• Teodora (5/5): Top location but needs a renovation! - Location! The coach is quite uncomfortable when used for sleeping. There are dirty spots on the chairs.Bathroom needs renovation as well.
• Joseph (5/5): Lovely apartment in a fabulous location but could be better equipped. - Location….fabulous area of Rome, convenient for many tourist attractions, shops, bars, restaurants, metro, taxis etc. This is a lovely apartment but badly equipped, blunt knives, missing light bulbs, terrible shower, plastic cover on bed made it very uncomfortable, no instructions. We discovered at 10.30 pm that we had no hot water. All it required was for us to press a button on the boiler but we didn’t find out until 9.30 am the next day.

• Madalina (9/5): Great Central Base with Just a Few Quirks - ​Top-tier location! > Super central and easy to get to. The beds are comfy, and the kitchen has all the necessary tools. There's a small fridge, but it definitely does the job. ​Just a heads-up that there is no elevator, and you’ll need to carry your bags up three floors. The apartment floors can get a bit chilly, so I’d recommend bringing slippers or indoor shoes. Also, note that the dining area doesn't receive natural light. ​Regarding the bathroom, the fixed showerhead tends to run a bit regardless of the setting you select on the diverter. It would also be a great addition to have a bath mat, particularly near the sink area, to keep the floor dry.

• karen (6/5): It was OK as we were distracted mainly due to Rome being so great. Would not book again - The location was its very best feature followed by quiet at night and space in the property The level of maintenance is very poor! In particularly the shower, the door is brocken and hence water leaks out, the fittings are very old and the walls need a total refit. The rest of the bathroom would also benefit from repairing so that the towel rail for example would not need a piece of string holding it up on the wall. The kitchen is old but seems to work although I cannot say for sure as we only used the sink and coffee machine.

• Terri (9/5): It was a wonderful place to stay. - The property was close to so many areas of interest and was relatively easily walkable to many. I did not realize when I booked that it was up 3 flights of stairs. I struggled with that at my age (72). But it was my own error.

Owners were very responsive - Incredible location and lovely spacious apartment The apartment would benefit from some investment with basic repairs (eg shower door broken so water leaks all over the floor, sofa bed appears to be broken so is uncomfortable to sleep on, main bed would be a lot more comfortable if a waterproof plastic mattress protector was not used)

• Constanza (9/5): Excelente alojamiento - Esta excelente, es muy amplio y cómodo para 4 adultos. Es mucho más grande de lo que parece. Fuimos con mi abuela que tiene un poco de movilidad reducida y el ascensor funciona bien pero es un poco difícil acceder. El resto todo muy bien.

• Rita (7/5): Great location and walking distance to most attractions - Location was great and communication from host was great. The property is a bit older than the photos with a few things that needs to be fixed for a more pleasant stay.

• DEEPAK (1/5): - The property is a sham on clients, since it is a walk up 3 floors. It is in terrible condition and the host does not appear or help if needed. Terrible value for money and to be avoided. We left and got a much better deal in a very good hotel with breakfast for less.

Es silencioso por la noche. Es cierto que hay que subir escaleras pero no nos molestó para nada comparado a todo lo que se camina en Roma. Hay tiendas cerca es una zona segura, hay un mercado cerca. Dejaron insumos básicos de cocina y para el lavado de ropa, no habia amenities de baño. El colchon del sofa cama es mejorable, los blancos de buena calidad, buenas almohadas y el departamento en general muy limpio. anfitrión excelente. El colchón del sofá cama es mejorable. No hay amenities de baño.

• Carmen María (10/5): - La ubicación que tiene es maravillosa, accedes andando a cualquier lugar, zona muy segura. Fuimos con niños de 6 y 11 años, pudimos ver casi toda Roma por la localización del apartamento, muy grande, cómodo y práctico. Si volvemos ,repetiremos.
• Sergey (5/5): Maybe the worst accommodation I have had. - Location, room sizes The apartment had a bad smell, shower was small, the door of the shower was not closing properly resulting water leaking outside the e shower. Shower tube was leaking permanently.
• Garg (6/5): Nice clean apartment on 3rd floor - Our recent stay in this apartment was a bit of a hit-or-miss experience. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient. The setup was also nice, with a comfortable bedroom area. We were a bit disappointed with the kitchen, which was not well-stocked with essentials like coffee and sugar. We also had to go out and buy our own toiletries, as the showers did not have any gel or shampoo. And, as a minor complaint, the apartment could benefit from some mosquito repellents.

