• Alexandra (9/5): Ottima posizione e pulizia - Posizione centrale che permette di raggiungere a piedi praticamente tutte le zone di interesse. Appartamento molto spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Presente anche la TV ma non ci sono canali italiani. Comodo il bidet ma utilizzabile solo con acqua fredda: esce solo un filo di acqua calda. Non è stato semplice trovare il locker dove recuperare le chiavi, nonostante le indicazioni e fotografie inviate via whatsapp

• Max (9/5): - Location was excellent and in a quiet courtyard that was only accessible to key holders after 9pm. Apartment was spacious. The gated locks to the courtyard were difficult to open, pillows weren’t particularly comfortable.

• Jonathan (5/5): Increíble ubicación pero podría mejorar - La ubicación estaba céntrica , la cocina y el baño reformado y buenos materiales. La atención a la llegada del personal y la amabilidad a la hora de ofrecernos el servicio de cuna. No estaba tan limpio como debería, había bastante polvo en el ambiente y la habitación tenía los muebles muy anticuados.

Vartų iš Sierpes gatvės raktas pilnai įstačius į spyną visai nerakino, teko bandyti visokius rakinimo variantus, kol pavyko atrakinti įkišus raktą tik 1/3 į spyną, tai nenormalu, tas pats su durimis į patį butą, tik ten teikia nedakišti rakto apie 3 mm.

• Maksym (9/5): - It is located in the historical center. Almost all historical places to visit are near apartment. Modern kitchen as well as the apartment. The apartment has everything what is necessary. Air conditioner is in each room. TV set with internet, stay with your favorite streaming services. Cold floor in Winter, there is no way to survive without slippers. Heating apartment by air conditioner, may dry the air. Unclear odor in the entrance shared room. Old style wooden windows. it is necessary to put some force to close some of them. Besides that we did not have any problem.

• Clara (3/5): Una delusione - - posizione centrale, anche se in zona pedonale e quindi non direttamente raggiungibile in auto/taxi - appartamento con camera matrimoniale, zona soggiorno con cucina e un divano letto - in totale due climatizzatori, uno nella camera matrimoniale e uno in soggiorno regolabili separatamente - bagno con doccia e bidet, dotato di asciugacapelli con diffusore - abbiamo prenotato per tre persone. Era sistemato solo il letto matrimoniale, quando abbiamo chiesto del terzo letto ci sono stati indicati lenzuola e il divano letto, che abbiamo dovuto preparare da soli. Visto che il letto matrimoniale era stato fatto e la prenotazione era per tre non capisco perché non fosse stato preparato anche il terzo letto, probabilmente per pura comodità - bagno sporco, puzza di urina per via di residui incrostati sotto il bordo del wc. Abbiamo chiesto immediatamente una pulizia, circa un’ora dopo é passato qualcuno per pulire. Purtroppo la pulizia è stata superficiale (dovevamo uscire e non abbiamo potuto rimanere lì a controllare) con abbondante uso di spray profumati per coprire l’odore. In allegato due foto (una prima e una dopo la pulizia, infatti non si vede nessuna differenza purtroppo!) - per entrare durante la notte ci vogliono 4 chiavi, di giorno 3 chiavi (perché il portone esterno resta aperto). Solo una di queste chiavi funziona adeguatamente senza bisogno di trovare la posizione esatta “al millimetro” per girare la chiave. Vi prego, cambiate chiavi e serrature!

• Maura (6/5): Ci sono sicuramente tante cose da migliorare - Appartamenti grandi e funzionali, attrezzati di tutto il necessario. Gli appartamenti purtroppo sono molto umidi e si sente sempre una forte puzza di chiuso. Nonostante avessimo provato ad aprire le finestre, il miglioramento era solo temporaneo e rientrando a fine giornata l’odore sgradevole tornava sempre. La pulizia dei punti non direttamente visibili nelle strutture deve essere nettamente migliorata (es. lampade, tende). I condizionatori avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione sia tecnica che, probabilmente, di cambio dei filtri. Anche da lì usciva un odore poco piacevole e non si riusciva a respirare un’aria sana. Le serrature delle porte vanno assolutamente cambiate, non si può rischiare di restare chiusi fuori dall’appartamento ogni sera.

• Mario (9/5): Il soggiorno è stato piacevole. - L'appartamento è in una zona centralissima, a due passi dalla Setas. Ci sono supermercati e negozi nelle vicinanze. Tutti i monumenti principali sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. L'appartamento è di buone dimensioni, tutto funziona perfettamente. Nella zona cucina sono presenti un bollitore per l'acqua con bustine di the e zucchero e una macchina del caffè con cialde, tre piastre ad induzione, forno a microonde e lavatrice. Il bagno è grande, la doccia molto grande e funzionale. I letti sono comodi, anche il divano-letto matrimoniale. C'è una TV di grandi dimensioni, il riscaldamento e l'aria condizionata. Non migliorerei nulla.
• ivan (7/5): Agradable - Muy buena ubicación, muy amplio, muy cómodo y muy luminoso, moderno y en un patio privado Lo único que no me gustó fue que las llaves no abren las puertas bien, cada vez que tienes que abrir una puerta son 15 min y son 4 puertas para entrar al piso, sin exagerar 15 minutos para abrir una puerta por qué ninguna de las llaves funciona lo que hace que la estancia no sea de 10 ya que funcionan exageradamente mal

Ha anche una lavatrice che si può utilizzare. Mio figlio è andato sotto il letto per prendere una cosa ed è uscito PIENO di polvere. Capelli lunghi scuri sul pavimento post doccia (sono bionda)

L'appartement donne sur une cour donc loin des rues animées de la ville. cuisine bien équipée et linge de maison disponible pour toute la famille. Pas d'ascenseur, avec une poussette c'est pas pratique mais ça n'a pas été un vrai problème.

