• Matti (9/5): - Ensimmäinen kerros, rauhallinen ja lämmin asunto. Hyvät tyynyt. Hiustenkuivaaja uupui. Remontin yksityiskohdat hieman kaipaa viimeistelyä. Olohuoneessa voisi olla tukevamman oloiset istuimet/sohva.

• Riitta Turpeinen (8/5): - Asunto oli ihan siisti ja sijainti Jamkin pääkampuksen lähellä oli hyvä. Talo oli rauhallinen. Huoneisto ei ollut ihan uusinta uutta, mutta kaikki tarvittava löytyi.

• MAS (8/5): - Sijainti ok, navi löysi perille, parkkipaikat riittivät juuri ja juuri talon edessä (viimeisen vapaan sain). Huoneistossa ihan ok varustus, moderni jääkaappi/pakastin, mikro, uuni. Pizzeria lähietäisyydellä. Puisto kävelyreitteineen (ja ranta) lähellä. WC:ssä laskutilaa niukasti, wc-paperirullateline puuttuu (rullat korissa lattialla) samoin hylly suihkusta (pullot lattialla), lattia kastuu helposti, lattiapyyhettä ei tarjolla.

• Noora (9/5): Comfortable and quiet apartment - Nice, calm location. Quiet, comfortable house, close by the city. Beautifully decorated and a very nice balcony as well. The bed sheets were washed with strongly scented product, that slightly irritated my sensitive skin.

• Cesana (8/5): Very good - Large apartment with kitchen, ventilator, really comfortable. Quite location. The parking for motorbike is on a payment spot.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - I was traveling for a hectic professional event, so I just wanted somewhere convenient and quiet to rest between busy days. The apartment was perfect for that. Comfy bed, nice sofa for chilling, everything clean and neat. Nothing to dislike. I would stay here again if I come back to Jyväskylä.

• Petteri (9/5): Little stay at a nice flat - Spacy and cozy apartment quite close to the city center. Big, comfortable bed. The check in was smooth. Some basic stuff for cooking was provided. The location is pretty good, close to both city and the nature. The view from the windows is nice, though the kitchen is close to a small road and it's the ground floor. The kitchen was not particularly well equipped when it comes to utensils, and the positioning of the appliances was a bit frustrating, as there was only one socket for them. There was some dust in the living room.
