Мизерни стаи, баня и тоалетна под всякаква критика, слабо налягане на топлата вода и трудно регулиране на топлината и, не работещи смесители, липса на парцал за забърсване на под, липса на ютия, липса на комарници. Миришещи стаи и гардероби. Трудно паркиране в близост до апартамента.
