• CHARIKLEIA (7/5): Καλό διαμέρισμα, αγενής ιδιοκτήτης,προσοχή στις παροχές γιατί δεν είναι όσες περιγράφονται . - Ανακαινισμενο και ευρύχωρο σε καλό σημείο για έξοδο στα παραλιακά μαγαζιά. Πρέπει να έχεις ίντερνετ/data για να συνεννοηθείς με τον ιδιοκτήτη και να σου δώσει οδηγίες για την παραλαβή των κλειδιών κλπ, αν δεν έχεις δεν γίνεται συνεννόηση. Η πληρωμή είναι μόνο μετρητά στην τιμή της booking όμως και ας περιγράφει πως μπορείς να πληρώσεις με κάρτα. ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΙ parking όπως περιγράφεται στις παροχές. Παρκάρεις στον δρόμο, άμα βρεις. Όταν το ανέφερα στον ιδιοκτήτη, δεν πήρα απάντηση. Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου ήταν μέτρια, είχε τρίχες στα μπάνια. Οι μπαλκονοπορτες δεν κλειδωναν.

Some of the details made the stay a little underrated, like mold.in bathroom, zapping naked electricity cables (dangerous) in bathroom, rusty washing machine. The building should also take care of the stairway corridor, it was a little bit scary. Otherwise good value for money.

• Hrishiraj (10/5): Great value for money, beautiful apartment. - The property was close to the beach and in a prominent location in Durres. The apartment itself was spacious and well maintained with all the essential amenities. Parking spaces were limited as there were no spaces allotted to the building and we had to rely on the public parking spots available outside the building which was a small hassle. Nevertheless, there was a paid parking spot nearby within walking distance.

• Martin (9/5): Perfect place with extra service - Very beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment situated right at the beachfront close to the promenade and many bars and restaurants. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. The condo itself has all any traveler need, wifi available, 2 flat screen TV, washing machine and many more. Parking for free is available at the opposite located hotel parking lot. The TV could have normal local channels. The only negative about this place is the incredible noise in the evening from the bars below playing very hard some local music which very annoying but not the fault of the owners. The rest is completely perfect.

• Kata (10/5): Nice place a minute walk away from the beach. - It was spacious bright and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Only some ideas. It would be nice to have some smaller lights too not only the ceiling lights and a knife for cutting bread in then kitchen.
