The location is excellent, the property is clean and has everything you need and more for a restful, comfortable and relaxing stay. I could have stayed here for weeks and weeks but unfortunately it was only for one night. Would most definitely recommend and would love to stay again. Nothing. It was perfect.
• DevonMatt91 (9/5): Excellent stay. - This property was fab. Right in the centre, and 2 mins from all the restaurants, bars, convenience stores (sainsburys). The property owner had thought of everything. So many little details that made this place great. My 6 year old found the art choices particularly funny. If I was to come to Canterbury again, I'd stay here in a heartbeat. There isn't anything about the property we didn't like. Parking is always an issue with these kind of trips/stays. However if you use JustPark app, I found a car park for £18 to park from 1pm till 8pm the next day, which is not bad pricing at all and less than 6 min walk.

• Stephen (10/5): A great place for stay in for a visit - The location was great, right on the edge of town, surrounded by lots of shops, restaurants and the river Stour. It was quiet at night. The flat itself is amazing - clean, super 'smart' tech-wise and cosy furniture and décor. Incredibly well priced.

• András (9/5): - The location is excellent, above the river Stour close to the station and also to the historic centre. The flat is spacious for 4 people, the two couples are well separated for the night.
• Joanne (8/5): - Comfortable, well equipped and great location minutes away from the station, cathedral, main shops etc. The host sent helpful and clear check in information and clearly had put a lot of thought into the apartment. There was a kind welcome message to greet us. The apartment was characterful and spacious (although taller guests might want to opt for the lower bathroom) - we loved the plants. The bedrooms and bathrooms across two floors gave plenty of privacy, with the lounge and dining area providing generous shared space. As it was January we couldn't enjoy the balcony, which must be wonderful for warmer weather. This was a great find and there wasn't anything meaningfully negative. As above, any potential tall guests need to be mindful that the upper bedroom and bathroom have slopping ceilings-but there are two bathrooms to choose from. There was a smell of stale cigarette smoke, which probably came from one of the neighbouring flats. As it was January we couldn't open the lovely balcony doors to get air through.

Decor was beautiful, lovely lighting. Would stay again. Advise on convenient parking. Email stated, see picture attached, but no picture was there for me to review. Paid a lot of money for parking near the property. Not a huge problem, but made the cost of the trip more expensive.

• doug (9/5): Very comfortable, lovely & warm, and so convenient to walk everywhere. - The location was brilliant and the flat decorated for Xmas, welcoming and warm, exactly as described. The kitchen was everything we needed except that my sister was thrilled to see the coffee machine and then unable to buy pods for it. This isn't a complaint, the facilities were otherwise 100%.

• Kevin (9/5): Canterbury - where the pedestrian is king :-) - The interior design and decoration is outstanding. There lots of tables, cupboards, shelves, hooks etc for all of those bits and pieces that most people have. There are all sorts of power outlets for all sorts of electronic gadgets. Brilliant! And we managed to find local parking for £16 for two days. Google maps didn't know that the road (Pound Lane) was closed and tried to take us in via the Westgate end. If only we had known that from the other end of Pound Lane we could drive up to the front door and unload, then we might have avoided the gridlock! Parking in the municipal car parks is expensive at £30 per day. Fortunately Lenleys furniture shop has parking for about £8 per day. The smart TV was fine, but it would have been more convenient if the flat had its own account for iPlayer etc (if this is at all possible)

• Sharon (9/5): Lovely weekend in a central position with lots around to do, will defiantly stay again. - The apartment had very easy access to the city, it was well equipped, near some lovely pubs and restaurants, the beds were really comfortable, easy to access and the host made sure we had all the details of how to get in. Couldn't get the downstairs radiator to work so was a bit chilly but there was a fan heater in the kitchen so we put that on for a bit.
• Karen (10/5): Cosy, well located apartment - Situated on the top floor of a block (4 flights of stairs) a stones throw from iconic Westgate, this cute 2 bedroom apartment is arranged with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. The lounge has it's own balcony looking out to the river stour. It's cosy, carpeted rooms had some lovely touches of real plants, nice lighting, usb c and iPhone phone chargers bedrooms with a quirky well thought about layout. Beds were comfortable with cotton sheets. There are some basics like tea coffee sugar salt pepper in kitchen. Open the window and you hear the sound of seagulls and cathedral bells... Access is via a lockbox with key, which is handy. Location wise it's right at the top of the high street, a lovely walk down to the cathedral. Andy was communicative all the way through and able to answer any questions. Kindly accommodating to our requests to leave bags in the hall after checkout Clear written illustrated instructions on use of heating etc Lovely stay in a beautiful city Leaving;) Careful not to bang your head on the sloping corner of the ceiling in top bedroom. Might just be me ;)

• Reina (9/5): - Gezellig en schoon appartement met een persoonlijk welkomsbericht bij binnenkomst. Locatie is perfect, je loopt zo hetcentrum in, naar de kathedraal. Sfeervol. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de omgeving van het appartement het douche gordijn boven in de badkamer kon niet uitklappen, dit was wat onhandig.

• Linda (9/5): - The location is fabulous! All sights easily in walking distance with many places to eat nearby. The host was very responsive and gave excellent directions. Parking was expensive. Also be advised that the apartment is on the third floor, meaning you have stairs to climb and top floor bedroom and bath have slanted ceilings so tall people need to watch their heads.

• Greg (10/5): Excellent - We arrived to a friendly welcome message and immediately we were happy with our choice of accommodation. It felt like the apartment had been styled with love and care. If you start to sing ‘ We all live in a yellow submarine’, don’t be surprised!! The location is excellent, near shops and cafés ( just off the High Street) and on the canal. There are good restaurants near by, but the kitchen is also well- equipped, so one can choose to eat in or out. We highly recommend the apartment. For us, being tall, we found we were walking stooped over upstairs due to the sloping roof. However, it was very comfortable upstairs and we really liked it.