• Emmanuelle (4/5): Appartement ne correspondant pas aux photos et literie très décevante - La situation géographique La souplesse de l'hôte sur l'horaire d'arrivée L'appartement n'était pas celui sur la photo : nous avons été logés dans l'appartement voisin, dont le standing est nettement inférieur, notamment au niveau du couchage : pas de vrai canapé-lit ni de lits jumeaux dans la chambre. Bref rien à voir avec les photos. Contacté, l'hôte a nié en bloc, alors que nous avions les preuve de sa mauvaise foie après avoir pu entrer dans l'appartement qu'il aurait du nous louer au moment du passage de la femme de ménage, qui nous a confirmé qu'il y avait bien 2 appartement côte à côte.

• JOSE JAVIER (7/5): Bien,.pero engañados. - La ubicación perfecta, el apartamento muy bien pero no es el que contratamos por las fotos. La actitud de la chica que nos atendió, nada más entrar vimos que no era el apartamento que muestran las fotos de booking.com, según ella dicen que han hablado varias veces para cambiarlas, cosa q dudo por q le pedimos que nos diera el que habíamos contratado y nos dijo que ya estaba ocupado, no era cierto, por la tarde vimos que entraba con una pareja a ese apartamento. Nos dijo que si no lo queríamos que podíamos renunciar y buscarnos la vida. Algo que no nos pareció bien ya q estábamos a 700 kilómetros de casa y no era momento de ponerte a buscar otro alojamiento. Muy malas formas por su parte y después de ver que entraban otros clientes mucho más tarde que nosotros no entendimos por que no nos dio a nosotros el que nos tenían que dar. Además nosotros éramos 3 y ellos 2 y el sofá cama del otro apartamento era de mejor calidad que el nuestro. Muy mal atendidos.

• Eleni (8/5): Great location and spacious place - Great location and very responsive host! The apartment is very big and comfortable for a couple with all the amenities described. Bathroom was clean but still some mold on the shower walls which can be better cleaned next time. Overall satisfied with the stay.
• Squires (9/5): Seville is sensational apartment so close to everything. - Location is central, the apartment was functional, the matress and pillows are comfy. Covers on bed didnt fit and creased up and cumpled couldnt tuck them under. Awkward access two wrought iron gates and two doors to negotiate. No oven had to use microwave to cook, results not great.
• Claire (4/5): Good location but dirty bedding and poor service, very disappointing - The location was good, very central, just off the main pedestrian shopping street but in a gated courtyard so quiet at night. The kitchen had everything we needed with a large fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bed linen had not been changed and was obviously used, stained and dirty as was the bed cover. We contacted the representative who had let us in to the property and she came back. She contacted the cleaning company who could not come back until the next day so she forced open the locked cleaners' cupboard and gave us some clean sheets that were too small for the bed. The next day the sheets were changed but we were left with the duvet which was also stained, the cushions were grubby and the pillows were old and smelled so stale that I had to buy my own to use. The shower drain smelled and probably needed cleaning out. The toilet brush was in a very dirty state. The management company ignored all my messages and emails complaining about the standard of cleaning and hygiene and requesting compensation for the poor service and the fact we had to spend our first evening getting clean sheets sorted out instead of going out to see Seville.
• Chris (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was very clean, had everything you could need, was very quiet and in a great central location. Highly recommended.
• Cristina (9/5): Perfect choice - Great location and position in the city center (through the shopping streets section) but inside an interior yard of a gated community. The apartment is super well equiped, from bathroom to kitchen to bedroom and living room, perfect for a longer stay. 2 AC units which made the hot weather bearable (there was a tiny issue with one of them but we managed in the end).They even provided full large bottles of great brand shampoo and shower gel. The girl who welcomed us was super lovely, available anytime and gave us great info and instructions. There are lots of paid parkings nearby if you are coming by car and you will receive tons of info via whatsapp before you arrive. Would reconsider the location for next time in Sevilla :) A bit noisy in the night but not such a big problem.

It has a private entrance as stated leading to the apartment. A photo of apartment entrance or name of retailers at private entrance e.g Apple Logo or Vision lab would be helpful.
• Jon (8/5): Very good - Good communication for the key handover. Well situated in the centre of Sevilla. Although it's central, the place is quiet. There was coffee and water available. There's a supermarket (Aldi) at 3 minutes walk. The interior design wouldn't have been our choice, but that's of course subjective. The sleeping couch is fine, but more comfortable bed sofa's do exist.