• MONIKA (6/5): - Zelo slaba raztegljiva postelja. Nemogoče za spati. Apartma je sicer lep, vendar postelje v dnevni sobi ne bi smeli prodajati kot ležišče.
• Annita (8/5): - Specious and clean. Great kitchen facilities and has a washing machine and clothes horse which is always soooo wonderful. Host was responsive and kind. The location was fabulous so close to the shops and Spanish steps, close to the bus stop too. There wasn’t a lift for this property as advertised- it’s on level 4. Really tricky when mobility impaired to get to the apartment.
• Beverley (8/5): Lovely spacious apartment right in the center of everything. Would definitely recommend. - Great location and walkable to almost all of the major attractions with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Very spacious with lots of room for a family of four to enjoy comfortably. We had one small problem with the hot water however the host was very responsive and explained how to fix it immediately so it was not a big deal at all.

• Lucia (9/5): Best location in Rome, spacious and comfortable. - Excellent location! The apartment is very comfortable and the host was very responsive and kind. It was very clean, well equipped kitchen, air conditioners for the hot days. Very easy check-in and check-out. It’s not a dislike, just a suggestion to add blackout curtains in the living room in case people are sleeping there.

• Carla (6/5): Pleasant - Good location Facilities were poor and tired, specially the bathroom. The flat looks a lot nicer in the pictures than it is in reality. Also host did not offer any toiletries even if the description did say toiletries were offered. Not expecting a lot but just a little bit of shampoo and shower gel.
• Shah (5/5): Its value for money and at a great location but wouldn’t take a third floor apartment when I am travelling all the way - I liked that the property was good. It is right near Spanish steps. There is no lift in the property and it is on the third floor. So international travellers have to take their bags three floors up. But the good thing is that if you ask for help. The owner provides a helper who can take your bag up for 10$.

• Antonio (4/5): Nice location and flat but at third floor without elevator - The location and the apartment Nobody inform us in the presentation of the property on booking.com that the apartment is at third floor without elevator. Three heavy suitcase to bring up and down. At the arrival the opening of the building gate didn't work and we had to wait for someone of the building coming out. The owner was not there to help.
• Monique (10/5): Extremely clean apartment with plenty of space. In the centre of all the shops. Perfect stay! - The property was in the centre of Rome. Next to all the shopping, Spanish steps, only a short walk to the Trevi fountain. We had such a lovely experience in this apartment. 4 people plenty of room. Extremely clean, all amenity’s. Safe area with access to everything. Will definitely return. Great Wi fi
• Sheila (7/5): Disappointing Accomodation - Excellent location. Bed very large & comfortable. Sound proofing was great - lovely & quiet. No "Streaming service (Like Netflix)" as advertised. Going to Rome was my partner's 60th birthday treat. After a day sightseeing & a meal out we like to watch a good film. So this wasn't possible. We couldn't get any English speaking channels at all, made more awkward by dead batteries in one of the remotes. I reported this to the owner when we arrived. He came round the next morning, on my partner's birthday & said he'd come back later that day (whilst we were out, which I'd agreed to) with new remotes & to sort it, as there were issues with the connection to the digital receiver. However, when we got back approx 5.30pm, he hadn't. So I contacted him again. He then came round but spent over an hour trying to sort it, whilst we were trying to get ready to go out for a meal. Very inconvenient. After that, we still only had a couple of news & a couple of religious channels in English. The hairdryer, although worked, was dangerous to use as the on/off switch had come off & had to be slotted back in manually. The owner did replace this with a new one the morning after I reported it/when I arrived there. The management of the maintenance of the apartment needs improving. Other issues included at least 4 light bulbs didn't work, curtains hanging off one of the rails, the bathroom had a very strong drains smell (although this may be a generic issue in Italy...), the shower head was dirty & there was a snag on the metal tip of the iron, which snagged a couple of my clothes. Finally, there are a number of other items listed as available on Booking.com which are not, including bath robe, Blu Ray player, ipad, free toiletries (unless you count hand wash in a duspenser).

