner was contacted about this on day 1/8 and never responded. - The key box was open before we arrived (so anyone could have taken the keys from the street and gotten in). - The apartment was dirty and dusty, the basics had been cleaned (wc, kitchen, bedlinen) but other elements were covered in dust or spiderwebs. - The bed in the second bedroom is bent towards the centre, which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on. - The heaters make loud noises until they are turned off, plus the one in the bedroom cannot be regulated, which means that if you have two people sleeping in two different rooms, one of them will be too hot or too cold. - If you take a shower longer than four minutes (literally) the water will turn ice cold. - The kitchen lacks the essential for cooking (a drying rack, a cutting board, a pasta drainer?) - There are odd clothes and dirty linens scattered around the wardrobe/bed drawers.

• Marko (2/5): Very poor maintanance - Good location, close to Prater and two metro stations. Host responded immediately after we asked to send someone so we can open the door of the bathroom. Comfortable beds. 1. No acces to the elevator, You climb up the luggage on third floor (cca 80 steps). 2. Very philty in general. Doors are sticky and dirty, if You move the bed or the sofa (as they cover the heater), You see lots of dust and cigarette butts. Trash was not empty from the wc - very unpleasant! Basics are clean though (toilet, bath tube, sink). 3. Nice veriaty of coffe, but coffe machine not working (remove, fix or exclude from description). 4. Flat beside is with very noisy neighbours. 5. We entered the cold place (15°C), it took three hours to heat up, without any instruction how to use the system or preheating it while You have a booking (in December) 6. Pictures are mixed from two nearby places the host rents (I think in Obermullnerstrasse looks more fresh). 7. Cheaply renovated - handle of the door left in my hand (as mentioned, fixed very promptly). Improvement is the way of willingness, it is not such an investment to clean it in details.

• Myriam (3/5): poor and very basic place, comfy bed, wouldn't stay again here - very comfy bed, nice silent neighborhood, working lift, tall ceilings drain wasn't working on the shower, it was clogged for almost 2 days, very elevated price for the state of the property, broken drawers on the kitchen, not enough toilet paper, extremely basic stuff, no napkins, no gel shower, wasn't super clean for the fee they charge.
• Chuwei (7/5): A cost-effective and quiet suite for family visitors - The location was good. It's a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Within minutes you can walk to a subway station and hence to everywhere in Vienna. The apartment is rather spatial and the bathroom and toilet are seperated. We found tea bags and instant tea in the cabinet. The TV is installed with Netflix and youtube. Good entertainment. The sheets were a little bit smelly. And I can smell some strange odor coming from the drain. It's an old building so one cannot blame too much. One of the oven tops did not work.
• Charles (9/5): Great apartment for two single travellers or a couple with a friend. - I liked the layout of the apartment, with a small but suitable common space between the two bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable and has proper curtains. There’s a laundry machine and the shower is good. When we turned up (after the check-in time) there was no key as the room wasn’t quite ready. It took a while to be able to get hold of someone and get into the place. After that everything was fine.
