Carolina (4/5): Modern & new apartment, but would not stay again due to host. - Modern renovated flat Good sound isolation since it’s close to the airport Close to the beach Gong to start by saying I would never return to any of this company’s accommodations once again to the bad quality of costumer service. Our experience was that they care more about getting our money than to provide a comfortable experience to the guests. We booked this accommodation in particular because it was advertised as by having a double bed - which we found not to be true upon arrival. When confronting the host, we got neither a solution neither an apology for the situation. The only thing we got was an out of touch of touch reply that “we cannot change the beds”. Apart from that the flat lacked of most of the amenities you’d expect to be provided for a 4 day stay: salt, pepper, olive oil, toilet paper etc… we had to buy it all. On our day of arrival we requested a sample of detergent that took 3 days to arrive…
