• Jessica (10/5): Perfect stay, clean and cosy - On a été merveilleusement accueilli par l'hôte, avec des petites douceurs durant tout le séjour. La propreté des lieux était impeccable. La cuisine était très bien équipée, les multiples places de parking facilitaient nos déplacements. Le voisinage est très calme, à 20 minutes à pied de la plage la plus proche.
• Irina (9/5): Wir waren für 6 Nächte in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.es gibt ausreichend viele Klimasplitgeräte und man - Die Wohnung ist vollkommen neuwertig ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind vor der Wohnung immer vorhanden gewesen. Sehr nette Vermieterin und Cleaning-Lady. Lage: Um in die Altstadt zu den Restaurants zu gelangen muss man an einer recht viel befahrenen Straße ohne einen guten Bürgersteig gehen. Mit kleinem Kind war es jedesmal anstrengend. Die Altstadt an sich ist sehr sehr schön. Strom: Man konnte die Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine nur wenn man in der Wohnung anwesend war bedienen. Beide Geräte sind recht laut und trüben den Aufenthalt wenn diese gerade an sind.

We are so grateful for such a gracious host. Our favorite stay of our three week trip through Greece and Turkey. Well deserving of a perfect 10 rating.

• Trinidad (10/5): HERMOSO - La anfitriona es muy amable y servicial. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. El departamento es precioso. Estaba en planta baja lo que nos facilitó a la hora de la movilidad ya que mi madre tiene movilidad reducida y no puede subir escaleras. La chica de la limpieza muy simpática y amable. Todo estupendo, hemos tenido una atención excelente. Lo que sí es recomendable tener coche para poder recorrer las distintas playas, tiene una ubicación muy buena si tu intención es visitar distintos puntos de la isla.

• Boris Kalchev (10/5): - Host is certainly awesome. She can give great recommendations and certainly took care of us. The apartment is also suitable for families with kids. The location can actually get a bit noisy during the evening hours up to 23:00 (due to traffic and nearby playground), but during the night it is fine.
• AndreeaTdr (9/5): - Locația ,apartamentul,zona foarte bună. Nu mi a plăcut ca nu se face curat si nu se schimba prosoapele într un sejur de 7 zile decât la cerere, ca am solicitat noi macar prosoapele sa fie schimbate dupa 4 zile.
• Dušan (10/5): Byly jsme spokojeni, děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou. - Měli jsme na celou dobu půjčené auto. Z tohoto pohledu je apartmán umístěn velmi dobře, mohli jsme pohodlně podnikat výlety na pláže a zajímavé místa v okolí. Nejbližší pláž je cca 5 minut autem, je ale poměrně rušná. Každý si ale najde, co hledá, do 20 minut od ubytování. Auto je ale nutnost. Paní domácí je velmi milá, když jsme dorazili na apartmán, čekala na nás, dokonce jsme dostali večeři, ovoce, víno a vodu. Dvakrát jsme našli pečivo k snídani pověšené na klice. Když v kuchyni chyběly misky na jogurt či nůž, během několika hodin nám vše přinesla. Opravdu velmi milé a rozhodně ne samozřejmost. V apartmánu jsme našli vše, co jsme potřebovali. Kousek od apartmánu je malý obchod, kde zakoupíte základní potraviny a pití. Větší supermarket je v dojezdové vzdálenosti. Doporučuji navštívit restaurace v centru Koskinou, není to daleko pěšky. Velmi dobré jídlo v tradiční atmosféře. možná jediné, hned naproti přes ulici je dětské hřiště, které je ve večerních hodinách docela rušné. V letních teplotách se není čemu divit. Pokud budete spát s otevřeným oknem, budete slyšet ruch zvenku. Se zavřenými okny je dům dobře odhlučněn.
• Elias (10/5): Η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη, φιλόξενη με πολλές όμορφες αναμνήσεις. - Η τοποθεσία ήταν σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή που είχες πρόσβαση σε φούρνο και super market. Μπορούσες να παρκάρεις το αυτοκίνητο σου έξω απο το σπίτι. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν πριν και κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας πολύ συνεπής και πρόσχαρη να σε βοηθήσει σε ότι χρειαστείς. Το σπίτι είναι ιδανικό για οικογένεια. Επίσης το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό και έχει ότι χρειάζεσαι για να έχεις μια ομαλή διαμονή σε καλοκαιρινές διακοπές.
• Troise (10/5): Alloggio perfetto per una vacanza a Rodi - Siamo stati accolti magnificamente dalla proprietaria della struttura che ci ha cullati dal giorno del nostro arrivo fino alla nostra partenza con un modo di fare gentile e disponibile, che tanto si addice alla famosa accoglienza greca, e che ci ha fornito tante informazioni preziose sull’isola. L’appartamento è moderno con tutti gli utensili e oggetti di uso quotidiano molto pratici, nuovi e funzionanti. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e al proprio posto al check in. La location ha la disponibilità di parcheggio libero davanti alla struttura e questo rappresenta un forte vantaggio. La zona, assolutamente silenziosa di notte, è equidistante sia dal centro antico della città di Rodi che dall’aeroporto (18-20 minuti di macchina). Anche raggiungere le varie spiagge con la macchina (mezzo più consigliato) non è stato affatto complicato. Mini market, supermercati, bar e negozi non sono molto distanti dall’appartamento. Merita il massimo del punteggio. Assolutamente consigliato. Dovessi tornare a Rodi, alloggerei senz’altro da Nikargy Luxury Apartments. Piccolo difetto allo scarico del wc che restava rumoroso dopo aver scaricato.