• Theresa (9/5): Great location, very nice, spacious and clean apartment, and great service when we needed it most. - Actually, there was an individual there at the door, who apparently was also awaiting the arrival of another guest/room and he let us in and explained to us the lockbox/experience. We asked on booking.com for an early arrival and were granted it. However, we could only leave our luggage in the room when we arrived. That said, the young person cleaning the room was helpful (even with the language barrier). I confess to being anxious about leaving our luggage there; however, he was more helpful as I inadvertently left the keys to the building/room in my coat pocket, which I also left with him. When I realized it, I contacted our host, was able to get back into the building and the young cleaning person let me back in to get the keys. We got in over two hours before the stated time and were very grateful for it.
• Brita (9/5): Fabulous location. Great stay!! - So close to everything. We walked to all of the main attractions. Super comfortable for a family of 4. Good wifi and super easy to deal with the host. No elevator so we had to carry up bags a couple of levels. Worked off the pasta and pizza!!!

I thought that perhaps some bottled water and a couple of coffee pods would have been a nice added touch given we were only staying one night. Also important that customers are aware 3 flights of stairs as no lift.

• Dutsadee (9/5): Great place to stay - The apartment is so nice, cosy and the bed is so comfy , we had a good sleep just like home, the location is close to everything we want to visit by foot and really close to Spagna metro station and Spanish steps and via Conditti (very good for the person who loves shopping ). Cafour supermarket is only 350 metres away, really convenient for us to grab everything we need while we're staying at this place. At first we hardly find the Apartment and if you have heavy luggage you have to reach the apartment on the 4th floor by stairs but there is an elevator to reach the 4th floor but you have to carry your luggage down by little staircase to get in the room.

• Heidi (10/5): Ideal location of a Rome adventure. - The apartment was huge, comfortable, and the location could not have been better. It was super quiet, but when you went out the door it was right in the vibrant center of Rome! Checking in was a breeze.
• Nicola (10/5): Stunning - The most perfect place. Myself my mum and my 5 month old baby stayed in the flat. It was a fantastic location with all the amenities needed it was like a home from home. With the baby we weren’t out late and it was nice to be able to cater for ourselves. Super clean and fresh. Myself and the baby slept on the pull out sofa which was so handy and comfy and my mum loves the main bed! The three flights up kept us fit working of the pizza and pasta! We couldn’t get the TV to work like a smart TV to cast our own shows onto it, it would have been good to be able to do this.

• Mason (7/5): Great location but communication was not great. Should honour your word - that’s the only thing I really expect and ask - I’ll start with the good.. Conveniently located with nearby grocery store. Located on the top floor, so beware if you have strollers or physically unable to go up multiple flights of stairs. Windows but no views whatsoever. The biggest issue I had was that we were specifically told that someone would come for a quick clean up at the midway poignet point of our stay of just over a week. They never came. Garbage piled up and no one ever cleared the bins/recycling. Was also told that lights would be fixed (non operational) but no one came. Also found crumbs on the sofa.
• Tamilla (8/5): It was great location and comfy bed - Great location, easy walk to every attraction in Rome. Comfortable bed, big spacious apt. The shower was not very clean, need to replace shower head as it is rusty. The water doesn’t drain, and it spill over to the floor of the bathroom. Coffee machine - but no capsules in the kitchen. It would be nice to offer your guests at least a minimum 2 capsules a day.

Every minute things as regards amenities were provided If u have lot of luggage going up to 3rd floor is challenge… even with lifts , lot of steps are required to be covered- in my this is only issue of this apartment.
