• Eliza (4/5): Не бих посетила отново, не препоръчвам. - Местоположението е близо до метрото, квартала е приятен и осветен. Най-напред ще кажа, че питахме собствениците дали може да се настаним по-рано, защото ще сме с малко дете и ако ни бяха казали, че не може, просто щяхме да си запазим друг апартамент. Освен, че комуникацията ни беше изключително сложна, тромава и недаваща отговор, накрая ни казаха, че апартамента е изчистен и готов един час по-рано от настаняването по принцип. Детето вече спеше в един ресторант... При настаняването установихме, че въобще не е чистено никъде..поне да ни бяха пуснали по-рано. Бяхме само за две нощувки, иначе веднага щях да се оплача на букинг. По чаршафите ни беше пълно с дълги черни косми, аз метох пода, защото в един момент видях, че чорапите на детето от жълти станаха черни. Банята беше най-гнусното нещо - пълна мръсотия, някакви черни неща излизаха от канала на ваната, мъжки къдрави косми навсякъде. Да не говорим, че при къпане за четвъртия човек не оставаше топла вода. Добре, че детето си къпахме първо първия ден. О, имаше и паяци в банята. Хладилника също не беше чистен. Гардероба не можеше да се ползва, защото беше пълен с всякакви неща, включително и пирони. Не ми се мисли 3-ма възрастни с дете на 2 години, ако бяхме за повече време, какво щяхме да правим с този гардероб. Като цяло за първи път ми се случва такова нещо в Италия. Много разочароващо.

The location couldn’t be better — quiet, yet just a short walk from everything you might want to see or do. The host was truly amazing — kind, caring, and always ready to help with anything we needed. You can really feel how much love and attention he puts into making his guests feel welcome. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would definitely love to come back one day. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rome — it’s the perfect place to stay!
• Olga (8/5): Неаполь - всегда возвращаюсь. - Понравился район Вомеро, апартаменты недалеко от метро, рядом хороший супермаркет Sole 365. У нас был ранний прилёт в Неаполь. Я заранее просила хозяина апартаментов сообщить можно ли нас заселить раньше или оставить багаж, А также просила прислать инструкцию по заселению в апартаменты. Он обещал ответить перед приездом. И ничего не прислал. К полудню не дождавшись письма мы стали звонить ему по телефону указанному в бронировании - в ответ -автоответчик. Пытались звонить ещё несколько раз - безрезультатно. Было очень неприятно и тревожно, так как апартаменты бронировали на неделю. Пришлось обращаться за помощью в службу поддержки booking. Там нас заверили что будут заниматься поисками хозяина и действительно довольно быстро с ним связались. Спасибо им. Мы получили из апартаментов на электронную почту подтверждение о возможном раннем заселении и что инструкцию по заселению он пришлёт на WhatsApp. Проблема была в том что у нас не было WhatsApp. Пришлось устанавливать и сообщать номер. После чего получили инструкцию по заселению. Мы много путешествуем, но с такими проблемами с заселением не сталкивались. Также хочу отметить плохую оснащённость апартаментов кухонными принадлежностями: чайник не работал, кружек для чая не было вовсе, только очень маленькие чашечки для кофе-еспрессо, нет ни одного острого ножа, штопора.

• Cinzia (9/5): Vacanza - Alloggio pulito accogliente. Silenzioso ideale x una famiglia di 4 persone. Comodo alla metropolitana. Il vomero è una zona bella di Napoli.
• Kim (8/5): - Appartamento pulito, servito... nelle vicinanze avevo vari servizi. Quindi ci siamo trovati benissimo La mancanza della lavatrice
• Marianna (7/5): - Ambiente pulito e accogliente. La posizione è ottima perché in 5/10 minuti si possono raggiungere diverse stazioni della metro 1 e della funicolare. L’host è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. Il materasso un po’ duro e i cuscini sottili, però questo non toglie valore alla struttura, è solo una piccolezza.

• Jordy (10/5): - Todo en general, no tengo nada que añadir en especial, simplemente cumplió con mis expectativas. Para pasar un par de días en Nápoles, este alojamiento es más que recomendable.

• Luka (1/5): Terrible - The air conditioning was decent, but it couldn’t be used effectively because we had to keep the windows open to make the moldy smell more bearable. The apartment did not match the photos. There was visible mold on the walls and especially in the kitchen cabinet, a strong mold smell in the shower, and signs of serious water damage. The bathroom was not shown in the listing at all, because of its bad condition. The fridge was also unusable because it smelled so strongly of mold. We had to check out after the first night because we got sick from the mold, even though we had booked three nights. The host did not give us a refund for the unused nights and denied the issues. Avoid at all costs.

• Xavier (9/5): Good place to stay in Napoli - Good location, in Vomero. A few minutes by "funiculare" to the city center and a few steps to good local restaurants, the apartment is a good place to stay during the trip to Napoli far from the noise and chaos of the tourist places. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Host was very helpful explaining how to get there and all the other instructions. The smell of humidity. Probably suffered a leak not long ago and it welcomes that smell just opening the door. Once inside, with windows open, it goes after a while.
• Dvořáková (8/5): I can only recommend this accommodation! - The host was very nice, there was no problem with communication, he responded to all our questions or requests immediately. The accommodation is in a great and quiet location with buses available and about 7 minutes walk to the metro to get to the centre. The shop is also very close by. Overall, I can highly recommend this host and accommodation and we will definitely contact him again on our next visit to Naepole! I would just add some utensils for the kitchen (deep bowls, bottle opener) but even that is not a big problem and you can easily get by with the current equipment.