• Colin (10/5): Wonderful apartment - We arrived at 4am but Evdokia was there to meet us and show us around. Everything is new and clean. It has everything we need. There was fruit, crisps and bread waiting for us. We also had a few surprise gifts during our stay including local pastries and a cake as well as a farewell gift. Would absolutely stay there again!! Probably the best apartment we have rented. Nothing

• Olga (10/5): Lovely - This is a brilliant property, incredibly clean with a cute garden outside. Everything is very comfy and very well thought through. The owners are kind and attentive, we really felt welcome. The location is also very good - the place would suit those who like a good night sleep with no noise outside, while being able to quickly access the busy life of Rhodes and Faliraki by car or public transport. The area is very peaceful, there are a few nice shops and eateries nearby, all very reasonably priced. A large Lidl is only 10 min car drive. A choice of beaches is also very good - we personally enjoyed Gold Coast bar south of Faliraki, but there are many others that can be accessed by car or bus. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience, thank you very much. Everything is perfect

• Ahmed (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful & cozy place. Super clean & fully equipped. The space is perfect for a small family or a small group of friends. The neighborhood is conveniently located in the middle of the island & has everything you need (bakery, coffee place, grocery store.. etc) There’s also a very cute playground for little kids just around the corner. The owner is a sweetheart. She met us at check in (although we arrived at 2am) to make sure we don’t need anything. Nothing

• Stevefromhove (10/5): A brand new, clean, centrally located apartment with all modern conveniences, and a helpful host - The cleanliness, central location, great facilities and the helpfulness of the host :) We were only staying for a few days due to a family member being in hospital, but our host welcomed us when we arrived, and brought us some food packages to help during our stay. The apartment is very clean, and has everything you need, as well as being next to the supermarket and close to restaurants, and also the lovely traditional area of the town. The sea and beaches are a 5 minute drive away (though unfortunately we never made it to the beach) We thoroughly recommend the Nikargy Luxury apartments. Nothing!

Great location 10 min from Rhodes and the local village is beautiful within small walking distance to shops bakery and restaurants .Very clean apartments and everything you need is there ready to go . All new facilities and modern apartment. I'd definitely recommend staying here and hope to visit again soon we throughly enjoyed our stay.
