• Esperanza (1/5): Un apartamento sucio y patetico ! - Nada Sucio , falta de sábanas , de toallas , calentador roto , no tenia agua caliente , mucha suciedad por todo , el sofá con más mierda que un cubo de basura , el fregadero con desperdicios de comida de los inquilinos anteriores , sin limpiar , sin papel del baño , las paredes no les cabía mas mierda , fuimos 5 personas y solo habían toallas y sábanas para 3 personas , vamos el alojamiento es para una inspección de sanidad ! No vuelvo ni lo recomiendo ni siendo gratis !

• Irene (4/5): Thanks god we stopped only for sleeping cause this apartment is a mess. It shouldn’t come as an options for families wot - Location is right in the center of the city. Very good location. And the restaurant down there called Los Manueles is 100% worth it. Very tasty food and amazing staff. We already knew the place is noise because of the many restaurants underneath. I was okay but my husband couldn’t sleep. Very bad apartment unless you’re in a bachelor trip and you don’t care about anything: - The code for entering the apartment was wrong and I had to call the customer service to ask for help. They reboot the system and gave me new passcode and then it worked. - The cleaning staff didn’t broom properly. There was big balls of dust everywhere. - The bedsheets and pillow had stains. Not clean - The drain in the bathroom was clogged and when we showered there was water all over the bathroom till the corridor. They probably know this because they left a mop there to clean your own mess 🤣 - When you try to wash anything in the kitchen sink the water comes from down and gets out from the cabinet. You really should fix this. I had to put a towel there. - There’s AC only in the living room but there’s a ceiling fan on the main bedroom… that we couldn’t use cause the remote control was missing. I called customer service about this but they couldn’t help me. - The sofa-bed is very uncomfortable and had many white stains that god knows what it was. Also it was very small. The dinning is quite spacious so they couldn’t have fit a bigger sofa (the sofa I got it wasn’t same as the photo in booking.com)
• Mariano (9/5): Comfy and well located apartment in Granada - Well located apartment. Comfy rooms, spacious bathroom. Equipped kitchen with washer. Luminous. Somewhat noisy area at night. It's a 1st floor over a restaurants and bars street.
• Pete (6/5): Once we were in it was acceptable. Just a mission to get sorted. - Location Couldn’t pay online. Had to attend a different hotel to pay. I was given the wrong address so had to back track. Was told to check in at the hotel which was obviously wrong after attending. There is email proof of this error. Went to other address to find no one to check us in. When someone finally appeared they hadn’t charged the pay point. So we couldn’t pay electronically. There was no power cable to charge the device. We asked to pay cash but they had to find the key to the locker so we didn’t bother with the change. Other guests in the same boat. The check in girls were nice and friendly. They tried hard but there were failures at every stage. Dirty kitchen cutlery. No detergent for the washing machine. No where to hang the shower head. Place clearly hadn’t been aired out in a long time so we opened every window for an hour.
• Zainab (1/5): Despite the name there’s no “Comfort” with this stay. - There’s really not a single thing I can say that I liked about this property. Whilst there is a place to leave your luggage, the check in desk is an 8 minute walk from the location of the apartment. The apartment is on the same street as multiple restaurants which means it was extremely noisy until the early hours of the morning and the doors/windows did nothing to keep the noise out. The entire apartment smelt of damp and each room was generally unclean and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in between visits. Despite asking the owner twice, the WiFi didn’t work so we had no internet connection for the duration of our stay. There were also no cupboards and no blankets in the main bedroom. The shower water was cold. There was nothing comfortable about our stay and we couldn’t wait to leave the apartment. I honestly which I could get my money back as it was very disappointing and I would not recommend.
• Ann (2/5): Disappointed - did not feel like the host cared - Good location The facilities below standard. Keeping in mind 4 people registered. Only 1 cup, no kettle, 2 spoons, other cutlery dirty, cloth for cleaning dishes, no detergent or soap, no tea towel, no laundry detergent. Had to request sheets for sofa bed but no towels for 4th person supplied. No soap to wash hands in bathroom. Poor maintenance generally eg tap not secure in kitchen, and bathroom door swollen so difficult to close. Wifi connects but no internet connection.

• Robert (8/5): Great value apartment in excellent location - Great location. Comfortable apt. Big bathroom. Old style door shutters to cool balcony over a lovely old street near historic sites. Spare bedroom no lights working and electronic lock on door hard to work. Apt could do with fresh coat of paint.
