• Frédéricke (9/5): Parfait. - L'emplacement était idéal pour les familles et très calme le soir. Un lit pour bébé a été installé. De notre fenêtre on voyait un grand citronnier dans la cour. L'hébergement sentait un peu l'humidité, mais rien de trop dérangeant.

• Nevena (4/5): Great lactation, but needs urgent renovation - The location was absolutely great! Francesco was super kinda and helpful, gave us wonderful recommendations! The property definitely needs a refreshing. The space smelled of mold and moist everywhere. The walls in the living room were moldy and the paint was starting to fall off at some spots. It’s super damp and you can feel it in the air. The space was cold but the air conditioners were actually not working and there were two small heaters provided, but definitely not enough, especially with the moist everywhere. The bathroom canal also had a very strong, super unpleasant scent. The place needs refreshment indeed.

• Dominique (7/5): Bon emplacement - Le quartier, bon emplacement proche des transports en commun.Literie confortable. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire. L'appartement mériterait un bon rafraîchissement, humide en ce mois de février, notamment la salle de bain,le plafond de la cuisine avec des auréoles. On entend beaucoup la route car pas de double vitrage partout.Il n'y a pas de cafetière électrique juste cafetière à l'Italienne.Juste le basic pour se faire à manger.

• Jo (9/5): - Clean and spacious. Although the kitchen is small it works fine for cooking a meal for two. The apartment is quiet but the bar down the street can get a bit noisy on the weekends. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay. The pillows are comfortable but the bed is a bit too firm for my taste. Also the shower is quite small.

• Silvia (10/5): Molt recomanable. Repetiria! - Ben situada, molt a prop d’una estació de ferrocarril i força aprop també d’una parada de metro. Caminant a 20’ del barri espanyol. Té tot el que es pot necessitar. Magnífica relació qualitat preu. El propietari molt amable i atent. Té un bar de nit just a davant, tot i que a nosaltres no ens ha suposat cap problema, es sentia una mica la música.

• Claire (10/5): Perfect! - The apartment is perfect for a stay in Naples, it’s in a great location, surrounded by fantastic local restaurants and bars. Francesco was more than accommodating and flexible, making our stay so easy.

La porta del bagno che è rialzato è bassa e ne il gradino ne l'altezza sono segnalati, per questo ho sbattuto con la fronte sullo stipite. TV in zona giorno e prese non funzionanti. Infissi non chiudono bene. Tanta polvere. Altri problemi segnalati al gestore che non è mai venuto.

• Anneke (8/5): Very good - Great location, try the sfogliatella at the coffee place at piazza Amedeo. There is a supermarket around the corner for essentials. In the apartment is a comfortable bed, simple kitchen and bathroom. But the kitchen you will never use since there are so many restaurants in Napoli. The host is friendly, very welcoming and he has great recommendations.
• Maria (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Napoli! - Great place to stay in Napoli—close to everywhere, you can walk without taxi or take a metro, which is just in a couple steps from the building. Very friendly and helpful host, apartment was clean and well equipped, there is a very comfortable bed and good kitchen, where you can cook. We stayed here for one week and really felt like at home. Highly recommended!
• Muriel (10/5): Small piece of heaven in Napoli - The property was in the beautiful neighbourhood of Chiaia. It had a lovely gated small courtyard where you could sit outside. The apartment self was petite and lovely. Tastefully decorated and stocked up with some coffee, toilet paper, and necessary toiletries. So many bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Also the metro and funiculare is nearby. Nothing.

Location is fine, a lot of supermarkets near, restaurants and shops. Regarding the beach - there are few free beaches near apartments, around 15 minutes walks. However, that beaches are very dirty, we saw even a rat there. If you will go 15 minutes more( 30 in general) you will find paid beaches (12-15€ for the full day), that beaches are fine and there are all needed, including food and drinks. • Loredana (8/5): I enjoyed it and hope to go back some day - the apartment was very clean, confortable and spacious. The furniture was modern and functional. the only problem was that the apartment was close to a road that had a lot of traffic until about 11 pm. I did have to close the windows and turn on the AC in order not to hear the noise. Notwithstanding this I enjoyed my stay and slept quite well. The small outside space is covered by a beautiful bouganville tree! you could sit and look at it for hours...a little corner of peace and beauty in the middle of such a dinamic city.
